Description
This technique creates a small wave that strikes at the target(s) at the users behest. By waving their hand they can force a small shock wave that causes the moisture in the atmosphere to form a 2ft wave and crash down on the user. At this level the most damage the wave could do it push the target(s) over and is akin to a very strong person attempting to push you. While most Rookie level PCs would be able to stand their ground the fact that it comes so fast and without warning or lengthy preparation tends to catch them of guard causing them to be knocked over.

Description
This technique acts as a speed boost. The user expels water from their pores on one side like a jet helping them to move as fast as a Intermediate speed SA (if they already have a Intermediate speed SA it is doubled making them as fast as a Veteran level PC without a speed SA). At this level continual use of the technique could lead to dehydration and extreme thirst. Using it for more than four post (either constantly, in spurts or a combination of the two) is all that can be done safely.

Description
The user violently expels water from their pores before spinning in a circle. What this does is cause a heavy current to form a sphere of water around the user of this technique that will protect them from incoming attacks of Advanced level or lower. So long as the user continues to spin the protection will hold (though spinning too long can cause serious vertigo and other complications) and once they stop the water falls and the defense falters. Attacks of an electric nature will encase the water current with electricity making the attack one rank higher in damage then it normally would. While fire and heat based attacks cancel out against the water but create a thick mist that cannot normally be seen through and lingers for two posts.

Description
After collecting moisture from wherever they could find it (including the air) the user will stamp their feet causing the moisture to pool downwards to the ground. This causes a phenomenon known as Soil Liquefaction. Wherein the ground takes on a more liquid like structure and begins to fall apart from stress. At this level this technique makes a small scale earthquake that could cause widespread damage to a city block. However most of the damage is done within a 10 meter radius of the user. This technique mimics an earthquake and has all the destructive power of the natural disaster albeit a small one.

Description
The ultimate version of Water Shot, in which the user throws a single drop of water that they can get from any outside source (even gathering it from the moisture in the air). The penetrative force of this attack is quite remarkable, to the point where it can not only pierce through Legendary defenses, but also through several structures and rock formations behind it, moving a long distance away from the location from which it was fired, and only then returning to its original state of drop and falling in the water. When uses against a person the shot will usually be clean and through and through so fast that it takes the person sometime to realize that they have been hit. Due to its penetrative powers it can damage things not usually affected by blunt damage. Depending on where the shot hits the damage could be potentially fatal.
