The user shouts timeout laced with conqueror Haki. The will in their tone causes any who hear the shout to second guess whatever it is they are doing. Those higher than Rookie level or those Rookie level with a Will SA can power through the second guessing with no hesitation but Rookie PCs without a Will SA and basic level NPC's will hesitate just long enough for someone around them to take advantage of their pause.

Intermediate

This is an incredibly difficult defensive technique to mast though one mastered it has been said to be damn near unstoppable. This defensive move combines both observation Haki and conqueror's Haki in order to make what some call the perfect defense. Using their observation Haki to survey for any attacks once alerted to an attack the observation Haki attunes the user to their attackers emotions which allows the user to empathize and even predict the attackers attack pattern. Then using quick burst of will infused with conqueror's Haki to make the attacker change course just slightly. This causes the attack to just miss the user without the user ever having to move. At this level only the strongest of attacks from the strongest of enemies could get through in a one on one fight. However multiple lesser attacks from Veteran or lower opponents will increase the chances that one of the attacks could get through.

It is unable to move as with this level one does not create wheels and up to two people can ride within each with their own stations looking out with which to shoot the enemy down. However because of the high speed with which the tower is created the user does not have time for ammo and whomever is within the shooting stations must provide their own ammo of some kind. Lastly it would take one RT (Rookie Technique) to break the tower or three free form attacks. Requires a six post cool down before being able to make another. It takes two full posts to build, needing a third post for people to get in and start using it.

An enhanced tower made from mostly wood with bits of iron for reinforcement, the tower is around 10ft tall and the user can create two stations (one on each floor) with marksmen's nest within them. It is unable to move as with this level one does not create wheels and up to two people can ride within each with their own stations looking out with which to shoot the enemy down. However because of the high speed with which the tower is created the user does not have time for ammo and whomever is within the shooting stations must provide their own ammo of some kind. Lastly it would take one RT (Rookie Technique) to break the tower or three free form attacks. Requires a six post cool down before being able to make another. It takes two full posts to build, needing a third post for people to get in and start using it.
Intermediate

Using their abilities as a thief as well as their speed and deft hands the user of this technique will attempt to steal small objects off a person's body. At this level they are able to steal small armor or bullets as well as stealing a knife or pistol from its holster or sheath. However stealing a rifle or sword would be beyond them except from Rookie level or lower NPC's. Those with superior speed can stop the theft especially if no stealth technique was also used. If a stealth technique is being used the user will be able to steal swords and rifles as well as medium sized armor from rookie level PC's and small armor. bullets, knives, or pistols from Intermediate level PCs. At this level the user is only capable of stealing one thing at a time. Also certain weapons can be used alongside this technique.

As long as the user can see the person firing projectiles, they can use their firearm experience to predict the trajectory of the projectiles by seeing where the person is aiming and they can shoot the projectiles in the air to stop them or change their trajectory enough to keep them from hitting their intended target. Although at this level the user can only stop small projectiles in their tracks and have them fall to the ground.
The user cannot use this technique against an opponent who is using a shooting technique higher than rookie level. Also at this level the technique can only be used with a pistol to stop another pistol (or some kind of projectile that is weaker than a pistol). Once the bullets meet both of them have their momentum stopped and fall to the ground. If using a bullet to stop something weaker than a bullet, I.E. a rock or marble the weaker projectile will be destroyed while the stronger has its momentum stopped. Rookie
As long as the user can see the person firing projectiles, they can use their firearm experience to predict the trajectory of the projectiles by seeing where the person is aiming and they can shoot the projectiles in the air to stop them or change their trajectory enough to keep them from hitting their intended target. Although at this level the user can only stop small projectiles in their tracks and have them fall to the ground.
The user cannot use this technique against an opponent who is using a shooting technique higher than rookie level. Also at this level the technique can only be used with a pistol to stop another pistol (or some kind of projectile that is weaker than a pistol). Once the bullets meet both of them have their momentum stopped and fall to the ground. If using a bullet to stop something weaker than a bullet, I.E. a rock or marble the weaker projectile will be destroyed while the stronger has its momentum stopped. If used against something strong I.E a rifle bullet the stronger projectile will destroy the bullet and keep going as if nothing happened.
