Description
This technique acts as a speed boost. The user expels water from their pores on one side like a jet helping them to move as fast as a Rookie speed SA (if they already have a Rookie speed SA it makes them as fast as an Advanced speed SA so basically it gives one rank speed increase ). At this level, continual use of the technique could lead to dehydration and extreme thirst. Using it for no more than ten posts (either constantly, in spurts or a combination of the two) is all that can be done safely.

This technique acts as a speed boost. The user expels water from their pores on one side like a jet helping them to move as fast as an Intermediate speed SA (if they already have an Intermediate speed SA it is doubled making them as fast as a Veteran level PC without a speed SA basically upgrading them two ranks). At this level continual use of the technique could lead to dehydration and extreme thirst. Using it for no more than eight posts (either constantly, in spurts or a combination of the two) is all that can be done safely.

This technique acts as a speed boost. The user expels water from their pores on one side like a jet helping them to move as fast as an Advanced speed SA (if they already have an Advanced speed SA it is doubled making them faster than a Legendary speed SA essentially giving them a three rank boost). At this level, continual use of the technique could lead to dehydration and extreme thirst. Using it for no more than six posts (either constantly, in spurts or a combination of the two) is all that can be done safely.

Description
This technique acts as a speed boost. The user expels water from their pores on one side like a jet helping them to move as fast as a Veteran speed SA (if they already have a Veteran speed SA it causes them to move so fast they are hard to track with the unaided eye). At this le, el continual use of the technique could lead to dehydration and extreme thirst. Using it no more than four posts (either constantly, in spurts or a combination of the two) is all that can be done safely.

This technique acts as a speed boost. The user expels water from their pores on one side like a jet helping them to move as fast as a Legendary speed SA (if they already have a Legendary speed SA it causes them to move so fast it looks as if they disappeared and reappeared at their destination instantly). At this level continual use of the technique could lead to dehydration and extreme thirst. Using it for no more than two posts (either constantly, in spurts or a combination of the two) is all that can be done safely. (Using a higher version of the tech then a lower version would be like using two of the higher versions, that being said if you use the rookie version of the tech then use the legendary version of the tech you have no more uses so be very careful with your count, Also submerging yourself in a body of water can restart your count and as such using the tech underwater does not count to the limit)
