One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

The Ryu Ryu no Mi, Model: Longwang is a Mythical Zoan type fruit that allows the user to turn their body into that of a Dragon King or a Human-Dragon Hybrid. There are several forms the user can use and each one comes with their own ability. They all have scales that could protect them from blows though at this level with the fruit the scales are Rookie class defense and barely defend against anything. All of his forms give him a considerable boost to all of his physical attributes though the boost at this level is slight (each one also gives a decent boost to one specific area). Each form also has access to fire and smoke with which to attack in various ways. They also all share the ability to fly.[break][break]
At the Rookie Level, the user will not have gotten full control over their forms or the forms abilities and can sometimes end up in a form that they did not choose. Also as they are new to their dragon form they are still rather clumsy whenever they are in one of these forms and is not as graceful as they usually are when in their original form. Also because of the mass, they gain when transformed into a dragon the user must eat a lot to keep their energy up having to eat a feast worth of food at every meal or they begin to feel sluggish and tired. Also at this level, the user is incapable of partial transformations and if they want to use one of their dragon features they would need to transform completely. Another drawback is their size if the user does not have enough room to move around freely transforming into one of their dragon forms would be useless.[break][break]
Lastly if submerged to knee depth or the user comes in contact with seastone they, like all other Devil Fruit users, become weakened. What this means is that the user loses the ability to transform and if they are in one of their dragon forms they will be changed back into their original form. Also depending on how thick the seastone is the user may start to feel even further weakened or it may just cause them to not be able to use their powers while keeping their normal level of strength.
Intermediate
The Ryu Ryu no Mi is a Mythical Zoan type fruit that allows the user to turn their body into that of a Dragon or a Human-Dragon Hybrid. There are several forms the user can use and each one comes with their own ability. They all have scales that could protect them from blows though at his current level with the fruit the scales are Intermediate class defense and will defend against most Rookie level or lower attacks (though damage is still taken). All of his forms give him a considerable boost to all of his physical attributes though the boost at this level is decent (each one also gives a considerable boost to one specific area). Each form also grants him the ability to breathe fire to attack with in various ways and at this level resistance to the element and to heat. They also all share the ability to fly.[break][break]
At the Intermediate Level, the user will not have gotten full control over their forms or the forms abilities but has gained enough control that they will not accidentally end up in another form they have also gained the ability to make techniques for their forms. Also, they have learned to get used to their forms and while they still are not as graceful as their human form they are no longer clumsy. Also because of the mass, they gain when transformed into a dragon the user must eat a lot to keep their energy up having to eat a feast worth of food at every meal or they begin to feel sluggish and tired. Also at this level, the user is incapable of partial transformations and if they want to use one of their dragon features they would need to transform completely. All of his forms give him a considerable boost to all of his physical attributes though the boost at this level is incredible (each one also gives a considerable boost to one specific area). Each form also grants him the ability to breathe fire and smoke to attack with in various ways and at this level immunity to the fire and enhanced resistance to heat. At the Advanced Level, the user will not have finally gotten full control over their forms and the forms abilities to the point that they can now partially transform into any of the forms they have access to granting them ability to use dragon abilities in human form. Gaining the same grace they have in human form they can now do everything they can do in their human form in their dragon forms as well albeit faster due to the boost in physicality. Also because of the mass, they gain when transformed into a dragon the user must eat a lot to keep their energy up having to eat a feast worth of food at every meal or they begin to feel sluggish and tired. A drawback is their size if the user does not have enough room to move around freely transforming into one of their dragon forms would be useless.[break][break]

Rookie
The Hito Hito no Mi is a Zoan-type Devil Fruit that allows its user to transform into a human hybrid and a full human at will. By consuming the fruit, the user will be given human-level intelligence allowing them to communicate with humans as well as the ability to speak the human language. This fruit gave the user the ability to transform into only two other forms the human hybrid form and the full human form. Because of this, the user of this fruit has much more control over the only two forms that they have access to at this level which also allows them access to partial transformations, though at later levels other forms will be unlocked. This fruit has the standard devil fruit weaknesses.

Kami Kami no Mi: Model Apophis
Rookie
A Mythological Zoan type fruit that allows the user to Transform into the Dragon God of Chaos Apophis. The eater of this fruit gains mastery over snakes and gets the passive ability to create snakes from their blood. However at this level without a technique the snakes created will be regular garter snakes who bites can cause minor swelling and itching. It also allows the user to turn into the lesser version of Apophis before he conquered the volcano and transformed into a dragon. They can also turn into a half human half god form. All the weaknesses of devil fruits are seen within this fruit, however, at this level the user also gains a fear of large Mongeese.

Known as the Magma fruit, This fruit is known as one of the most destructive Devil Fruits. As it's name implies this fruit turns the user into a magma man allowing them to turn into magma at will and control magma they create. While some logia have multiple uses or supplemental effects that make them stand out, this fruit's status and fear come from one thing: raw destructive power. The wielder of this fruit is capable of destroying entire Nations leaving nothing but smoldering rock in Their wake. The pure unadulterated destructive force of Volcanoes.[break][break]
At this level, the user can turn himself into living magma, and can still choose to look human while he is, but he cannot yet reflexively turn into magma, making surprise attacks still effective on his actual body. He can absolutely turn into magma whenever he wants and can do this to combat physical moves.[break][break]
Offensively, the user can secrete magma from his body only about as fast as magma will travel without assistance, and he can shoot small magma rocks the size of baseballs at his enemies. Getting close to the user while in magma form makes for extreme difficulty, as his magma is hot, of course, without direct contact, there is no chance of someone catching on fire. Defensively, magma is perfect for protecting against physical attacks due to the nature of the element[break][break]
