Overall

Usually seen wearing tight form fitting bustier dresses (which shows just how flat her chest is). Usually in dramatic colors like red or hot pink. Also wears high heeled diamond knee high shin protectors that cause her to appear 5'5" and can be used for attack as well as defense. She also wears long elbow length diamond gauntlets that double as weapon and shield.

She is short and skinny and although she is quite curvaceous for her age she is completely flat chested something she has been teased about sense she was thirteen years old. She has long black hair which contrast to her bright colored eyes which seem to pop even more due to her habit of wearing dark eyeliner. Although she dresses semi formally it has a punk/goth like look to it especially because her facial expression is usually of bored indifference.

Overall

Tippi is not really affected by many things. Usually just shrugging things off as unimportant or uninteresting. She rarely ever gets riled up and is always in search of something fun that seemingly always alludes her. Her becoming a pirate as well as the considerable bounty she has amassed coming from simply looking for something that could make her blood boil. The only thing that even partially seems to get her goat is when others talk about how flat chested she is. Although even then she is still nonchalant about it she at least deigns to respond usually with an "I am still growing". Although young she is wise beyond her years though not book smart she knows the ways of the streets and since becoming a Shichibukai recently she has learned the ways of the government. Her smarts are usually applied mostly to fighting giving her incredible insight and planning ability.

Overall

Tippi was always a pirate she did not know how to be anything else because she was never taught to do anything else. She was born in the waters of Ilusia in West Blue, and this was the closest she came to having a home town as she was born to a pirate, though not a pirate of any great name she was just a lowly pirate in a crew of pirates that never really made a name for themselves in the sea. That being said they were still pirates and each of them took it upon themselves to teach her the finer points of piracy, at a very young age it was shown that she had a great talent for piracy and that she could do great things, her father who was also a pirate begin to teach her his preferred fighting style which was Jao Kun Do.

By the time that she was ten years old she was better than her father in her fighting style and looked to be on her way to be a great pirate, he home ship who were at the time aging with no hope of every being great decided that they would retire and give her their Orca class ship to start her own pirate crew. For the first few years she sailed using her own navigational ability under the guise of her old pirate crew “the shaggy beard pirates” however at thirteen when she met her first mate Kenneth Kenway or Duce as he like to be called she created her pirate crew using the epithet of “the Flat Chest Pirates” since that is what Duce called her. This was when she first found that she could no longer enjoy anything and began to fervently search for something that would get her blood boiling. She believes this is because she was first introduced to pirating at a young age so she has seen it all and she will need something amazing to happen in order to get excited.

For a year her and Duce, who was a year older than her and a marksmen, were the only members of the flat chest pirates though that did not stop them from making a name for themselves as well as entering the grand line and establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with, It was then when she was fourteen that she first ran into the Happo Navy a pirate fleet that had around two hundred ships under their control and around 2,000 pirates under their command. At the time Tippi and Duce both had a bounty of 200,000,000 with the leader of the Happo Navy also having the same bounty the then forty year old man felt insulted that he had the same bounty as a bunch of kids. However, no matter how many times they fought they could never defeat the two children. It was not until Tippi fell in love with the leader of the Happo Navy Captain’s daughter the than 13 year old Oliva “Bumpy” Happo that the war between the two was settled due to the heir of the Happo Navy falling in love as well and joining the flat chest pirates as their doctor which caused the Happp Navy to become a subsidiary of the flat chest pirates effectively starting the flat chest pirate fleet.

During the next two years Tippi her two crew members and fleet wreaked havoc on the seas causing Tippi to get a bounty of 400,000,000 and duce to get 300,000,000 and even Bumpy got a 250,000,000 bounty. It was then that Tippi ran into a Shichibukai whose true name and origins were completely unknown and went simply as Build It she was the captain of the Build It pirates which consisted only of him and her Whale class Ship who she calls Tug Boat and speaks to as if it is a person. After a heated fight that lasted several days Build It fell and as such decided that she and Tug Boat would join the flat chest pirates and immediately coupled up with duce, who is three years younger than her. Because of this the world government sent two admirals to speak with Tippi who after a small conversation and a promise of excitement decided to take Build It’s spot as a Shichibukai.

Special Abilities

Haki
Tippi has unlocked both Armament as well as Observation Haki. While she is proficient enough with Armament Haki that she could employ it with her various fighting styles as well as use it for defense and hitting those with Logia abilities, she prefers and has specialized in Observation Haki. She learned how to use "Mantra" on Skypiea to sense the presence of others and has since almost perfected the art. Due to this she can see even through substances that would normally obstruct vision like smoke screens and mist by using her Observation Haki to see the aura given off by all living things. She also uses the ability for a limited form of precognition which allows her to not only see what her opponent will do next but also what damage (if any) she would take from the hit and see what's the best way to dodge it. She can also use it to empathize with others which she often does to feel the joy and excitement from her crew members as she can never find anything that excites her. Lastly she has honed this ability to the point where she could use it to tell the strength of her foes.

Eight Impact Fist
A fighting style she learned while fighting the Happo Navy this fighting style allows the user to control vibrations around their limbs to generate shock. This shock is powerful enough to destroy a metal shield or defeat a strong man easily. Also due to the nature of the shock and vibrations it is extremely hard to defend against. Tippi uses this fighting style with great grace usually imploring it with the use of her diamond gauntlets and/or Haki.

Jao Kun Do
Jao Kun Do is a close range attack-based fighting style which involves leg motions so swift that foes cannot predict where a kick will land. This fighting style was her original fighting style and taught to her by her father. Because of her usual attire consisting of tight fitting dresses she must hike her dress up making it look like she is just wearing a shirt when employing this fighting style. Because of this she usually wears spanx or spandex shorts so that her panties are not showing. She has learned to enhance this style of fighting using both Eight Impact Fist and Haki.

Speed
Tippi is extremely fast able to attack straight on at some of the most perceptive people in the world and hit them before they could react. Her speed is so great that even those with great Observational Haki skills have a hard time reacting to her movements making so that they know that it is coming but are to slow to do anything about it.

Slow To Start
Because of her nature she cannot start a fight at full power. However what this means is that she is almost never fighting at full power and there is always more strength or speed she can pull out of the reserves though if she is beat before she can pull this out because she was not fighting at full capacity is what makes this ability so wishy washy.
