One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

The World Nobles, also known as the Celestial Dragons, are the descendants of nineteen of the Twenty Kings who established what is now known as the World Government. World Nobles wear their hair, or a part of it, combed upward with a distinct curl on top unless they do not have enough hair to do so. They all wear the same kind of white robe that resembles a spacesuit (sometimes accompanied by a cape) with a skirt, although the border designs of each Noble's clothing appear somewhat different and original and there are variations in the skirt's length. Male World Nobles seem to have a different style of collar than female World Nobles. While outside Mariejois, World Nobles wear an oxygen tank attached to a bubble or glass case around their head in order to not breathe the same air as the "lowly commoners". However, some are less likely to do so while in Mariejois, though others still feel the need to.[break][break]
A majority of World Nobles are notably overweight, if not outright obese. A typical Celestial Dragon also has a rather haughty, if not arrogant, look on their face, showing neither pity nor sympathy for those of lesser statuses. These are the people who are allowed to live in the Holy Land of Mariejois. However, due to their connection to the World Government, they constantly abuse their power and look down on the people below them, referring to them as commoners. They can sometimes be seen walking around Sabaody Archipelago but are disconnected to the point that they wear resin bubbles over their heads to prevent them from breathing the air of the common people. In the case of visiting places out of the Archipelago, they wear other types of helmets, as the bubbles will pop out of the area.[break][break]
Whenever one appears people instantly bow so as not to upset them, with the exception of the guards, servants, and slaves that are alongside them. The Celestial Dragons each possesses a government-issued identification chip to identify their statuses.[break][break]
So far, typical Celestial Dragons have shown absolutely no physical combat abilities whatsoever, and appear to merely be simple humans. They have great pull in the government as well as a vast amount of wealth to do whatever they please with. Through the political power they have with the government, they can order things of such magnitude and triviality like the creation of a bridge to connect to every island for no other reason than simply they wanted to, as well as make any commoner they want into a slave of theirs right off the street. They are also completely immune to any form of Justice, as seen where they are allowed to kill anyone that simply crosses their path.[break][break]
They each seem to possess a firearm of some kind, but more often than not are quite inefficient, using it only to injure and murder people they dislike at point-blank range. Usually, they simply rely on people's fear of them, but their greatest weapon is that when they get attacked in any way they can summon an admiral to obliterate their attackers. CP-0 is said to be the strongest of all Cipher Pol units, including the assassination specialists, CP9. It is said that nothing good can come from this group's presence. They work directly under the command of the World Nobles. However, if there are no witnesses to report an attack against a World Noble, then the threat of an admiral is nullified, which would leave said noble weak and vulnerable. A World Noble has tremendous amounts of influence, even more so than any kings and queens of the Reverie. As such, they are able to affect the decisions of the meetings with their words alone.
Will the revolution be televised well it's up to them
Little is known about the Revolutionary Army forces though they have been fighting the World Government for centuries the World Government's power, as well as the fact that they have met several defeats, have made the Revolution an underground sect. Although their opposition is widely known and even a few of their bases and islands are known the World Government cannot move on them as the island was removed from their control and it would look as if they were causing a war just for expansion which would solidify the Revolutions claims.[break][break]
What is known is that their movement is a threat to the stability of the world and that they aim to oppose the World Government as well as what it stands for. The Revolutionaries' base is located in the Grand Line on Baltigo, a windy island with snow-white soil and rocky terrain.[break][break]
Anyone who becomes a Revolutionary is declared a threat and becomes wanted by the World Government. While the motives of the Revolutionary Army remain unknown many believe their ideals to be dangerous. However, from all known actions in the past, their ideals might only be dangerous to the World Government itself, as they seem to detest the current government system involving the World Nobles and slavery.[break][break]
Although the Revolutionaries operate on the opposite side of the law, much like what pirates do, there seems to be no known interaction between the two forces whatsoever. As the world is stabilized through the Three Great Powers, the Revolutionaries are a threat to that critical balance.
Joining the Council
In order for a member to join the council all it takes is for them to build up a reputation and to show that they are worthy of the position. Because the Revolution leader spot has been empty for centuries, the council has taken over that job and the five members of the council make sure that the various crews within the revolution are on the right track. They barely ever meet but when they do its something big. All members of the revolution must listen to council members but other than that they are pretty much a lose knit bunch choosing their own allegiances. In order to take a position in the council, a revolutionary must have a 500,000,000B bounty as well as being advanced in skill level. If all the spots are taken you may challenge another council person and it is up to them whether they accept and what the terms are.
Becoming Leader
It's as simple as calling for a vote for a leader from the council. Empty council positions are an automatic yes and if there is a tie one person can abdicate the role or both fight for it. The fight usually isn't to the death but it can be, though both sides have to agree to fight to the death. If it is not a fight to the death and a killing occurs the one who did the killing will be considered a criminal to the revolution unless the rest of the council deems the killing an accident. If there already is a leader anyone of advanced level and 500,000,000B bounty can call for a vote of no confidence from the council (again empty seats are am automatic yes) if the vote passes the leader can step down or fight for his position (again usually not to the death but it can be if both agree).
Belli represented by the beli sign: B is the monetary unit in the One Piece universe. It is almost exclusively depicted in paper form although coins do exist. Although closely resembling the United States dollar bills, the large values on the notes harken to the Japanese yen. The belli has no fractional unit. The difference between the amount of money possessed by the richest and poorest of the citizens, the poorest families can have less than 100,000B life savings while the richest have a staggering 500,000,000B or more as pocket money. Although the belli is a universal currency used nearly worldwide, some isolated countries have their own currencies:[break][break]
he extol is the currency used in Skypiea. Normally, it is written as a capital "E" with a vertical slash through it like a dollar sign: The extol seems to be pegged to the beli as there are 10,000E to 1B
Gor is used on Amazon Lily and has the same value as Beli
Super Rookies, also called Supernovas, is a term that is used to refer to any rookie pirate who managed to earn a bounty of over 100,000,000B. While this does not make them any stronger any rookie-level pirate who has a bounty of 100,000,000B or more earns the title of Supernova. A pirate's impressiveness and first-impression strength are usually dictated by the bounty he or she earns. Therefore, the higher the number, the more fame, and respect the said pirates receive. Any rookie pirates who manage to receive a bounty of over 100,000,000B before they enter the New World are considered to be impressive, as it marks that said rookie has committed criminal acts of catastrophic degrees. However, once past the "Paradise" half of the Grand Line, bounties of around 100,000,000B are considered common or weak. Please note that the higher the bounty the more information will be known about your pirate with a bounty of 100,000,000B having a fair amount known already.
Justice, at its base, means "to be just, fair". Most commonly, however, the meaning of justice is to punish a criminal that has done something wrong in a suitable manner that fits their crime. Justice, in this sense, can be served to a criminal in many ways from time in prison to execution. The classic view of how a criminal should 'receive justice' is thought of as "an eye for an eye", which means if they have done something wrong, they deserve punishment as great as the crime they committed. If a person murders someone, then according to this term, it means they themselves should face the death penalty as a suitable form of justice. Justice is used in an archetypal pattern often at times (e.g. someone would talk about doing things "In the name of justice" or "ridding the world from evil".[break][break]
Forms of justice differ from Marine to Marine. Marines may choose to display signs of Justice based on their own interpretations or opinions of the word "Justice". A common theme is that corrupt members of Marines and CP9 often use Justice as vindication for their actions, putting every inhumane thing they have done as a necessary evil to preserve peace to the world, this has often led people (most of them pirates) to react with disgust at their behavior.[break][break]
Absolute Justice
Absolute Justice is the belief that many Marines hold. Most Marines follow a strict motto of "Absolute Justice" when it comes to prosecuting those who violate the government's laws. It is a central tenet of Marine doctrine, to the point where the word "Justice" is emblazoned on the uniform coats of all commissioned officers. All individuals noted to have done illegal activities or criminal acts are reported to Marine HQ and issued bounties, based on the known information about their threat level regardless of the circumstances. Anyone connected to criminals, no matter who they are, can be arrested even if they have not done anything.[break][break]
It is unknown why the World Government supports Absolute Justice as much as it does nor where the ideals centered around it originate from Absolute Justice is best described as being willing to sacrifice anything to defeat what is defined as "evil", though it does ensure that the majority of the world is held under the World Government's dominion effectively giving them absolute control of the world.[break][break]
Pirates have been especially singled out by the Marines as a major threat to order. They are considered criminals regardless of whether they have committed any crimes other than raising the Jolly Roger and any country caught harboring pirates can have further actions taken against them. Civilians, too, are targeted by the prohibition against piracy persons known to have associated with pirates are barred from entering the Marines (there are notable exceptions), and providing aid or comfort to pirates is a serious crime, especially if they are well-known bounty heads.[break][break]
Other Forms of Justice
While there are other forms of Justice out there that Marines believe such as "Moral Justice", "Lazy Justice" and "Dark Justice" those are not the standard of Justice taught by the World Government and Marines. The World Government stance is that Absolute Justice is the right Justice. While having other forms of Justice is not considered a crime or even frowned upon within the Marines letting your own personal brand of Justice interfere with Absolute Justice is enough of a crime to get you treated just as a pirate would.

John "Calico Jack" Rackham Calico Jack prefers the finer things in life. Expensive clothes, wine beautiful ladies and elegance all around. This undermines his inherently savage nature. Although he attempts to hide behind a facade of politeness and elegance his short temper seems to betray what he wishes to be and what he truly is. His pirate crew is a small one having only five members including him. However each of the other four members of his crew command one of the islands that he has claimed for his own and has a crew of their own. The island that he currently is protecting he does alone as he feels that he is more than enough for any threat that comes his way, a sentiment that he has proven true several times.

try to keep universal and personal techniques out of the same thread for categorizing purposes so if you don't mind making a new thread for the personal technique that would be very helpful.
for the blurring poison if the users eyes are closed or protected will they still be affected. Basically does the chemicals need to actually touch the eyes, or does it work from being breathed in or is it topical as in so long as it touches you it affects you.
for the personal technique I would suggest staying away from material listing as on the site we are not doing material grades items have a rank and their rank decides their toughness the ranks will be the same system used for techniques so for this I would say it could defend against other RT's and free form attacks.
for this try to limit the fruit on what your character can do at his current level and not what the fruit can do altogether.
Also I would like to see a list of all the different poisons one could make with this fruit (though as a rookie I would say only one mild poison to start with).
Human beings are the dominant race in the world, as they outnumber most other races, and are usually among the most technologically advanced and organized of the races. Most islands are inhabited by humans, even in the Grand Line, where most of the stronger races such as the fishmen and giants are found. Humans come in a range of sizes, ranging from "normal" to much taller. Some are extremely tall with the tallest being around twenty-two feet tall. far surpassing an average human's height by roughly five to six times. However, these humans remain small compared to giants.[break][break]
Most of the inhabitants of the One Piece world are normal humans and are one of the weakest races on the planet. While the average human is as weak as in real life, with enough training, they can become Superhumans, which is akin to normal humans with high levels of physical strength. They can also train to gain incredible abilities. Some humans have demonstrated that humans can learn Fishman Karate, despite not being Fishmen themselves. Many humans have developed a variety of martial arts styles to defend themselves with such as Black Leg Style & Hasshoken. Additionally, humans often wield swords and other weapons to compensate. Several human swordsmen are shown to be extremely powerful individuals. In addition, normal humans are more likely to consider eating Devil Fruits to compensate for their lower physical abilities.[break][break]
Humans are also known for their intelligence and as a result, can compensate for their lower physical abilities by outwitting their opponents or using their intelligence to figure out how to use their opponents' weaknesses/strengths against them. Several humans are geniuses in science and engineering, allowing them to develop unique powerful weapons & gadgets, or use their knowledge of various sciences (from biology to meteorology) offensively. While a normal human is physically much weaker than races like giants and fishmen, their wide range of attacks, skills, and abilities allow them to become versatile fighters. Even with the physical strength of other races taken into account, there are a handful of humans who can become strong, whether through physical prowess or tactical thinking.
Giant
Giants are a race of beings that vastly overshadow the other known races of the world in size. The most commonly known giants are those from the island of Elbaf.[break][break]
Being giants, they are giant humans in appearance, although many giants have been noted as having more exaggerated proportions and features than most humans. They are so large that when they cry, their tears can cause large areas on the ground to appear flooded. Many giants from Elbaf are based on Vikings in both design and beliefs, though there are also giants from elsewhere that do not share that theme.[break][break]
They are not to be confused with large-sized humans, to a giant these large humans are no more than "oversized ants." Large-sized humans at their tallest reach knee-height of a giant, a normal human only can reach as high as the ankle in comparison. Certain giants, are bigger than average giants by roughly four times that of an average giant, and can grow horns out of their heads, and can have unique skin colors as well (such as pink or yellow). Giants of considerably short stature can also exist as well.[break][break]
All giants can live for up to three times longer than human beings. They are a strong and almost unstoppable race, the average human cannot stand up to them, making them both ideal guards and deadly warriors. Just as large-sized humans have an advantage against "normal" humans, large-sized giants have a huge advantage against "normal" giants. Large-sized humans, even those with great strength are usually just too weak to take on a giant, most giants thus far have either been taken down by the strongest of the human fighters, or by tactics; thus far the most common method to take them down is using one giant against another.[break][break]
However, while they are incredibly strong their size is also their biggest disadvantage. The larger giants are so big that they make for easy targets during battles. Another disadvantage is space, as giants need room to maneuver themselves without damaging buildings or stepping on allies.[break][break]
The majority of giants seen so far believe that to die in battle is a great honor and that duels are sacred battles between the strong to determine who wins the favor of the Gods of Elbaf. Upon returning to Elbaf after a victorious battle, the winners are treated as heroes. However, not all giants believe that fighting and dying in battle is a great honor. Another note is that due to their longer lifespan, they tend to treat time differently than humans. Whereas 50 years to a human would be a lifetime wasted, to giants 50 years is only 1/6 of their potential lifespan. As such, a vow that results in them losing 50 years of their life can be seen by them as "nothing". Giants can be anywhere from 25ft to 100ft tall. Giants as a race perk can start with a strength SA that does not count toward their starting SAs (though this is not a requirement). If taken the giant cannot get a speed SA.
Dwarves
Dwarves are an extremely small sentient race, usually around one foot tall. In comparison to an average-sized human, their height difference is approximately the same as that between a normal-sized human and an average-sized giant. They are mostly human in shape, apart from having a thick fluffy tail and chibi-like proportions, and often have pointed noses. Despite their small size, dwarves possess great strength, with a single dwarf being able to easily destroy a building. They are very fast, enough for them to disappear in the blink of an eye, making it nearly impossible for a normal person to see them. They are known as great cultivators as they stated that they can cultivate any plant, as evidenced by the abundance of plant life on Green Bit. Dwarves are shown to be extremely gullible and trusting, easily convinced to believe anyone, even if they are lying. As a race perk a dwarf may start with an SA that affords them strength and speed however, the SA must also state that they are extremely gullible with a direct correlation to how strong and fast you are to how gullible you are.
Longarm
As their name suggests, all members of the Longarm Tribe seen so far have two elbow joints on each arm, which results in them having abnormally long arms. Furthermore, most members wear Chinese-style clothing, with a kanji on the front. The kanji varies from person to person. Other than that, they have the same appearance as normal humans. Though they can keep their extra joint tucked above their shoulders which gives them the appearance of unusually long shoulders. the tribe's combat style revolves around their long arms and extra joints. As an added racial benefit their long arms being around 6ft they have extended melee range for any technique that uses their arms.
Longleg
As their name suggests, they are a race of very long-legged individuals and because of this, they are very tall and outsize the average human greatly (although they are nowhere near as tall as giants). The incredible long legs of the Longleg tribe endow them with not only height but incredible leg strength as well, and those who are hit by the legs of a Longleg fighter consider them to be like metal whips. As an added race bonus the legs being around 6ft long have added range to any melee attacks that use their legs.
Snakeneck
Not much is known about the Snakeneck tribe. However, as the name suggests their necks are unusually long and powerful. As an added race bonus any melee attack that uses the 6ft long neck has more range than normal.
Minkmen
Minks are humanoids with animal features. Similar to fishmen and merfolk, each individual takes after a specific animal. So far, the animalistic traits of the minks have all been fur-covered mammalian. As such, fur, which they refer to as 'mink' (hence their race's name), covers most of their bodies and is considered their pride and joy. Females tend to look more like humans, while males tend to look more beastial. In some ways, they resemble Zoan Devil Fruit users' hybrid forms. They possess humanoid hands and feet, but those based on animals with paws will also possess paw pads on their palm and up to their first knuckle. It is unknown if the same applies to their feet, as they tend to wear shoes and it is rude to ask.[break][break]
Minks have a variety of abilities like humans. Some are very agile and can leap incredible distances, while others are incredibly burly and strong. Overall, it seems that a mink's strength is dependent on the animal they take after. They have also shown to be extremely stealthy if they choose to be. All minks are natural-born fighters who can use a skill that produces electric shocks known as Electro from a young age and maintain their strength in old age. As an added race bonus Mink can start with an SA that grants them Electro that does not count toward their starting SAs. This also comes with the ability to transform into their Sulong form by looking at a full moon for an extended period (full post). During the Sulong transformation, the mink's hair grows exponentially as well as its body becoming significantly larger, and they emit an electric charge. Along with their altered appearances, their strength and speed are also vastly increased. The strength of Electro is also increased greatly. Whereas before a casual attack may simply inhibit the opponents with paralysis, after the transformation, it is easily capable of knocking out several opponents. Without proper training to suppress their feral urges, minks will lose their minds and rampage indiscriminately. Also, using this form for too long can cause severe exhaustion or even death. A mink can return to its original form if the moonlight is blocked from its eyesight.
Fishmen
Fishmen are one of two humanoid species that inhabit and rule the seas (the other being the merfolk). Fishmen are more fish-like than merfolk, usually looking like a combination of a man and a fish or other aquatic creatures, such as an octopus, manta ray, or saw shark; however, they still have legs. They also have gills between their shoulders and necks, sometimes covered by their clothing, as well as often having webbed hands. Depending on the species, they may have multiple limbs (mainly extra arms). Size may also differ greatly between individuals ranging about the same as humans though most Fishmen are about the size of tall humans on average.[break][break]
Fishmen have gills near their necks, which only work when they are in the water. On land, they can breathe with their lungs as humans do. However, their gills cannot breathe in air, like a normal fish cannot breathe in air through their gills. So covering a Fishman's nose would suffocate them in the air.[break][break]
Even though fishmen are part fish (or at least closer to fish biologically than humans) and have been considered such by prejudiced humans in the past, they are still mammals and give birth to live young. Fishmen are also able to modulate the sounds that they make enabling them to speak in the same language as humans as well as the ability to talk to other animals such as whales showing that a Fishman's larynx appears to be far more adaptable and capable than a human's.[break][break]
They are physically ten times as strong as normal humans from birth (meaning a normal Fishman baby is ten times as strong as a normal human baby) and this difference is magnified underwater, where a human's power is cut in half, while fishmen not only are completely unhindered but are even strengthened. As a whole, amid battle, the Fishman race can be considered unstoppable in their natural habitat - the sea. As well as being powerful they can still talk underwater and cannot drown. However, breathing air into their gills makes them suffer as a normal fish would. While they can use their gills to breathe in the water, they have to switch back to their lungs to breathe in air. However, a Fishman who has eaten a Devil Fruit loses its ability to swim.[break][break]
Like Mermaids, Fishmen also possess the ability to communicate with sea creatures. In particular, Fishmen seem adept at communicating with large sea monsters and possess a unique capacity to bring out the primal rage in such creatures. Of course, the animal being induced has to be at least somewhat willing to comply. it should be noted that just as with Mermaids, Fishmen are still for some reason unable to communicate with Sea Kings.[break][break]
Fishmen often have unique abilities, matching those of the species they are based on, that make them further superior to ordinary humans outside of the physical strength difference. As an added race bonus Fishmen can start with an SA that affords them added strength, speed, OR durability when out of the water but when submerged they get a large boost to all of the above. As well as the ability to breathe underwater and access to the special abilities their species would grant them.
Merfolk
Merfolk are one of the two major races that inhabit the sea (the other being the Fishmen). Just like the mermaids and mermen of folklore, their upper half is that of a human while the lower half is that of a fish. Mermaids may walk normally on land as when they are thirty years old, their tails split into two. Like the fishmen, they are based on the different fish of the sea. Two mermaids of a similar species can also have very different looks.[break][break]
It appears the mermen can retain more fish features in the upper body than the mermaids. It is also possible for merfolk to have webbing between their fingers like fishmen. Unlike fishmen, merfolk do not eat meat or fish of any kind, aside from shellfish, so they remain primarily vegetarian. However, it is unknown whether this is a biological or cultural practice.[break][break]
While merfolk seem to vary as much as humans do, many of the male merfolks carry tridents. Merfolk are the fastest swimmers in the sea. The merfolk can talk to fish and call out to them with a sound wave, which is only audible to them. Despite this, however, and for reasons as of yet unknown, merfolk are unable to talk with Sea Kings. Merfolk also seem to have developed a fighting style unique to their race (like Fishman Karate) known as Merman Combat which seems to involve the manipulation of water. Merfolk can start with a free racial SA that allows them to speak to sea creatures and split their tail fin in two to walk on dry land the SA also increases their movement speed while in water as well as letting them breathe underwater.
Skypiean
Skypieans are the people who come from Skypiea Island. The Skypieans are mostly a non-aggressive race who live peacefully on the Sky Islands so long as you are not a Shandian or a Birkan. They use dials for everyday use, such as cooking. They have small wings similar to the ones found on the backs of the Shandia. They greet each other by saying 'Heso' often while putting their hand against their head and sticking two fingers up.[break][break]
Their wing style is very different from Birkans, styled closer to the Shandia wings. Their wings tend to have shorter feathers that are slightly less in number than a Shandian, often these feathers are thicker and more rounded. They are so close that at times the wings appear to be identical. However, the main difference between Shandians and Skypieans is that Skypieans often have lighter skin tones. They wear more simple civilian-looking attire than the Shandians and Birkans.[break][break]
While seemingly physically weaker than the other sky races, they are more organized and are the most civilized. Their strength is in their more caring nature, organization, and resource access. They follow the Leadership of their ruling governor (whom they call 'God'). They rarely question the actions of their ruling caste. To the Skypieans, the ground from the Blue Seas below (which they refer to as 'Vearth') is sacred as plants do not grow without it in Skypiea. Skypieans can choose to start with a racial SA that does not count to the limit of starting SAs that allows them to fly short distances and about 15ft in the air which can be trained to allow for actual flight.
Shandians
The Shandians are a tribe of people who also live within the Sky Islands. Their dress generally resembles that of Native Americans and their skin is often decorated with tattoos that cover large areas of their bodies. Their wings are similar to those of the Skypieans' in shape and upward direction, however, they tend to have several more feathers, which are longer and have a more defined shape than the Skypieans'.[break][break]
Shandians were once a part of the Blue Sea and their island made up a small part of Jaya. When they were shot into the sky, they soon found themselves as enemies to the Skypieans and Birkans and entered their deadliest conflict for centuries for their homeland. The Shandians are a very dedicated race, whose worship and determination have held their people through the toughest of times. They are skillful warriors who often fight fiercely and are loyal to their tribe. Like the other sky islanders, they may start with the free race SA of flight though under the same restrictions as the other islanders.
Birkans
Like the residents of Shandia and the residents of Skypiea, Birkans are endowed with wings on their backs. However, they are differentiated from the other two races by how their wings face downwards. Residents of Birka have a deal of variety in their appearance. Some of them possess goat-like facial features, having floppy growths resembling goat ears (though they also have normal human ears) and small horns. Unlike Skypieans and Shandians, the people of Birka tend to dress in long white robes, gowns, and other quasi-religious vestments. Birka was said to be home to many strong warriors. Like the other sky islanders, they may start with the free race SA of flight though with the same restrictions.
Cyborg
A Cyborg is a human or another life form that has been modified with machinery and metal for better functioning. These mechanical enhancements can include cybernetic replacements for missing organs or body parts, metal skin for extra protection, and weapons installed somewhere in the body.[break][break]
Cyborgs have mechanical parts, which are usually visible on the outside. Though some appear to be sleeker and have no visible cyborg parts, this seems to be more out of preference than skill (though skill sometimes factors into it). Aside from this, they may appear as a normal human or animal on the outside. Modifications may be more apparent when they receive wounds as they may leave their mechanical parts exposed.[break][break]
Cyborgs are rare, as the technology required for their creation is somewhat advanced. Though they have mechanical parts, so long as their brain is not altered in any way, these cyborgs maintain their free will. Cyborgs with their brains modified lose their free will. This leaves them "dead", reducing them to being nothing more than a tool. They can also be made from the corpses of the dead as well as the bodies of the living. The one thing they all share in common is they are still capable of bleeding.[break][break]
Their mechanical parts put them at a high advantage against normal humans, their strength is normally far greater than a normal human and each cyborg is essentially a living weapon. Those who are cyborgs often have an advantage in battle, as they are more powerful than regular humans in both offense and defense.[break][break]
Amongst the cyborgs themselves, capabilities and power vary per individual design; more advanced models may be superior to less advanced cyborgs. Often Cyborgs can be mistaken for Devil Fruit users given their abilities, although this does not prevent cyborgs from actually obtaining Devil Fruit powers.[break][break]
A cyborg with Devil Fruit power will be placed above the overall capabilities of another cyborg of the same design. Due to the rules of Devil Fruits, copying the exact abilities of one Devil Fruit to another of the same model of a cyborg is impossible. Another advantage they have is being able to recover completely after receiving what may be otherwise lethal damage to normal non-cyborg individuals. They can also be repaired, modified, and upgraded in ways humans cannot.[break][break]
Even cyborgs are not without certain flaws that leave them vulnerable since the modifications that they have received are generally man-made, there are usually some limits to the extent of what they can do. It is later revealed that, given that they were originally flesh and blood, vestiges of their former states remain within a cyborg's body. Because of that, they can be heavily injured if they receive internal damage.[break][break]
Another weakness that cyborgs share is that unless they are modified, they do not grow stronger. One other weakness that the cyborgs whose personality is erased seem to share is that they seem unable to feel pain, and thus unable to realize when they are in danger, though while their sensors and programming may counteract this to an extent (depends on what their programming is). Cyborgs share the racial SA with whatever race they started as.
Atlanteans
The Atlantean race is a race of people that look extremely similar to humans but have the underwater breathing and speed of the Fishfolk and Merfolk races. Because of this, they believe themselves to be closely related to the Fishfolk and Merfolk and have been rumored to be a crossbreed of the underwater races and other races. Because they vary in size from small humans to small giants this claim is widely thought to be true.[break][break]
Their underwater capability is much like the Fishfolk able to survive the pressures of the deep and breathe underwater even though they do not have gills. No one is sure how exactly they can breathe underwater and because they do not have any fish-like qualities they are not considered a part of the underwater races by most. It has been a point of conflict between them and the World Government to the point where their home island was sunk with the use of a Buster Call. As a race perk, they get a free SA that allows them to breathe underwater and have enhanced speed when swimming as well as perfect nautical sense.
Fairies
Fairies or Pixies as some like to be called (due to the people of Dressrosa believing the Tontatta to be fairies) are a race of being very similar to the Tontatta in size and stature. However, they look more like regular humans that are tiny (around the same size as dwarves) the only difference being that they are more evenly proportioned and have wings instead of tails.[break][break]
Their wings come in various shapes and sizes and because of this there is a rumor that fairies are like the Skypiean version of dwarves, neither race likes this comparison very much. Like the dwarves, they are extremely fast though they are not strong like them. As a starting race perk, the Fairies get the ability to fly as well as enhanced speed, instead of being gullible like the dwarves they are extremely helpful even to their enemies and are known to help anyone who asks for help. The more helpful they are the faster they can move.
Three Eye
As their name suggests, members of the Three-Eye Tribe have three eyes, with two of them a normally placed human pair and a "third eye" centrally on their forehead (horizontally in alignment with the normal two). Otherwise, they seem entirely human. Three-eyes possess the potential, with their third eye, to achieve "true awakening" which allows them to hear the "Voice of All Things".
Kinokobito
A kinokobito is a humanoid with a mushroom-shaped body and four legs. They come in various sizes and various appearances with each one looking like a particular Mushroom found in the wild. As a starting SA each Kinokobito can produce spores from their body which instantly causes mushrooms of the same type that they look like to instantly grow within a 5ft radius (the radius can be trained to extended). Also ingesting any part of the Kinokobito's body has the same effect as ingesting that type of mushroom.
Lunarians
Lunarians are a race of people from the Red Line capable of creating fire from their bodies. With the creation of the world government, the Lunarians were ousted from their ancestral home using various means mainly through plague-infested "gifts" while feigning friendship. While mostly human-looking, lunarians are noted for the following distinctive traits: a pair of black-feathered wings on their back (similar to, but significantly larger than, the wings of Sky Island residents), as well as silver-white hair and brown skin. In addition, lunarians have a plume of fire near-constantly burning on their upper back, although it will go out at certain points. As a starting SA Lunarians get the free ability "Ignite" which allows them to ignite their body and manipulate the fire they create, including for the projection of concentrated fire blasts or fire-clad physical attacks. Additionally, lunarians' physiology somehow grants them tremendous vitality and resilience to harm that borders on invulnerability, allowing them to thrive in any natural environment. However, the fire on their back which causes invulnerability can only be used for two rotations at Rookie-level (gaining one rotation every level up and two rotations at Legendary rank for a total of seven rotations) However once the invulnerability is done they lose the other abilities of ignite but gain a speed boost as if they had a speed SA of the same rank. At Rookie-level you could only use the invulnerability aspect of Ignite once per thread gaining an additional use for every rank up, however, each use has a three-rotation cooldown at higher levels. Also once you reach Advanced level you can still use the other abilities granted by Ignite.
Ogres
Ogres are a race of people who look a lot like humans, however, they have horns and are much taller than humans with full-grown ogres being anywhere between 10ft to 25ft tall. Ogres are known to be great fighters and while the stories of their bloodlust and aggression have been proven to be false the tales of their durability and longevity are very true. It has long been rumored that Ogres have negligible senescence meaning that at a certain point, they stop biologically aging and unless they die in battle or through disease or starvation will continue to live for centuries with the oldest known ogre having lived 1300 years before dying in battle. As a starting SA an Ogre can choose between either being completely immune to all poisons or having a healing factor (making any wound less severe by spending one post focusing on said injury. All Ogre also get a durability boost at the same level as the Ogre Race SA.
The Gorosei are the heads of the World Government, and as such, they essentially rule the entire world. Known as the Highest Authority of the World Government the Gorosei are the rulers of the entire world, and have complete control over all government-affiliated organizations; such as the police, the ten Cipher Pol units, and even the Marines; as they are all completely subservient to their commands. Even the orders of the fleet admiral of the Marines can be vetoed by their decisions. They can declare a Buster Call attack on an island that they deem a threat and can pass that authority onto lower World Government ranking agents. They can revoke a Shichibukai's title if they decide that he/she is not living up to their duties as a Shichibukai.
Becoming Gorosei
To become a Gorosei one must have the commendations to become a Fleet Admiral and be at least 60 years old. Once those two requirements are filled the promotion is yours if all slots are filled you can challenge the last seat to a duel for their spot. The duel does not have to be to the death but if it is and the loser is pitied and spared they are removed from the Marines in shame. If they are killed they receive the highest of honors posthumously. The only way to move up in seat is if the one ahead of you dies or moves up themselves (due to death) however the death cannot be by your hands as Gorosei seats are the only position that cannot be taken through open battle beside the last seat. All members of the Gorosei hold the same power, however, the commander and chief can veto any group decisions three times after the third veto they are moved to the last seat and everyone shifts up one.
The Shichibukai, the full title being Oka Shichibukai are seven powerful and notorious pirates who have allied themselves with the World Government. The Shichibukai is an organization of seven pirates turned privateers in the service of the World Government. Although they work for the World Government, the Shichibukai themselves typically do not care about nor respect the Government or even other Shichibukai, and are often considered by the Marines to be no different from any other pirate. On the other hand, they are known as "government dogs" and are despised by other pirates, but are still feared and respected for their infamous reputation and strength which they gained before, and even after they become Shichibukai.[break][break]
They do not express open defiance to the authority of the World Government but are not obligated to follow its orders either though they must if it is an order from an Admiral or Fleet Admiral or risk their position. They are technically only allowed to attack other pirates, and must also compensate the Government with a portion of their plunder, although this regulation is not followed most of the time. Each member of the Shichibukai must also have strong intimidation skills and a fearsome image to put off others becoming a pirate and make them fear them.[break][break]
Some of the members do various tasks for the government, such as conquering new islands for the World Government (described as "liberating") and protecting nations, but their ultimate purpose is to keep other pirates in check. Most importantly, the Shichibukai provide assistance to maintain the balance of The Three Great Powers.[break][break]
Technically speaking, the Shichibukai are considered allies of the government, and in times of war are obligated to collaborate with the Marines. Still, many Marine officers despise them and consider the Shichibukai to still be pirates. When they are not under orders of the World Government, they have no commitment to assist the efforts of the Marines. Most of the Shichibukai appear to show general apathy towards the World Government and in some cases even hostility.
Being Shichibukai
In order to become a Shichibukai, a pirate must first prove to the World Government that they are worth their time and could put fear in other pirates. While this is usually done through a high bounty other means are acceptable such as turning in a high bounty pirate or defeating Shichibukai though these are the most obvious means there are other ways as well. Secondly, the pirate will need to meet with the Fleet Admiral who may bring any form of protection they wish but the Shichibukai candidate must come alone without their crew. During the meeting, the Shichibukai hopefully must agree to a 20% Belli cut (ICly done from your gains) to pay their World Government affiliation tax as well as agree to follow the orders of any Marine official of Admiral rank or higher. After that the World Government allows the Shichibukai to be a legal pirate who can no longer be hunted and has their bounty frozen and so long as they do not cause the World Government too much trouble their crimes will be ignored, this extends to any pirate that sails under the Shichibukai's flag as well. If there is an NPC or PC character in the Shichibukai spot then the newcomer will publicly challenge any of the Shichibukai they want to a duel and while it does not need to be to the death it can be, the winner can request a meeting with the fleet admiral while the loser becomes a regular pirate again and is usually placed within Impel Down.
