One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

Appearance: What do you mean occasional mask for holidays also you do not mention this mask in your inventory. Also you do not need to have a picture of him without his cloak and mask since your FC is Lord Death (though you can keep it so long as it is not a FC from a animanga or videogame).
Personality: Getting shot by people who know he has his fruit - I am thinking that is left over bits from when he had the Gomu Gomu no mi so please remove it and add something else. "do to him reminding people beneath them of them" I am not sure what you mean by this please fix this statement. Also please add in what are his reactions to the serious situations as we know they are surprising to The second paragraph has almost nothing to do with personality and the mention of the big four fingered hand I assume that is a reference to the Gomu Gomu no Mi as well, please change this paragraph to talk more about his personal habit of physical punishment in a comedic fashion as well as the fact that he warns after because as it stands the paragraph is mostly about the attack with little reference to his personality. Also if he likes to fight I do not see him having a love of peace, also you do not mention any clawed gauntlets in your inventory and if you have trench knives you do not really need to put his scythe across his hand to punch someone which is very dangerous as the top part of most scythes are not bladed so you would be cutting into your fist just to hit someone with the blunt edge of a weapon when you could get the same result with jabbing at a person minus cutting your fingers. All in all you can just say that his tactics for fighting are varied and spontaneous and while some of his ideas are god every now and then he has one that is not so good.
History: You mention him eating the Gomu Gomu no Mi here (you should really go through the whole app there are several references to it). Also you are a chore boy before you get the chance to do training for more reference on the Marine system and how it works you can check here. Also due to your low rank if the situation on the ship transpired no matter how much work and effort you put in you would not be given 900 commendations as a chore boy as the captain or highest ranking member on the ship would be given most of the credit for stopping the band of pirates. Speaking of commendations the highest one can start with is 200 again check the Marine Info thread to better understand how the Marines work. Lastly you should go into more detail about his life and training and such as well as his decision to disguise himself as a Shinigami and the incident on the ship because as it stands your history is two paragraphs too short due to what is required.
Combat: A Rookie level Willpower SA will not save you from a fatal attack. At the most it could help you with staying focused on your task making it easier to get out of Rookie level techniques like illusions or hypnotism. It could also help with getting back up when you feel exhausted or have suffered a slight injury once in a thread. There is more to Observation Haki then predicting attacks you would have to talk about each factor of the Haki if you are going to use it also talk about the range of the haki a good starting point would be around 10 meters. Also state how well you can use the Armament haki as using it instinctively is much too good for someone of Rookie level. Also in your history you would need to talk about how you unlocked said Haki for more information on Haki you can check here. For the scythe and trench knives you should understand that because you are not apping them they are less than Rookie rank, also for the Trench Knives you should have Trench Knife x2. A breath mask which I am assuming allows you to breathe underwater or filters poison or something would need to be applied for as a Rookie level item. What is a pull string tube.
There is no need to make this a technique as this is simply what Haki does also just so you know Observation Haki is always 360 degrees as it is not truly seeing more like sensing. Also there is no way to see something that is not living as they do not have a spirit or soul (which is the aura that is being spoken about). Also this is just a single facet of the Observation Haki the base ability is much more than this, but again you would not need a technique to do these things as this is just what Haki does and if you have access to Haki you can do these thing.
While these would be ok if you were apping an SA (which you could totally do for like upgrades and what not when you want to upgrade an SA) you would be robbing yourself of a lot of other abilities that Observation Haki could do. If you need some help thinking up a technique for Observation Haki I would be happy to help.
Reaper Chop An intermediate chop would do more than just bruise (think C rank Taijutsu damage) also the range is Melee
Scythe Bisection Range is Melee, delete Should it be used on someone with no armor. Also as a Rookie tech there is no way it will bisect anyone the most it would do is a shallow cut. Also for the rest of the description I would say use this: When the attack hit a Rookie defense or higher the attack becomes blunt in nature connecting with the target's body the user could then use their momentum to spin the target, who is left on the curved blade, and fling them to the ground or into the nearest hard objet.

The Gomu Gomu no Mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that turns those who consume it into a rubber person, able to take on the properties of rubber throughout their whole body. It allows the user to stretch up to ten meters at Rookie Level though the longer they stretch the harder it is for them to control and aim their limbs. It also makes them almost entirely immune to blunt attacks, including hand-to-hand combat, bullets or even cannonballs. The user's rubber-like body also allows the user to survive falls from heights and collisions that would kill a normal person. They are also immune to electric attacks due to being rubber. They are also immune to high levels of pressure; even the lower ocean's extreme water pressure (thought the effects of the water due to them being a Devil Fruit user still takes effect)
Perhaps the greatest strength of this Devil Fruit, like other paramecia types, is its uses depend almost entirely on the users own creativity. It is versatile and the rubber body's effectiveness is limited only by the imagination. Any part of the body can stretch, but it will remain hard, allowing attacks to do substantial damage.
At Rookie levels the user must actively attempt to stretch their body requiring an act of force to do so, such as throwing their arms back or being shot at. There is also the problem that, due to the organs being rubber too, the user must eat one extra meal a day to remain energized (four meals a day). Of course cutting and stabbing and extreme conditions still affect the consumer. Also whenever the user's limbs are stretched to their limit, they are even more vulnerable to slicing attacks. Also like other paramecia’s that affect the body of the eater the fact that the users body is made of rubber does not change even if covered in seastone or completely submerged underwater.

While not just anyone is allowed to start with a ship Carpenters who go on to become Shipwrights may start with a bare-bones ship of their rank (no engine and no luxuries), also no one can start with an island class ship. While this does give them a bit of an advantage it also makes them a target as they could have their boats stolen in a thread by other pirates or confiscated by marines. Also, only shipwrights are able to upgrade and repair ships just like only navigators would be able to sail through the grand line.[break][break]
That being said there are no special plans or blueprints that make a ship a pirate ship or a marine ship. A ship is a ship and its classification is merely based on who is captaining the ship at the time.
Ranks
Rookie ranked ships are referred to as Tuna Class. These are really small ships that come with only a few rooms (at the most three) and can fit five to six people easily and still leave room for food and other equipment. It has a basic kitchen area and no dining area at all. These ships usually have a single sail and room to fit in a small engine and a cannon. When you think of this class think of the Chiryaku Ten'nen Maru.
Intermediate ranked ships are referred to as Dolphin Class. The Dolphin Class is an average-sized ship that can come with a lower deck and six to seven rooms easy and can still have enough space to store food and equipment, this ship has a decent kitchen and a small dining area. The ship itself can house ten to twelve people, a pair of masts, and an engine room big enough to accommodate one decent sized engine and three to four cannons. When you think of this class think of the Going Merry.
Advanced rank ships are referred to as Orca Class. This ship class is where people start to add luxuries into the ship. It can easily fit ten to fifteen rooms and add silly stuff like a fish tank or cold storage or even a karaoke center, the kitchen is amazing and has a decent-sized dining area. Roughly twenty people can stay on the ship, in addition the engine room is big enough to store one large engine. These ships usually have around three or four sails and at least ten cannons. Veteran ranked ships are referred to as Sea King Class. This is basically one enormous ship, the type that anyone would be proud to own and makes anyone want to compare size. Sea King Classes come with four decks and have utterly no problem housing fifty people and can hold thirty rooms. The kitchen or kitchens are the finest and the ship can hold a full elaborate dining hall. It has a standard six sails, and a Jumbo engine and can house twenty-five cannons. When you think of this class think of the Moby Dick.
Legendary ranked ships are referred to as Island Class. These are not ships, these are islands that have been re-purposed and made mobile. As such listing off what you can put on it would be foolish as even with a small island you could fit an entire village or two on it and still have tons of space left over. They do however require ten Jumbo engines to move and will never be as fast as the slowest of ships in the other classes. When thinking of this class think Thriller Bark.

He has yet to make any modification to it as he is still planning out their first big overhaul (which is when the ship will be properly named as it will then be truly theirs). The Ship has only three rooms and could fit about four people comfortably while still having room left over for food and other equipment. It has a basic kitchen area and no dining area at all. It has a single sail with the most basic of engines and one cannon that is too old to fire without exploding itself which is fine as there are no cannonballs.

Veteran
Although these are classified as armor these are no more than just shin-high boots that are made out of diamonds. Because they are made of diamonds they can act as a Veteran level defense to attacks as well as an amplification to basic kicking attacks (making a free form kick as strong as a Rookie Level kicking technique). Veteran level attacks can damage the shin guards which will give the user some damage but not as much as usual, whereas Legendary level attacks can break the armor and make them useless for the rest of the thread. While afflicting a bit lower damage to the wearer.

Veteran
Although these are classified as armor these are no more than just elbow length gloves that are made out of diamonds. Because they are made of diamonds they can act as a Veteran level defense to attacks as well as an amplification to basic punching attacks (making a free form punch as strong as a Rookie Level punching technique). Veteran level attacks can damage the armor which will give the user some damage but not as much as usual, whereas Legendary level attacks can break the armor and make them useless for the rest of the thread. While afflicting a bit lower damage to the wearer.

Hidden Blade
Rookie
Seemingly an ordinary leather gauntlet used to protect from slashing damage and such. However, on the underside of the gauntlet is a steel apparatus. The apparatus houses a hidden blade mechanism that can be activated with a hard flick of the wrist in order to spring forth the hidden blade from its housing unit. The blade shoots out much like a bullet from a gun, fast and hard but it never leaves the apparatus. The blade itself is about six inches long making it about the size of a dagger. This blade is not meant for sword fighting as the housing unit is subject to breaking if the blade is bashed too strongly. This is used more for cunning and quick stabs to an unsuspecting enemy. Though the gauntlet itself can protect from free form slashes it is not meant for Rookie or higher level attacks at this level.
Intermediate
A hardened leather gauntlet used to protect from slashing damage and such. However, on the underside of the gauntlet is a steel apparatus. The apparatus houses a hidden blade mechanism that can be activated with a hard flick of the wrist in order to spring forth the hidden blade from its housing unit. The blade shoots out much like a bullet from a gun, hard and fast but never leaves the apparatus. The blade itself is about six inches long making it about the size of a dagger. The blade at this level has been increased and can be used much like a regular dagger though if too much pressure it placed upon the blade it can break. While still mainly used for cunning quick stabs to catch an unsuspecting enemy off guard it can also be used in a head on fight by an agile fighter. The gauntlet has also been improved to withstand a couple rookie level attacks before becoming useless as a piece of armor
Advanced
A hardened leather gauntlet enhanced with bits of chain mail used to protect from slashing damage and such. However, on the underside of the gauntlet is a steel apparatus. The apparatus houses a hidden blade mechanism that can be activated with a hard flick of the wrist in order to spring forth the hidden blade from its housing unit. The blade shoots out much like a bullet from a gun, hard and fast but never leaves the apparatus. The blade itself is about six inches long making it about the size of a dagger. The blade at this level has been increased even further and can be used much like an enhanced dagger making it so that it can stand up to multiple intermediate level blows though after several advanced blows or higher it can break. While still mainly used for cunning quick stabs to catch an unsuspecting enemy off guard at this level one can use it as a regular dagger if they choose forgoing the sneaking preference of the weapon. The gauntlet has also been improved to withstand a couple intermediate level attacks before becoming useless as a piece of armor
Veteran

However, on the underside of the gauntlet is a steel apparatus. The apparatus houses a hidden blade mechanism that can be activated with a hard flick of the wrist in order to spring forth the hidden blade from its housing unit. The blade shoots out much like a bullet from a gun, hard and fast but never leaves the apparatus. The blade itself is about six inches long making it about the size of a dagger. The blade at this level has been increased even further and can be used much like a top tier dagger making it so that it can stand up to multiple advanced level blows though after several veteran blows or higher it can break. While still mainly used for cunning quick stabs to catch an unsuspecting enemy off guard at this level one can use it as a regular dagger if they choose forgoing the sneaking preference of the weapon. The gauntlet has also been improved to withstand a couple advanced level attacks before becoming useless as a piece of armor
Legendary
At this level the gauntlet is completely made of the advanced polymer making its toughness of the highest caliber. On the underside of the gauntlet the housing unit has been upgraded to a more flexible metal that has a higher durability than steel. The apparatus houses a hidden blade mechanism that can be activated with a hard flick of the wrist in order to spring forth the hidden blade from its housing unit. The blade shoots out much like a bullet from a gun, hard and fast and because of the new flexible material with another flick the hidden blade spin on itself allowing the user to grab at the handle of the blade to disconnect it from the housing unit. The blade being about six inches long makes it a fully functioning dagger. While the blade can still be used while in the housing unit it becomes much more effective in hand to hand combat outside the apparatus making the weapon a two way threat for sneaking and straight up fights. the durability of the blade is such that only several Veteran level attacks or two Legendary attacks can break it. Also this is the only level where the dagger can be used to break defenses (as this is the only time it can be used for more than free form attacks). The gauntlet can withstand all but several legendary level attacks

As it's name implies this fruit turns the user into a magma man allowing them to turn into magma at will and control magma they create. While some logia have multiple uses or supplemental effects that make them stand out, this fruit's status and fear come from one thing: raw destructive power. At this level, the user can turn himself into living magma, and can still choose to look human while he is, but he cannot yet reflexively turn into magma, making surprise attacks still effective on his actual body. He can absolutely turn into magma whenever he wants and can do this to combat physical moves.[break][break]
Offensively, the user can secrete magma from his body only about as fast as magma will travel without assistance, and he can shoot small magma rocks the size of baseballs at his enemies. Getting close to the user while in magma form makes for extreme difficulty, as his magma is hot, of course, without direct contact, there is no chance of someone catching on fire. Defensively, magma is perfect for protecting against physical attacks due to the nature of the element[break][break]
