Zero is a handsome man of bronze complexion,with brown eyes and brown hair. Zero maintains his hair in a Afro, which is a hairstyle worn naturally by people with lengthy kinky hair texture. Zero is tall in stature with a slim muscular and lean body. He always wears a black hoodie that runs the length of his body,tight fitting turquoise color shirt and pant, with black tennis shoes. In addition to his attire, Zero almost always wears his sunglasses no matter the time of day, the weather or occasion.

Being born on Spider Miles ( which at times can have harsh winter seasons) and eating the Hie Hie no Mi(Freezing Human),Zero enjoys cold climate conditions and often wears just his hoodie, shirt, pants and shoes into the most harsh winter conditions.Zero has no tattoos on his body and when in new areas he always walks around with his hood covering his head. When he doesn't want people knowing his real name he often uses his alias "Chilly".

Zero is a laid-back man with strong conviction that operates on a basis to help others that are being oppressed by others. Zero is the type of person that wouldn't say much to a person that he doesn't know, but will be like a open book to people that he does trust. He will crack jokes and conversate for hours with people that he loves and trust.However, it is very hard to earn Zero's trust, he is cautious by nature.

He always goes by his alias "Chilly" to protect his identity and always wear his sunglasses. He loves reading and often will open one of his books while people are talking to him which anger many people.

Being a man aligned with the Revolutionary Army, Zero hates the World Government and all it's affiliates which include even the Shichibukai. The only thing Zero might hate more then the World Government would probably be his father. Zero loves close hand to hand combat and exercising. He jogs 100 miles every morning often doing so while reading one of his books.

Zero loves his mother and one could say that if Zero had a weakness it would be his mother he would do anything for her to make sure she is okay and safe.

Born into a poor family as a single child and raised in a single parent house hold,Zero cherishes his mother and does anything to make sure she has everything that she needs. Zero, however; has little compassion for his father, Tiger Mori. Zero hates his father because he abandoned his family 20 years prior to be a pirate. With his father leaving when Zero was only five years old, Zero doesn't know his father nor the exact reason why he left to be a pirate. But, his absence left years of hardship for his family and country; the hardships of trying to survive and constantly answering to the demands of the World Government for the villages needed financial contribution to the World Government. Living in a country ordered to pay taxes to the World government, marines abusing their power and ransacking the resources the country does have leaves the country in a awful spot.Spider Miles doesn't have the natural resources to produce as a rich country would be able to. The Port town in north blue is literally only known for it's Waste Processing Plant, which is basically an industrialized area littered with mountains of scrap metal and factories. The factories produce heavy smog which affects the air quality on the Island.

Due to the need to work, Zero dropped out of school during his teenage years and traveled around to other nearby islands in North Blue with some of his fellow brethren (60 men) doing various jobs for work. The work included long hours, transporting items across long distances and extreme manual labor ( transporting raw resources, materials, boulders, etc..) up and down slopes, digging with his bare-hands in various climate conditions) to deliver materials factories. Zero did this for years and in doing so built up a tremendous amount of physical strength and stamina. It has been said that Zero's hands are as strong as steel.

Currently 22 years old......

While on a particular island, Zero and his fellow brethren would be on a job digging for natural resources to be exchanged for gold like always. However, on this fateful day a group of marines from an outpost would be walking by making fun of Zero and his fellow brothers. The marines would begin to kick them and throw items at them until one of the men from spider Miles would get tired of the assault and launched a attack with a shovel that would end up accidentally killing a marine.The assault probably perpetrated by years of injustice, the very thing the "so-called" marines stand against was the catalyst for this action. An offense punishable by death, one marine would run back to inform the marine outpost while the other marines would begin to aim their guns and start shooting the men from Spider Miles. A skirmish would ensue between the marines and the men from spider miles. The men from spider miles throwing shovels, rocks, sticks whatever they could throw or protect themselves while taking cover from the spray of bullets.

Some moments later, marine reinforcements from the outpost would arrive and back up the small battalion of marine soldiers in what was called an "uprising". The marine reinforcement would bring out a cannon and the slaughter would continue on. Zero seeing his friends die and getting struck by a bullets himself would scream and would move from around a rock and begin to run towards the marine yelling!

Then darkness falls upon Zero.....


The next thing Zero recognizes is waking up on a Island in North Blue.

Surprised, he wasn't dead. A man stating that he thought Zero would never wake up introduces himself as a member of the Revolutionary Army. He apologizes about using some technique called "Haki" earlier, but he insisted that Zero's situation was dire.The man stated that Zero was the lone survivor from the massacre. The man stated that he could see into Zero's heart and he recognizes him to be a good man, a man that has witnessed injustice from the people sworn to protect against it. A man that has the Will of the D, a man that will change the World, a man that is a fighter, no a Revolutionary Fighter. While recovering the revolutionary man stated that he found something on his travels and he pulled out a fruit. The man stated that the fruit is called the Hie Hie No Mi and it would give Zero power that he never though was conceivable. The only thing the man asked was that Zero honor the agreement and fight until he dies on behalf of his fellow brethren, his country, and the Revolutionary Army.

Zero agreed and eat the fruit, since he has been young it's been his mother and him against the world. Zero also loves his country and he completely despises the World Government. And the only person to save him from this nightmare is a man from the Revolutionary Army. It was a no-brainier. The guy said that Zero can refer to him as "Brother".

For the next tree years "Brother" would train Zero in the way of using his devil fruit powers.Zero at first being a slow learner only recently began to make strides with the Hie Hie no Mi. Zero, however has become quite adept in close range combat( Modern Jeet Kune Do/ martial arts) and has maintained his tremendous physical strength and stamina over the years.He has also improved on his speed over the 3 years with training. During this time "Brother" has exposed Zero to in-depth knowledge of the Revolutionary Army and their goals.He also introduced many books to Zero and encouraged to him read everything and anything because knowledge is true power.

His adventure is about to rocket off......

Modern Jeet Kune Do/ Martial Arts- The core concepts of JKD are derived from Wing Chun. This includes such ideas as centerline control, vertical punching,low kicking, trapping,redirection, forward pressure, boxing and stances from Fencing}. Zero is also able to defend himself from person's using weapons and disengage enemies from their weapon. Zero operates Jeet Kune Do utilizing 4 Properties:

1.)Be Like Water ( martial systems should be as flexible as possible. water is often used as an analogy for describing why flexibility is a desired trait in martial arts. Water is infinitely flexible. It can be seen through, and yet at other times it can obscure things from sight. It can split and go around things, rejoining on the other side, or it can crash through things. It can erode the hardest rocks by gently lapping away at them or it can flow past the tiniest pebble.

2.)Economy of motion - JKD students are told to waste no time or movement. When it comes to combat JKD practitioners believe the simplest things work best. Economy of motion is the principle by which JKD practitioners achieve “efficiency” describe in the three parts of JKD. Utilizing this principle conserves both energy and time. Energy and time are two crucial components in a physical confrontation that often leads to success if employed efficiently. In combat situations maximizing one’s energy is beneficial in maintaining physical activity. Likewise minimizing the time to execute techniques because of traveling less distance is beneficial in that the opponent has less time to react.

3.)Combat realism - One of the premises incorporated in Jeet Kune Do was “combat realism”. It's insisted that martial arts techniques should be incorporated based upon its effectiveness in real combat situations. This would differentiate JKD from other systems where there was an emphasis on “flowery technique”. Flashy “flowery techniques” would arguably “look good” but were oftentimes not practical or prove ineffective in street survival and self-defense situations.

4.)Absorbing what is useful- “Absorbing what is useful” is perhaps the most confusing and least understood concept in Jeet Kune Do. This principle does not mean choosing, collecting, compiling, or assembling the best techniques from various diverse styles and slapping them together to form a new style. To do so is to miss the point of Jeet Kune Do. The concept of “absorbing what is useful” essentially means that a martial artist must find the proper skill set and traits that will be efficent for them. A technique or style that works for one person, will not necessarily be effective for another person.
