One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

Morgan's voice whispered within their hearts: "You are the Lords of the earth! Go forth to claim the empty throne Of Heaven and be gods"
Exaltation: simple put man progressing to the status of Godhood, Morgan's crew main goal is to surpass god or achieve divinity. Awkwardly enough, Morgan's God complex is entirely polytheistic, the belief that more than one true God exists. That being said he believes that his crew are the closest to godhood, with the authority to do, take or destroy whatever they please. Additionally, the entire crew holds no regard for other lives except their own or their worshipers(slaves), and has no moral qualms about killing thousands - instead they see it as their godly duty to rid the world of sin(whoever challenges them)
Rules Crew Requirements and Goals:
There are no rules for joining, Crew Members do not have to have a God or Missiah Complex as Morgan does to join the crew. In-Charater, Morgan is basically insane and will most likely let anyone join. He sees his crew as his Pantheon of Gods, even if they would tell him otherwise. That being said, whatever goal his crew member wishes to achieve Morgan would help them accomplish it, without hesitation.
Morgan is a an abnormally large man, however unlike other large-sized humans, he is well-proportioned. He has a long face with pronounced cheekbones, and pronounced, hairless eyebrow ridges. He has yellow eyes and long, stringy black hair. A noticeable trait in his appearance is his unusually pointy hair style and numerous scars along his body from years of Samurai training. As a samurai Morgan wears a black armour with a distinctive red trimming over a simple black suit. This armour is constructed from numerous metal plates, formed into multiple protective guards along his body. Beneath his shoulder armour he wore two bands on each arm. This clothing was accompanied by a pair of traditional samurai sandals. Over all, his appearance is daunting and appeals to his fighting nature.
■ Personality
Overall
Morgan is a rather arrogant, loud immature and egotistic person. He is incredibly tactless, and can sometimes be disrespectful, insulting to his nakama and even his superiors. Morgan has an informal way of speech and behavior, even towards people of a higher rank than him. Morgan's dream is to be the man who surpassed God,' which he is actually trying to do. Because of this he holds himself with high regard and constantly refers to himself as "immortal" or "Divine" and the other people around him as Mortals.
Despite Morgan's rather large ego, there are more positive sides to his personality. Although it is hard to tell through his arrogance, he does genuinely care for his Nakama. He always arrives to his friends' aid if they are in danger, seeing himself as a protector of the people whom he classes as weaker than himself. Morgan also has a very positive and upbeat temperament, although he has his short-tempered and cheeky side. He will often laugh and smile in the glummest of situations. His cheerful demeanor can sometimes act as a support to others when they are down. It should be noted that Morgan also has a determination that knows no bounds.
He constantly trains to become stronger, and is dedicated on his goals, putting all of his effort in everything he does. However, Morgan tends to develops tunnel-vision when pursuing something that will make him stronger, being too stubborn to see the wrongness of his aims. Ultimately, Henry D. Morgan, wants to transcend the abilities or mere mortals and become something akin to a god. With this power, he plans on overthrowing the world government and replace it with his own. As such he has no real want for Beli(though he needs it to survive) but goes out of his way for Infamy and power.
Morgan was born in the New World in Wano Country, the country is known for it's warriors known as the Samurai who were born there or traveled to train there. Morgan was born one of the many children of Mavis D. Morgan the oldest living and highly powerful samurai on the island. As such Morgan like all his siblings would undergo extensive training in the art of the sword. For years the boy would perfect his form and try his best to been acknowledged in the eyes of his mother. With as many siblings as he had, it seemed almost impossible for him to ever achieve anything. However, by the time Morgan was 9 years old he had mastered the Ittōryū or One Sword Style. Being the youngest of his siblings to do so, this overjoyed his mother as strength and skill was favored by the woman. Because of Morgan's raw talent his father begin training him with his eldest brother the strongest so most favored of the siblings.
After years of training Morgan's Ittōryū had become one of the strongest within the country. Though he had never managed to learn the other styles, not being able to utilize more than one sword. So instead, Morgan perfected his Ittōryū while his brother had ultimately mastered Santoryu and nitoryu. This ultimately making him the Apple of his mother's eyes. In turn she scolded and bashed Morgan regardless of his prowess with Ittōryū. Frantic for his mother's affections, Morgan would train harder and harder yearning to become stronger. His drive to become stronger eventually turned into a lust for power, no longer fueled by the need of his mother's love, but by the urge to be THE strongest person alive, and the only way to do that was to surpass god itself. Soon this lust for power would ultimately split over as his mother would name his eldest brother as her successor. Fueled by rage, the young boy who was now a young adult of 20 years old challenged his brother to a Agni Kai. The Agni Kai was one of their oldest tradition where to samurai would duel to the death with the victor claiming the person's sword as their own.
The battle was grueling and one of the hardest things to accomplish however, Morgan had bested his brother with his superior skill and maneuverablity. Though before the final blow could be struck, Morgan's older brother had held up the universal sign of surrender, a custom that predated even the Agni Kai. There fight had the entire crowd on edge and as his brother held up the sign, Morgan looked at his mother who had let out a drastic overly dramatic sigh of relief for her eldest son. Angered by how relieved she was by his brother's cowardice, Morgan sliced through his brother's neck ignoring the surrender sign, the claiming his brother's sword Clarent for himself. This was considered a unspeakable act that was only punishable by death, Mavis filled with disgust ordered them to kill Morgan.
However, none of his siblings stood a chance, he slayed each and every one of them until his mother remained. He looked her in the eyes and told her that he wouldn't kill her just yet. Instead he would keep her alive so she could see the person that killed her beloved children become the man who surpassed god. After taking the lives of his entire family but his mother, Morgan fled the his home country to become stronger while he search for Nakama, and people who would ultimately risk their life for him and vice versa. In his attempt to escape the treacherous new world, Morgan would become captive to the Dread King pirates. This was Morgan's first taste of power, the Dread King pirates under the command of their King Bartholomew "Dread King" Roberts, we're absolutely terrifying. Morgan knew instantly that despite all that he went through he was nothing but an insignificant spec compared to these monsters.
The man would be prisoner to the dreads pirates for couple year before eventually becoming a swabbie for the Dread King Pirate himself. This is where Morgan would get his lucky break, he would spend the rest of his teenage life on with the Yonko's crew before he was given his chance to make a name for himself. His tasks was to become a Captain under the Dread Pirates flag and make a name for himself in the blues, get stronger and return to the new world as a commander in the Dread Pirate armada. Morgan, despite living with the pirates for years hadn't grown attached to any of them. He saw them and the great dread King as only obstruction in his divine pilgrimage. With that being said, the promotion to captain and subsequent appointment to the frozen seas of the north blue was seen as divine intervention to Morgan, reassuring his dream to surpass god. Now at the age of 25 Henry D. Morgan had escaped not only the clutches of his Samurai heritage, but also the claws of a monster known as the dread King. He continues to travel the seas under the Dread King Pirate flag, but ultimately seeks power and Nakama of his own.

Another one of Morgan's defining traits is his extreme level of physical endurance, he has trained his entire body in order for him to survive deadly attacks that was attributed to swordplay but in later years hand to hand combat as well.
