Description
Flash dials store light within them, allowing one to create a blinding flash as long as they are in a place with light. This light generally covers three meters. While mainly used to blind through flashing light, one can alternatively rob all light from a room. Of course the latter would leave the user unable to see too.

Eisen Dials are rare dials that are among the most useful in combat. It emits a stream of "iron cloud" that can form into different shapes, like a cloud, but is as hard as iron. It can lengthen and/or widen without limits and can even form thick defensive walls. Ohm possesses an Eisen Dial, inside the pommel of his sword.
