One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

Kelly is a tall, muscular man with pale skin and bright red hair, resembling flames. His nose has a particular shape, being quite pointed and having little protrusions on both sides. He has dark reddish purple colored lips and fingernails, red/orange eyes and no eyebrows. He also has a large scar that drags from the left side of his forehead, goes down his neck and another smaller one that goes through his left eye. There are two parallel scars on his lower right arm also. His left arm also appears to be entirely mechanical, and also has scars on his right forearm, left pectoral, and on the left side of his abdomen.
His attire consists of his trademark spotted pants, a black opened vest, held down by a belted war kilt. He also has a long dark red coat, worn over his shoulders. He wears a pair of studded, square shaped goggles on his forehead, and a large fur captain's coat over his bare muscular torso. The dark brown coat is adorned with spikes on its shoulders lined in maroon. The collar of the coat is extremely flared and wide. He typically wears this coat with his right arm in its sleeve and his left arm under the coat itself.

Kelly gets his title for two reasons, the first being his metal body literally being made of metal, thus his stomach being stronger than steel. However the main reason he has this title is do to his heavy alcohol consumption. Kelly is known not only for his heavy drinking, but his ability to consume even the strongest of alcohol with no visible effects on his personality. He cares for alcohol so much that, in exchange for putting fear into other pirate crews, and even killing a few when ordered, the World Government had to pay for ALL booze bought by his crew, with the exception of those bought specifically for Kelly.
Kelly has three rules to join his crew, and these rules embody the Steel Gut Pirates. Anyone who wishes to join his crew must treat the crew members as comrades in arms, be willing to become cyborgs, and love alcohol. He even organizes the drinks based on rank of crew, with the lower members downing their weaker drinks, with the alcohol getting more and more powerful as one increases in rank among the various sub crews of the Steel Gut Pirates. Kelly himself saves the strongest alcohol for himself, such as alcohol that is made specifically for giants, that normal humans can only handle a shot of do to its sheer density.
Kelly has standards he holds members to his crew to, and while these are not enforced like the three rules, it is generally expected of Kelly's followers to meet these expectations, lest they be considered disappointing outcasts who are only allowed on the crew because they follow the first three rules. All of Kelly's men are expected to stick to their guns on their beliefs no matter, what and to never to go back on what they say they will do or what they say they will never do. To Kelly and most of the crew, if you cann't keep your word, you loose the right to ever call yourself a man. This is so strongly enforced that battles on ships are not just allowed but encouraged, with Kelly saying is the way real men show their feelings. While these fights may last a while, Kelly and his crew will usually forget the arguments after they are over, as the other had shown how much they believe in what they say.
Kelly highly praises being a man, having many rules that never flow together to a coherent set of rules. To Kelly a person must do multiple things to prove he is a man, and anything less isn't worth considering. Men protect the things they love, be them material or otherwise. Men will know the names of each worthy opponent they've killed until the day their heart stops beating. Men have wills as strong as the metal that fills his crew's bodies, that will always stand against anything that comes their way. A man is able to admit when his actions were foolish. A man knows that a battle is a battle, and any moves made are merely tactics, and that they will not hate any man for doing what it takes to survive.

Leaves at age ten to join the "Steam-Blood" Pirates (who he refers to as the prototype Steel Gut Pirates). Gains first cybernetics, basically just a man with metal skin.
Befriends Joseph Jonathan, nicknamed "JoJo". Both begin researching more advanced forms of technology. Steam-Blood pirates grow to three ships in total.
Joseph and Kelly create alcohol powered cyborg machinery, despite Joseph's utter lack of interest. Kelly begins to consume inhuman amounts of alcohol, gaining "Iron Gut" as a title.
Joseph goes on to creates tea powered machinery, his own personal use. Kelly begins to fight with Nyrikki "Steam-Blood" (captain) methods of combat, which included poisoning and very indirect ways of battle.
Kelly discovers how to use the alcohol in his blood to create fire. Kelly uses this to light his sword on fire.
Kelly drinks a shot glass of highly concentrated alcohol made for giants, and lives. Earns the title "Steel Guts" from allies, and nothing from those on Nyrikki's side.
Kelly and Joseph create auto target systems, increasing their accuracy. Kelly increases the strength of his senses using cyborg enhancements. Crew grows to eight ships in total.
Kelly and Nyrikki's feud begins to infect the crew, creating a civil war among the ships. Kelly discovers Overdrive, and that it is useless without physical reflexes.
For five months straight the crews all battle, with Kelly victorious and two ships remaining. Kelly takes the surviving members to make the Steel Gut Pirates.
Kelly begins work with Joseph in construction of the first completely metal ship. Crew grows to six ships.
Kelly uses cyborg upgrades to his reflexes. Kelly and Joseph reach high levels of technology, turning Kelly into a walking armory and Joseph into a human computer.
Kelly and Joseph create the first metal ship J0J0. Joseph combines his cybernetics with the ship, becoming one with it. Kelly declares it a crime to ever power J0J0 with alcohol, and it will always be powered with tea.
Steel Gut Pirates grows to eight ships and Kelly heads the J0J0. Kelly kills several bands of pirates in a show of his power, and even destroys a revolutionary base. Kelly for the first time kills a member for almost putting beer into the J0J0's power supply.
Kelly is contacted by the marines and offered a position with the other Schichibukai. Kelly agrees and hunts pirates for the World Government, as well as gives them small pieces of technology. Kelly however does force them to pay for all alcohol consumed by the pirates, as well as several gallons of tea a day.
A group of pirates break off from the Steel Gut pirates to form their own crew. After a rousing party, Kelly bids them goodbye, and tells them they are welcome to return at any time.

Cybernetic Enhancements: Walking Armory Despite his seemingly small size compared to other races of the world of One Piece, Kelly carried several weapons on his person. Be it missiles in his shoulders and legs, cannons in his chests, bullets in his lungs, long range cannons in his back, or blades in his feet. Kelly has an innumerable amount of weapons on his person at all times, and seemingly has no limit on the amount of weapons.
Cybernetic Enhancements: Senses Kelly's senses have been cyberneticaly boosted to an inhuman degree. All of his senses can pick of their respective sense for up to two hundred meters with no loss of vision. On top of this, at will Kelly can force his senses into overdrive, causing the world to slow down as if it were being watched in slow motion.
Cybernetic Enhancements: Accuracy As a long range fighter, Kelly has a need for accuracy. Not only through his cybernetics is he able to calculate where his enemies will move at their current trajectory, but he can also tell when to shoot them to hit with maximum damage possible. He can accurately hit the eye of small rodents from three hundred meters away, one hundred and fifty meters should his cybernetic senses be limited to normal.
Cybernetic Enhancements: Reflex Kelly's brain and nerves has also been altered with cybernetics. More specifically his Cerebrum and Cerebellum. By altering these two to both process and move information much faster, Kelly can react to fast movements with ease and equal speed. If not for this upgrade, the use of Overdriving his senses would hinder him more than help him.

Vision Dials are used for capturing images and playing them back, comparable to a modern-day camera. It is useful for scouting and recording evidence. Do to the sheer complexity of how they work, Vision Dials are rare and hard to come by.
Monk Stance is a mode that Kuroichi's cybernetics allow her to enter at will, the "stance" having a heavy reliance on defense. More specifically, it allows the user to redirect blows of equal strength (same rank) in a way that causes them to not only fail to damage the user of Monk, but also damage the offender. At rookie, this tends to be pushing a punch downwards so that the opponent skids into the the ground, or things of that level. At Intermediate, this typically involves throwing the opponents weight around, such as flipping someone over the user's shoulder. At advanced one gains the ability to redirect attacks back at their opponent, such as turning a blade around at the last second to send what would have been a long ranged slash back at the enemy, or tripping the enemy so that they fall onto their own fist. At Veteran, a user can even redirect long ranged attacks with this stance, be it by moving a bullet from one finger tip to the other, or grabbing a shot cannon ball, and spinning it around so they can throw it back at the ship at the same force. At legendary, if one has Conqueror's Haki, they can even redirect objects such as lightning and fire with sheer will.

Description
Barbarian is the counter to Monk, in that the systems focus on offensive combat. When using this 'stance', the cybernetics for the user's adrenal glands to go into overdrive, increasing one's rate of attack exponentially. Starting at Rookie the user is able to use one more attack than they usually would in a time span, and one extra attack from then on after. This only works with attacks that are mostly physical movement, so things like firearms and the such do not benefit from this stance.
A rifle with a simple modification, but a useful one. By placing a tiny pin needle in a specific area, the gun is set to fire the second it is cocked into ready position. This allows someone to get off repeated bursts faster than normal rifle users, as well as with little effort.
Upon first inspection, the fruit seems to be simple, as it seems to be an extremely light purple peach. However when one looks closer, the peach's fuzzy hairs are not actually hairs, but extremely small feathers scattered across the fruit.
This fruit is known as the one of the Mythical Models of the Human Human fruit. This one's model is the mythical race of angels. It is believed that angels had huge beautiful wings that allowed graceful and controlled flight, with no speed difference between any two angels regardless of size and weight. They were noted to be physically perfect, and their voices apparently had the strength of a public speaker but the softness of a bell. Some were said to carry weapons of holy flame, while others could create blasts of energy. This fruit embodies those traits, although there are notably few at this level. It is known to be a strange Devil Fruit as one is constantly in their 'hybrid' form, has no 'normal' form. The sign of them transforming to their 'animal' form is signified by them seemingly creating wings from nothing.
After being consumed, the legendary fruit gives the user surprisingly few powers at this level. The first is a pair of summonable wings, capable of letting the user fly for kilometers without tiring. The second is subtle hypnotism. This cannot majorly manipulate others, but can alter their feelings towards them, either making them feel more angered towards the consumer, feel friendly, or even have a hard time focusing on them because of them slightly wiping their presence. Added onto this, they can 'shoot' their feather's at people, firing them from their wings. These feathers come back in the next post.
Consumers of this fruit also find themselves becoming beautiful, their skin flawless and soft, their hair silky and smooth, and their body well filled for their respective gender. The last ability granted is a rarely used one, that comes into effect when in contact with demon devil fruits (aka, Human Human Fruits with demonic themes.) The two powers cannot effect each other. For example if a fire demon tried to burn her, the fire would touch her, but her and even her clothing would be unharmed. If she were to fire her feathers at any demon themed devil fruit, the feathers would seemingly phase through them as if they were illusions. As such in a battle between an Angel Human and Demon Human, it comes down to their human sides.
Kuroichi is an average height woman with short straight blue hair, and amber eyes. She wears lavender eye shadow, and dark fingernail polish. She always wears a large light blue flower in her hair, regardless of where she is. Her skin is fair and smooth, and her build is very hour glass in shape. Kuroichi wears a black high collar cloak, with thigh high boots. Underneath this cloak she wears a revealing navy blue robe, with a large hemline on the front, and exposed her arms, her back, the lateral part of her breast and her stomach. She also wears tight blue shorts.

Kuroichi believes that she is her master’s greatest experiment, as because of her, he was able to become what he is today. She is very attached to her master, in a romantic way. Unfortunately, this attachment is one sided. She can become enraged and will be defensive if anyone tries to point this fact out.
She is usually quiet and only speaks if Akira specifically asks for her to speak up. She is deathly loyal to her master, willing to go with any plan he wishes and to die for him. She doesn’t want him to die, and as such is willing to even disobey his orders if it means saving his life.
Do to her bottling her emotions when it comes to Akira's decisions, she normally releases her emotions in battle. Any emotions she has will clearly be shown in battle, usually in violent ways. Be it angrily beating her enemy, flirting in battle, or happily ripping off limbs, her emotions are clearly shown in battle. [/div]

Kuroichi was born on the same street in which Akira lived. They grew up together, and Kuroichi always looked up to him, do to him having the intelligence of an adult as a child. She looked up to him like a child does their hero, and thought he could do no wrong. The two would constantly go on 'expeditions' to find supplies. Together they would steal chemicals from their schools and Akira would experiment with them.
Eventually however, Akira left his home, and so she went with him and volunteered for human experimentation. Sadly, she would not be experimented on until the 23rd failure. This experiment was a strange one, but simple. Walking Armory, attempt X.
After much complicated, difficult, and painful surgery, her body became as hard as steel, giving her extreme endurance and strength, thus allowing her to be Akira’s living shield. While this has made her heavier, he still considered it a success, and then experimented on himself. when she and himself were revealed, they were instantly bounties and labeled criminals. Ever since then she and Akira have been on the run.

Atlantean Biology [Race Perk] Kuroichi is an Atlantean, meaning that though she looks human, she can swim and breathe as well as any fishman. However, the consuming of a devil fruit has forced her to loose her fast swimming abilities, meaning this biology only prevents her from drowning or dying from pressure in the sea.
8,961 Series Kuroichi is a cyborg meant specifically for combat, and brutal combat at that. Kuroichi's onboard systems focus around improving her speed, as to not have her now metal filled body limit her. Akira's main feature are several steam pumps around her body, which convert water vapor back into water to store, then converts that to steam. Using these, Kuroichi can move as fast as anyone of her rank with a Speed SA across a field. At Rookie Rank she may use this for three posts in a row before she runs out of water and must wait three more posts to refuel the tanks.
Removal and Recovery Systems Kuroichi is so far Akira's only cyborg that he has made. As such, he refuses to loose her. When submerged in water, the tanks will go into overdrive and begin to build up a large amount of pressurized steam. Once they reach the point where they MUST release their steam, lest they explode, they release it all at once, effectively allowing Kuroichi to be thrusted out of the water at high speeds. On top of this, she also possessed a tracker so that, should she not be able to find Akira, Akira can find her.
Usually from under his cloak, the snake his suddenly move up and bite a nearby target that and inject its numbing venom into them. After two posts, the venom with take effect and cause the body to react slower to stimuli for three posts. With his fangs it takes four posts to take effect, and stays in effect for three more posts.

This causes the user to move at the speed a person a rank beneath then, unless they have a speed SA, in which case they move at average for their rank.
Normally wearing some kind of cloak, its unlikely you’ll see anything besides the lower half of his face unless he wills it. This cloak can very in color and shade but most of the time is black or crimson, with one snake like eye on either side of the hood. Underneath is a pair of crimson trousers with a black sash around the top. On his feet he wears nothing but a black pair of boots.
Akira is a male of average height and weight, with scaly skin and a very snake like appearance do to being of a specific species of water snake. His eyes are a demonic yellow, with the sclera black. His teeth are notably sharp, with fangs much like a viper's own.

Science. That is all that matters to Akira. The Law, rules, morality, all of that is pointless to him. To him they halt the progress he can achieve without them. To improve what already exists, break his limits, to do what is thought to be impossible, that is his goal. Some would see this as him trying to reach perfection, but in truth, he hopes to never reach that state. Perfection brings despair. He believe it is his job to make things better than everything that proceeded him, but never perfect. Perfection leaves no room, no improvement, one is eternally stuck in that form.
Akira cares very little for others. To him all are potential experiments, himself, his test subjects, his crewmates (should he find any), marines, pirates, bounty hunters, prisoners, everyone. If he does seem to treasure someone, it is likely because he believes they have great potential as an experiment. Should someone dangerously harm an experiment, (excluding himself) he will become enraged, and likely make whoever-did-so’s death extremely painful.
Should Akira run into something he doesn’t understand, or something never done before, he will become near obsessed with the item/power/person. He will study them and learn all he can about them. He also shows great interest in Paramecia Type Devil Fruits as he claims they hold the most potential. To him Logia are predictable, and Zoans are easily mimicked with chimera creation. Paramecia, on the other hand, hold many powers, such as cutting the intangible, making the dead live again, giving one an All-Seeing Eye, increasing one’s hearing to the highest possible, turning one into rubber, making one immune to cuts, giving super strength, there are so many versions of just this one category.
Akira is also a very good manipulator. Whether its getting something at a discount, convincing someone to do something crazy, or luring others into a trap, he is great at it. He is especially good at ‘pulling the strings of the heart’. He will use other people’s wants and desires to his advantage, and then dispose of them afterwards. [/div]

Born on Fishman Island, Akira was always the way he is now. He would torture animals, sneak into a school’s chemistry labs and play around with the chemicals, and surprisingly make actual working poisons and drugs. He would most be known as the ‘mad kid’ for most of his time there, until he was old enough to leave. When he did, he would live alone in a massive estate in the middle of no where. It would be here his grand experiments would begin.
Anyone who entered the area near his home would ‘disappear’ except for a select few, who would return and claim the area was haunted. While few would travel this path at that point, Akira would have had enough test subjects, plus there would always be those who wanted the prove that the ‘haunting’ was but a myth. Here there would be many failed, and successful, experiments. Eventually, Akira would create his first successful Human Experiment: Kuroichi. This was his greatest success, and he tried to show himself and Kuroichi to the world.
Sadly, the World Government, and most people in the world, didn’t look to kindly on the whole: human experimentation concept and he was given an instant bounty and declared a criminal. He took his notes, research and everything else salvage able from his home and packed it up before burning the place to the ground. He then had to hide in the shadows, much to his dislike, and remain hidden while continuing his research.
Later on he ended up on Skypia, coming across the miraculous inventions known as dials. He studied the races of the land, and they all seemed to be superstitious in some way or another. As such he created a viscous lie inorder to to gain several of their dials. He told them that a god had sent him a demon to test his people, and that it would destroy his people if they did not find an unknown technology and then learn give it to him, so that he himself may learn it. Some natives where kind and gave them without a second thought, while others said he and the girl (Kuroichi) would have to fight for them. After many days he had plenty of what he needed and went into hiding again. When he resurfaced, he had knowledge of how to create almost any dial he wished, and was now an even bigger threat than before. He now travels discretely from island to island, trying to avoid detection until he had a strong enough force.

Fishman Biology: Acanthophis (Race Perk) A Fishman of serpentine nature, Akira is not what one expects from a fishman as far as looks, but his physical abilities are more than proof. In water, Akira is a struggle to keep up with, as well as physically strong. On land Akira is notably faster than most humans, which he mostly uses to keep away from enemies.
Cyborg Creator Unlike many fishmen who prefer to brute force their problems away, Akira is a man of science, and prefers to let his brain and gadgets to the fighting. Akira is proficient enough to make sophisticated systems for his cyborgs, and even utilize Dials in their designs.
Haki (Dormant) Akira, whether he is aware of it or not, has dormant talent with Haki. Not just the usual use of Armament and Observation, but even the rare Conqueror's Haki. Unfortunately he has not unlocked it yet.
