One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

Irene is a tall, slender, yet athletic woman with shoulder-length black hair. She has eyes, with dark, wide pupils. Her skin tone is slightly darker tan and limbs are very long, especially her legs, contributing greatly to both her fighting capabilities and overall height. Irene always wears revealing outfits, usually ones that consists of leather. She is also fond of high heels, and they do not affect the way she walks or her speed.

There’s not much too Irene’s personality besides control, blood thirst and greed. She doesn’t hold any sentiments towards her crew nor people other than herself. She is undeniably driven by the lust for killing and the pay off when the job is done. Irene, despite being controlled by the world government, is a leader by nature. This aptitude for leading has morphed in the need to control her subjects mentally and physically. It is said that Irene, has neither fear of others nor love anything other than killing and money. Despite her one tracked personality, Irene is known to respect people and even opponents with power, so much so that she would be willing to save a target if they would join her crew and use their abilities to kill or gain money.

Born in the North blues, Irene would begin her life among a family of assassins known simply as the Belserion Family. Irene along with her three siblings, one sister and two brothers were raised as killers from the moment they could understand basic studies such as reading and writing. Their family's infamy spread throughout the North blue, kingdoms, countries and even the random merchant would call upon the family to eliminate their enemies. The Belserion family were a prominent entity within the world’s Underground.
Growing up within the world’s underground and unfortunately witty the Belserion Family. Irene experienced many things a child should never experience. The Belserion training regime was considered torture by those outside of the family. Irene and her siblings were subjected to various detriments such as electricity, poisons and even extreme temperatures, for the sole purpose of increasing their resistance to the effects of ailments. Not only this, but their offensive abilities would also be strenuously trained and tested. They would all choose their preferred weapons and fighting style at a young age, with Irene taking a liking to the sword. In no time Irene and her siblings would become the Belserion 4, the spawns of the Underworld.
What made Irene and her siblings so powerful was their ability to handle jobs deemed illegal by the world government or immoral by the world’s standards and not leave one trace of information that points back to them. In the mainstream stage of the world, the Belserion Family were nothing more then a feeble pirate crew that could hardly traverse the blues. In reality, the truth of their prowess spread like wild fire within the under world’s dark net of information.
As the years passed, the world government would become aware of the real Belersion Family and their threat to the order and law of the world. Irene was and is an assassin to her core. She held no love for her siblings nor her family and would betray them in order to preserve her freedom and continue killing. The world government offered Irene a chance to continue her business as a Shichibuki if they brought her family to justice. Knowing that it was only a matter of time before world government didn’t need her, Irene would agree to their terms and become the Government's personal weapon.
During one of the Belserion 4's bloodiest battles, the world government would appear among the battlefield and lay waste to the Belserion Family. Irene was tasked with taking down her siblings but was ordered not to kill them. As the eldest and strongest of the four, Irene out matched even the combined efforts of her siblings. When the battle had ended the Belserion family was no more and the remaining Belserion siblings were taken to Impel Down.
Presently, Irene is captain of the Red Blade pirates. Using her prowess as an assassin, she and her crew has become the Government’s favorite guard dogs. She currently patrols the four blues, going back and forth on the Government’s command and dime.

When one think of the Dread King, they would usually assume a boisterous, loud and crass man. However, Bart “Dread King” Roberts' personality sits on the opposite end of the spectrum. He is calm and collective, he speaks with a deep yet polite voice. That said he carries himself in a aristocratic manner, Bart hardly loses his disposition and prides himself on keeping control over his emotions. Being considered a “King” by his victims and crew, Bart looks down upon those weaker than him. He sees them as peasants, people born to be ruled by him the Dread king. There's only few of those worth his praise and respect, which are his fellow Yonko or those who've traverse the new world.
Whenever confronted, Bart is casual and uncaring, be it by Yonko or Admiral. In truth, he cares very little for other pirates or the world government, and is willing to use almost everyone around him as pawns to achieve his goals. Despite this, Bart understands the power structure of the world. Even though he’s a ravenous pirate, he believes in Order above all. This is due to his “royal” epithet, as only those without class, proper education and decency would pillage and plunder to only bring the world crashing down. As the commander of his fleet, which stretches into the four blues, Bart controls his minions through acquired respect or fear. Usually the latter, He keeps more rowdy individuals like in line through intimidation and mind games, as a way to not resort to violence as he’s very classy. The members of his crew and the world government claims that people follow him because he has no fear, something which pirates who are taught to conquer fear and despair, find inspiring.

Beginning: Bartholomew was born in the Germa Kingdom, to the king and Queen of the country. Prince Bart was destined to be a king and upon birth labeled as a Celestial Dragon. He would pick up all of the deplorable traits of royalty and lived a life of luxury. However, this wasn’t enough for the up and coming Prince. Even as a Celestial Dragon, his family and kingdom still abides by the World Government. Which a king and his kingdom should should never do. This would lead to Bart slaying his parents and taking over Germa Kingdom. He would use its military might to create the Dread King Pirates, an aliased he gained for Slaying his parents.
The Four Emperors: With Bart at the head of the Germa Kingdom, he would devise a way for his influence to reach the entire world. However, this proved difficult as he grew up with the likes of bad ass Calico Jack, the destructive Trunchbull, and master marksman G. Winchester. Three pirates who stood equal to Bart even with the backing of his country. The captains would fight each other and event team up on occasion. Their battles would rock the world, newspapers would flood the sky as more and more news of their exploits became public. It’s usually said that fighting one of them was sure death, fighting two would level an island, fighting three would annihilate a country and all four would mean totally destruction. The four of them would become known as the strongest of their Era.
The New World: The Dread king pirates and it’s captain Bartholomew Roberts claim to fame isn’t their past exploits or the captains brutal take over of the Germa Kingdom. No, it was the formerly impossible feat of conquering the Island known as Risky Red. While the other Yonko did their own thing and some taking island within the new world, none of them would successfully conquer Risky Red. It wasn’t until Bart and his royal pirate crew happened across the island did all this change. Bartholomew Roberts single handedly traversed and conquered the island thanks to his legendary Haki. With it he not only became a Yonko, but it also allowed him to withstand the harsh environments of Risky Red, and claim the island as his own.
Present: Risky Red is now the base of the Dred King Pirates. Over the years, Bart has founded two villages on the dangerous island. He did this for two reasons, first the Golden Age of pirates had begun, more and more of the next generation would carve their own paths. He would welcome them with these two villages, welcome them to challenge the Dred King and take his throne. The second was to create a hub for his massive fleet. Over the years his influence would spread throughout the blues, despite him only claiming two Islands within the world. The Dread King would also appoint one of his generals in charge Germa kingdom in their homeland.
Bart has eaten the Hito Hito no mi: model Lich King, making him A Lich human. Liches are depicted as being clearly cadaverous, their bodies desiccated or even completely skeletal. In bart's case when transformed, he resembles a long dead and dried out king. Bart has gained complete mastery over his fruit and it’s abilities, that said his ranking with the devil fruit is legendary.
There are two abilities Bart’s fruit grants, the first being a form of necromancy that enables Bart to manipulate an aspect of death known as “ectoplasm” or the energies/substance of souls. As such it can be understood as a variable matter-energy coming from planes beyond the physical. With his skill, Bart change the property and form of this energy, which can range from raw seething energy, a misty vapor, or a viscous gelatin, that can also be solidified and used for material purposes.
Because of its unstable, esoteric properties, ectoplasm reacts to normal matter/energy in unusual and useful ways. One example would be rot inducement, which can only occur if one is in physical contact with the bart or his substance. Another example would be reanimation, which bart achieves by imbueing a corpse with ectoplasm in order to temporarily bring it back to life. It should be noted that his ability takes longer to completely rot a living person or some targets could be durable enough to resist the rotting effects of his ability. Additionally, reanimated corpses are merely husks of their former selves and won’t exhibit their former abilities.
Lastly, Bart can create and manipulate tainted and defiled matter (flesh and other organic material.) and spread it throughout the battlefield or use it in various ways for offense and defense. Any creature or thing caught in it or touched by the matter will be defiled and tainted causing things to wither, rot or weaken. It should be noted that this also allows him to control decayed matter such as animal corpses and dead/decayed surroundings such as the environment(pant life).

Being a giant, Hiro is an abnormally large, extremely muscular man, standing a whopping 47 ft tall. He has a small face, with cat like eyes underneath small eyebrows (similar to those of an Oni), He has very long, thick, swept-back black hair that resembles a mane, a wavy, waist-length mustache, and a spiky goatee along with a pair of long, thick, light horns curved forward on each side of his head. Hiro isn’t one to wear much clothes, stating that they’ll only get destroyed during his rampage, and that giant clothes are exceedingly expensive. Because of this Hiro usually dons a large coat with a black fur trimming, with nothing underneath but his bare chest. As for bottoms, Hiro wears a standard pair of blue jeans that are always tattered as if he never changes them. However, his pants are usually the only thing he does change. Lastly, Hiro wields a mace crafted to fit his size and a one of steel gauntlet in his left hand, with his right being the dominant hand.

Hiro has been a lover of mayhem and destruction since a young age. Being a Giant made this trait of him even more pronounced as his sheer size would cause something to break. He is one of the more nastier people within the world. Living for destruction and only destruction. Hiro's personality is a mix of childlike mischief and a morbid sense of humor. He’s highly arrogant, which also stems from his giant lineage. It could be said that Hiro becomes his happiest when he has resolved to kill someone. Earning the title of Baby Killer, Hiro revels in his infamy, as such he’s known to kill specific people such as babies, to decrease the morale of a population. Hiro loves mayhem, chaos and fighting above all else: the sights, the sounds, even the taste of his own blood; Yet he is very disciplined in a fight, never allowing his failed plans or attacks to upset him, never letting superior numbers or power intimidate him, and always willing to do whatever must be done to gain victory. Although he sometimes imposed limitations on himself, such as not using certain techniques more than once, he was willing to "lower" himself with unbecoming tactics or excess displays in order to change tactics and exploit advantages. He was perfectly aware of his talents and did not feign modesty, bluntly stating when he was stronger than his opponents and belittling them when they continued to defy him. Conversely, if he was proven wrong or somebody posed a legitimate challenge to him, he would admit it, apologize for previous remarks if necessary, and if he gained the upper hand, he would not drag out his opponent's suffering. Stemming from this, he feels insulted if he knows an opponent isn't using their full power against him, even if he knows it will result in their death

Hiro was born to within the Elbaf to the clan of giants known as the Oars. The Oars were considered royalty among the giant civilization due to the fact that they grew to be many times taller then other giants. Born heir to the Oars clan, Hiro would abandon his birth right and embrace the life out on sea, the life of a pirate. Hiro left the life he was born into for the simple fact that he hated order. The do's and the Don’ts, the rules and laws. Everything that created society Hiro detested with great passion.
Hiro viewed the world was an unpredictable thing, chaotic in a sense. As such he felt that law and order was unnatural, a notion created by the masses to enslave everyone. This is the reason he created the Burning World Pirates, to literally set the world ablaze and spread chaos throughout the lands. Hiro would begin his reign of terror within the north blue, heading from Island to Island, killing and torturing until he was bored. No one within the sea could stop him. Having inherited mighty strength and size from his giant lineage, Hiro became a monster in no time. It wouldn’t be until his visit to an small island did Hiro receive opposition. This island, despite it not even being on the map was the only island to stand up against him.
Despite the people he murdered and their champions he defeated. The island's people never fell to depravity, never giving in to his chaos. However despite being a Giant the captain of the burning world pirates was cunning and sadistic. Hiro would finally realize that to take the small island he would have to break their will. Hiro had ordered the island population to abandon their cultural ways and all sense of society. Laws, rules and was of living. Telling the population to live in complete unpredictable chaos and if they refused to heed his demands he would kill their babies every hour on the hour. It had taken Five hours and five babies lives before the island would bend to Hiro's will, not only earning him the Epithet Hiro “Baby Killer” Kobayashi but also a 250,000,000 beli bounty.
After the incident within the north blue, Hiro would sail the four blues, using his immoral strategy on any island he happened upon. Hiro wasn’t entirely a chaotic lune, he had a soft spot for other giants stemming from his heritage as an Oars, as a result he would go out of his way to persuade any giant he came across to join his crew. With him being heir to the Oars, this came easy to him as almost every giant he met gladly gave themselves to his cause. In only four years since becoming baby killer Hiro, Hiro had assembled a crew of giants and reeked havoc among the four blues gaining him a bounty of 499,000,000 beli
Soon their exploits would become to much to ignore, the world government would have to take action. During this time Hiro and his gigantic crew had just made it within Paradise before being attacked by the Marines. The battle between them had been brutal spanning a few years, however Hiro and the Burning World Pirates would prevail. That was until the Marines dispatched a Vice Admiral to take Hiro into custody, fearing Impel down more then anything else. Hiro would strike a deal with the Marines, becoming one of their Infamous Shichibukai in order for him to evade arrest. With his bounty now frozen, Hiro would be given or should I say the Giant took Sabaody Archipelago for himself, making it his base of operations.

Haki Hiro has unlocked Conqueror's Haki or the color of the King is a rare form of Haki that cannot be attained through training. Only one in several million people have this ability. This type of Haki allows the hiro to exert his willpower over others. It is said that whoever possesses this type of Haki has the qualities of a king, because of this Hiro attributes his Haki to his lineage as the Oars heir. Hiro uses his Haki in the most common way, which is to merely overpowering the will of one individual or blindly knocking out weak-willed people around them. He can pick out weak-willed individuals in a large group and knock them out without affecting the others. However, those with stronger wills can resist or even ignore the effects of his Conqueror's Haki.
Giant's Defense Being a giant, Hiro's endurance is naturally higher than normal humans. However over the years he has even improved this endurance to rival other giants. This allow Hiro to minimize damage taken, with only some of the strongest techs being able to deal full damage.
Chaos Berserker Hiro is able to empty oneself of all rational restraints in battle and completely immerse himself in combat becoming a dangerous warrior for both friend and foe. The ability allows hiro to ignore fatal physical damage as if it never affected them and continue fighting with a frightening level of stamina while also being unpredictable and erratic in combat, making it hard to counter them. The rareness of this power as it boosts the user's adrenaline and stamina to the point they are able to wear out their opponent through sheer tenacity and ferocity alone. It should be noted that, despite the injuries being ignored they are still inflicted, and one could die before killing their opponent.
Deceptive Speed Despite his gigantic size, Hiro is extremely fast able to seemingly disappear from sight despite him being a giant. Because the other races tend to think giants are always slow due to their size, Hiro trained his speed to such levels to catch his opponent off guard. As such, his speed is so great that even those with great speed of their own have a hard time keeping up with his movements making so that they can hardly escape his attacks or allowing Hiro to dodge theirs.
Madness of Chaos Unknown to Hiro, his body emits a darkly colored flowing aura that carries with it the intense feeling of chaos, and has been described as " freedom". The resulting aura is so potent that it can affect almost anyone across great distances but its effects are most potent within a distance of 50 meters. Because Hiro is not consciously aware of this ability, the effects seem to seep from his body, capable of causing weaker minded people to become overwhelmed with chaos. The aura itself prods and incites the primal desires that lies deep within the human soul, causing them to become their true selves. This in turn cause average people to act on their worst impulses, from stealing to killing, to having sex in an alley. In some cases causing them to go temporarily insane with madness. This ability, because of its unique power, can not only potentially incite political and international disasters, but even awaken dormant abilities in others and potential enemies who have been inactive for whatever reason.
