There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

A new island was getting closer and closer as he stowed away by lounging in the ships figure head. He could hear them calling it Dawn island and Olcan'Osheen thought that was a fitting name for this whole stage of his life. A new dawn to his adventure and the next move would need to be subtle and he knew he couldn't stay here for long.
While the ships crew got ready to unload and tie the ship to safety, Olcan'Osheen was already pulling himself up onto the dock, tired from the rowboat he stole but happy as could be. A few of the dock workers looked over and Olcan'Osheen just pointed to the ship off shore and they nodded and watched as he made his way into town.
He knew the first place to hit was the local Pub and the seediest one he could find. Asking a few locals along the way for directions and knocking some sense into would be cutpurses. He wasn't entirely used to cities yet but some of the advice and directions helped him find what he was looking for "Murmaids Naval" and it looked exactly as nice as a deep back ally pub could. Pulling the hood a bit tighter Olcan'Osheen mad his way into the Pub and a spot up at the bar.
Ryukami had been stuck on Dawn Island for quite some time, more time than he liked for an island that had nothing going for it. He came here to learn the art of being a shipwright and he felt he learned enough about the basics to get off this dumpster fire of an island finally. He wanted splendor and beauty and this island had none of those things, though the sake was nice as he lugged a six-foot gourd full of the stuff around. Not wanting to waste any of his good stuff while there was sake readily available, he decided to head to a dive bar. He knew just the one as well.
He walked toward the alley that housed the seediest bar on the whole island, it was disgusting and the people who went there were not much better. Ryu loved it. Sometimes the finer things in life were grimy. As he walked people moved out of his way, there were benefits of being 10 feet tall and having horns and fangs. Most people here have never seen an Ogre before and treated him like he was a demon, he was okay with this.
As he reached his destination he noticed that he was not the only one who decided to head to this particular bar at this particular moment. He followed the guy who was pretty tall for a human almost as tall as he was (he was still a growing Ogre after all) and found a seat at the bar right next to him. Ryu was a known entity in this bar so he didn't feel the need to keep his head or his voice down when he spoke to the barkeep. "I need a ship I don't care who owns it but I need it to reclaim it for the services of the Dragon God of Chaos where can I find one in pretty decent shape that won't bring too much attention to my leaving".
Sitting at the bar was more less a new experience for Olcan, not even sure he was doing it right. He looked left first and as normal a splattering of heads, hair and hats. It pretty much what he was expected before he turned his head to check the right side of the room. It took him a second to realize he was looking at someone's shoulder since he wasn't used to being shorter than people but from the looks of the guy, he was no "people". He looked more like a demon from a fairy tale or nightmare.
Not caring too much that he was sitting next to some 10 foot demon so long as everyone else saw it too and just as Olcan'Osheen was about to question his sanity the Demon inquired about a similar problem to him, though it seems his was in service to a god of some sort.I need a ship I don't care who owns it but I need it to reclaim it for the services of the Dragon God of Chaos where can I find one in pretty decent shape that won't bring too much attention to my leaving". Olcan'Osheen Took the chance to steal a glance around the room to see if anyone noticed and sure enough a few bodies stiffened up as they over heard the demon and the barkeep. Olcanosheen took note of the people and made sure to keep a "subtle" eye on them.
For the last time you fanged fuck, the shipyard. Came the gruff voice from behind the bar, obviously annoyed with the question already. You fucked your priorities and now you're stuck here like the rest of us, Chaos god or not He said was a sort of defeated wisdom to his harsh tone as he slid a saucer of warm Sake to the Red haired man, Don't go and make it someone elses problem? He finished with a nod to the rest of the room.
" i can do no wrong, for I do not know what wrong is.".

Chaos Incarnate
Hey you brat?! Come back here and return the stuff you stole!” A man stood at the doorway of his small but bustling eatery, everyone in Dawn Island knew of the place and those who frequented the East blue’s waters spoke tales of the chef's skill… at least in the East Blue. “ohmehgard!” Tsai said, as he swallowed a blueberry tart, “Someone help the chef!!” He exclaimed trying to pull off his best concerned citizen act. People started walking towards the eatery, especially those who actually lived on the island. Big Balb’s Confections were a staple and had been on the island for generations. Using the growing crowd as cover for him to escape, Tsai shuffled through the tourists, angry inhabitants, and various people who just wanted to see what all the commotion was about.
“No you boobs, it's that blonde guy!! Wait no, don't crowd around here! You're letting him get away” said Big Balb, as the crowd congealed together forming what could become an angry mob if not calmed. “Hehehe… that took care of lunch. I'm kinda thirsty now… let's see. OH I KNOW! My favorite place in all of umm .. whatever this island is called. Mermaid’s button err navel” Tsai spoke to himself as he quickly made a B-line to the fairly sordid establishment. Because of the pub’s reputation it was situated on the opposite side of the small town, in an area that could be considered slums.
Tsai had only been on the island for about a week or so and had been trying to cozy up to the barkeep. So that he could get a job, and then if everything went to plan, slowly drain their stock of booze. Which of course he'd then sell right back to the pub. It was a win-win plan but so far he's been unsuccessful in winning the man over. As he walked through the doors of the establishment, Tsai couldn't help but feel as if something was different than any other day. He couldn't really say what it was or how the air within the drinkery was different. At first glance everything was as it usually is; the drunken old fart that usually sits on the far right side of the bar was passed out at his table, the only two good looking wenches that waited tables, among other things… were trying to get a few extra beli, like always. The crud and gunk from several nights before was still splattered along the left wall. So what was it?
“Yo! Bar-man. I'm back! How's about a drink on the house? Worked up quite the thirst from saving Balb’s place from a Blueberry tart bandit” he explained, pulling a suspicious blue berry tart from his pocket, before biting off a nice chunk of it. “is it me or is it weird in here? Can't tell”

One step closer to damnation ! ! ! - A virgin enters in a bar... -
Ryu was intending to answer the barkeep honest, He was even going to let the good natured ribbing the man gave him go. In retrospect the shipyard was the obvious answer to his question, he should have thought of that. Especially seeing as that is where he just came from finishing up his last day of apprenticeship to the local shipwright putting the finishing touches on a ship that would be perfect for him. An unnamed Tuna class vessel his "master" planned on selling ripe for upgrades and reforging. Ryu was pulled out of his reverie by a tiny speck of a man bursting and much larger than his stature.
"Hey now if the tart gets his drink for free as should the Dragon God and this strapping young man here". Ryu smacked the man sitting next to him on the shoulder playfully before realizing that if this man was just a regular person he would be sent flying. However, to his surprise the man was as sturdy as a brick wall, hell maybe even sturdier. "Well aren't you about as built as the last lady at the bar at night"? He chuckled to himself before exclaiming "Sturdy".
Sitting and trying to not draw attention to himself was going better than Olcan'Osheen expected. Sure a 10 foot demon was getting roasted by a old and weathered barkeep. A quiet chuckle came from the partons, the situation becoming a odd mix of amused and tense.
A mood only intensified by the explosive entrance of regular sized person. Olcan noted the way the barkeep let out an exasperated sigh before the man could even speak.Oh here we go under his breath. No sooner had the barkeep complain the new man had asked for a drink on the houseFuck off with all that! he spat out in reply before he could even fish his lie about a bakery.Sticky fingered fucker he said as he shook his head trying to hide his amusement.
Olcan"osheen watched as everyone seemed to secure or check their belongings.as whoever this new person was. He took note of a few hands lingering on their swords or pistols as if debating the worth of attacking. Again that odd mixture of impending violence and amusement. He would have kept his eyes on the room if not for the hand he actually felt slap his shoulder and a joke about being sturdy. With a light smile and a joking tone Nah, just standing on 3 legs He said with a strait face as he winked at the barkeep and drank from a glass within reach.
”Woah…. Are you human? I mean wait no that's prejudice isn't it? I mean you could be a fish-dude or something. Want a blueberry tart? I got it for free” Tsai said to the obviously freakish looking man, who was insanely larger than himself and well everyone within the pub to be completely honest. Tsai looked over to the other guy and wondered how he was able to withstand a slap on the shoulder from such a large creature. Tsai could have asked the two more about their background, but he didn't think that they were the type to freely give out information to strangers. Tsai did offer a Blueberry tart, which he wouldn't have done if he didn't think they were already friends. The blonde’s eyes shifted from the two guys, his head formulating a backstory for the both of them. “Woah! I know what you guys are. You're pira….” Tsai was cut off by a familiar voice.
”You blonde brat!! I found you!’ Big Balb exclaimed from the entrance of the pub. His clothes ragged, dirtied and his famously luscious toupee had slid to the side of his face, now held there by thick drying sweat. Tsai turned to face the man and laughed “heheheh Hai Mr.Balb, long time no see huh” he said before turning back around to face the bar. “pleasesss I'm just a little down on my luck, your highness or should I say your pub-bines. Tsai paused and looked at olcan as if he would help him convince the barkeep. "Tell him Dude, tell him I'm good for this one time credit" Tsai said as if he knew Olcan before just meeting him today. Tsai's disregard of Big Balb caused the confectioner’s face to boil with rage. The sweat from his body began to quickly dry up causing him to look as if he were admitting steam. The barkeep ignored both Tsai and Big Balb, he didn't care what had happened at Balb’s place because the man thought his establishment to be better than the Mermaid’s Navel. Turning his back towards them, he'd quickly make several drinks one for each of his actual patrons, Tsai and the other two, before turning back towards them within seconds.
Tsai watched the man in awe, his eyes couldn't keep up with the man's hands let alone notice that he had made three drinks in quick succession. Once the drinks were placed in front of the three of them, Tsai wondered just how much skill we used to make the libations. He'd scan it with the Merchant's eye and for the first time in his life he couldn't gauge the Worth of an item, let alone the man that had created it. Tsai wasn't stupid enough to try his luck at using the Merchant’s eye on the barkeep. There were just too many possibilities that could happen if he did; and if the man was capable of creating such a drink who knew what he was really capable of. Tsai didn't want the man to view the Merchant's eye as Tsai sizing him up. “That'll be 40 beli each” the Barkeep said his gaze shifted from the three of them too big Balb.
“I had a feeling that Mermaid's Naval was behind such a brash and reckless attempt to sabotage me! Do you hear me! Akatosh! He said referring to the barkeep, while also dragging the Mermaid's Naval into the situation surrounding Tsai’s actions. Meanwhile, Tsai ignored Big Balb and the Barkeep’s request for payment.. Instead he had decided to get to know the creature and the other guy who withstood the brotherly smack of death to his shoulder. “ Pirates… you guys are pirates huh? That's so freaking epic. I would love to be a pirate, but everyone says I'm a liability. Whatever that means " Tsai whispered as if he were asking the two of them some long lost secret. To be honest the blonde was so excited that all he could muster, without losing control of himself as a simple whisper. Afterwards, he'd take a sip of the drink the barkeep had given them. Barely and to contain himself, though everyone could see it, his excitement was nearly palpable, feelings as if an intense wave of pure Joviality exuded from his small body.

Ryu laughed heartily as the tiny man tried to guess what he was. At least he didn't outright scream demon, which is what most humans did. "I am no fishman, I am an ogre a small one at that most of my kind get to be around 20 feet by the time they are full grown. That being said I am not full grown yet but almost so I do not think I will be getting much taller than this sadly compared to my kin I am tiny, so I guess we have that in common". Ryu did not know the average height for humans but he considered anyone under 7ft tin, that being said Tsai seemed even smaller than most. He grabbed the blueberry tart nonetheless and simply said "friend" as he took a healthy bite of it before passing it over to the human whom was only about a foot shorter than he was.
Tsai began to say something else but was interrupted by a quaffed blonde man who seemed to be the maker of tarts. Tsai pretty much ignored the man and his bluster and he could tell the barkeep had no love for this baker. He could basically sense the opportunity for chaos churning and just looking for the one perfect spark he would be that spark. after all chaos is the score upon which reality is written and what better composer of symphonies of truth has there ever been than the rainbow that is chaos. Ryu could feel it swelling into the room building into a crescendo, it just needed a delicate hand to guide it to it's peak.
Ryu got to his feet and lifted his drink speaking in a voice that easily carried throughout the entire bar and over the crowd. After a few words the crowd became silent. "I am grateful to you Akatosh, you truly are the first of the divine. You honor us with a round on the house and all we can offer of course is gratitude, for gratitude unlocks the fullness of life, It turns what we have into enough, and more. it turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, and a stranger into a friend. So we all here who have received this clear sign of brotherhood, friendship, and divinity from Akatosh raise a glass and exclaim to the Naval. Lest we turn into one such as Mr, Balb who dares walk into this place with disdain looking down on not only us but our refuge and our friend casting aspersions and ruining what would otherwise be a great time at the place where everyone knows your name. After all don't you want to go where everyone knows your name". With that he shot his drank which was quite imptessive as it was a rather large tankard of ale.
Ryu walked around the bar, mostly to get away from the bartenders request for money and secondly to interact with those looking for a fight mainly the ones sitting on the balls of their feet or with their hands on their weapons. "I was an apprentice shipwright until today, a respectable position some may say, very civilized. I am sure Big Balb would agree, however, civilization is a thin layer of Ice upon a deep ocean of chaos". As he spoked he walked around touching the shoulders of those who seemed the biggest troublemakers. "So I say let's be pirates let's tale to the ocean for in all chaos there is a cosmos, in all disorder a secret order. So Big Balb and his fancy shop and his upturned nose can come in here and laugh at us and speak down to us because we know the truth". He paused here for dramatic effect he looked over at the new comers whom he decided were now his friends. One having been sturdy enough to tank his slap, and the other sharing his food and just wanting to hang around him with no prejudice, and gave them a quick and sly wink. "That truth being that it is either HIM or US so what is it going to be folks"? With that he grabbed a chair and tossed it into the crowd not at anyone in particular but in his experience an impassioned speech and a projectile was all you needed to start a riot. As he threw it he yelled "FOR THE NAVAL".
Before the chair even hit the ground all around him cheers and scream of for the naval resounded as the bar goers took up the chant. However it would not have evolved into a true riot had the old drunk in the corner not arose from the bar caught up in the madness of everything going on and charged at Mr. Balb screaming his own name "LEEROY JENKINSSSSSSSSS"!!!. As he got to Balb he smacked him with the leg of chicken he was holding knocking this toupee from askew to on the floor. The entire bar descended to madness. Most of the patrons attacked Mr. Balb, however, as is the way when too many people are rushing to do the same thing at the same place many attempted to occupy the same space at the same time which led to several mini brawls which slowly involved more and more people. Within a matter of moments the bar was in one mighty impressive free for all.
Ryu himself did not take part he went and casually sat back down where he was. Turned to Tsai and said "yeah I am thinking of becoming a pirate if you want I'd take you along those I think this guy here should be the captain". he pointed to the other guy. "One of the key qualities a leader must possess is the ability to detach from the chaos, mayhem, and emotions in a situation and make good, clear decisions based on what is actually happening. You seem rather excitable and I thrive for chaos so he seems to be the right choice. Though I do know where a ship is if you guys don't have one".
Olcan'Osheen just maintained intense eye contact with Mr.Balb as Tsai spoke and dragged him into whatever con he was currently pulling. Olcan didn't need to answer and he didn't intend to but his stare was enough for the old man to get the point quickly. Fortunately Olcan'Osheen's attention was drawn to the barkeep and he shifted his gaze towards that.
Olcan'Osheen knew an master craftsman when he saw it. A steady hand, knowledgeable movements and a sort of passive excellence as the old man also kept on eye on his bar while he did it. As the drink slid in from of his Olcan didn't want to disrespect the effort but he was also broke.I can't afford that but I can work it off He said as he could almost feel the tension in the room about to snap.
When asked about being a pirate from the self deprecating man he shook his head and shrugged. I don't care what people call me, I'm just gonna do what I want. He replied nonchalantly. As for you being a liability, that's just something people say when they haven't found a purpose for you. For instance..He said while pointing out all the pirates that moved to hide their valuables when The, now known to be, Ogre started telling everyone he was going to steal one of their ships. Olcan used Ryu's speech as a opportunity to let Tsai have the kind of fun Olcan figured he would enjoy.
As the simple jolly stomping turned into an all out Donnybrook Olcan'Osheen could see his chance to earn his drink. He took the drink like a shot and let it burn it's way down his chest, an odd sensation for a man made out of lava. As he finished the Ogre Ryu was saying that Olcan should be captain of whatever was happening at the moment. What you do and who you follow is your own business . I'm just gonna take out the garbage and earn this drink and then.. he said as he gave a nod to Akatosh and spun around in his stool.
Olcan walked with purpose through the bar with bottles and chairs flying around him but never hitting him. He walked a mostly strait line towards Mr.Balb. Once he got to him, he was hiding under a table, having avoided most of the ass whooping he was intended. He was a slippery and cowardly man and Olcan'Osheen wasn't going to just let him slip out of this one...it's off to the shipyard With a downward punch Olcan broke the table and when he lifted his hand he was holding the cowardly man by the top of his bald head.
The smell of Charing and melting flesh filled the room at an astounding rate, second only to the inhuman scream that the bald man was letting out as he was carried like a bag of trash out the front door. With a wave of his arm Olcan threw the man into the street. the top of his head melted smooth as an egg, so no hair would grow and no Toupe would stay on. With the garbage taken out Olcan lived up to his word and headed towards the shipyard....Ish
"What?! Small?! I'll have you know I'm average sized!!" Tsai's voice was filled with disbelief as his face turned a deep shade of red. He tried to act tough, puffing up his body to appear bigger than he actually was, but couldn't hold back the laughter that erupted from his failed attempt. "Hehehehe, hahahaha! I guess I am small compared to you two." Tsai chuckled, feeling dwarfed by the Ogre and Olcan. The fact that he was meeting an Ogre for the first time was not lost on him, and he couldn't help but picture a fat green goblin-like creature in his mind as the man explained his heritage. It was astonishing to learn that he was one of the smaller Ogres, and Tsai couldn't help but admire the man's humility.
But then, something strange happened. A feeling began to stir within Tsai, one that he couldn't quite put into words. As someone who was usually quite eccentric and chatty, this feeling was beyond his ability to explain. "Friend?" The word the Ogre used resonated with Tsai in a way he had never experienced before. He had known people who called him friend during his merchant days, but he always knew it was just flattery to get a better deal. But this was different. It was as if the Ogre was speaking directly to Tsai's heart, igniting his thirst for adventure. Everything the man said was exactly how Tsai had been feeling long before this chance meeting.
The entire pub fell silent, and only the Ogre's words could be heard. It was a feeling unlike any other, and Tsai's eyes sparkled with wanderlust. Even the other patrons and drunkards were roused from their stupor, caught up in the Ogre's words. "FOR THE NAVEL!" Tsai exclaimed, climbing on top of the bar, fueled by the giant's inspiring words. At first, the Ogre didn't seem very eloquent, but at that moment, he was the most captivating and inspiring person Tsai had ever met. Nothing, not even Balb or Akatosh or their soon-to-be Captain Olcan, could ruin this moment. His words resounded throughout the pub, spilling out into the streets and drowning out anything that would have gone against their claims.
It seemed, however, that even Olcan, who was usually quiet, couldn't help but join the infectious mood the Ogre had incited. He did mention that it was to pay back the drink he had ordered, but Tsai was convinced that it was actually the fact of him becoming a captain that moved him to action. Olcan moved to silence Balb once and for all, causing the normal rabble-rousers to quickly escape the man's path. If one were looking from the outside, they would notice an intense light, smoke, and then several people jumping from the windows to escape Olcan's power. Immediately after Olcan had silenced Balb, Tsai walked over to the man, whose body was still smoking and brimming with heat. "Hey captain, you said you don't care who we follow. So if we choose to follow you, you wouldn't stop us, right?" Tsai used his seedy haggling skills to twist and manipulate Olcan's words to be more favorable to the Ogre and himself.

Ryu walked out of the bar right behind the other two men. As he did he unsheathed something from his waist. Pulling it out much like a sword, however, it was about 3ft long with no apparent blade but with a surprising amount of heft to it. This was Ryu's custom smoking pipe, as he walked down the street to catch up with Tsai and Oclan he packed it with green and purple leaves and began to smoke. As he caught up he spun his pipe quickly and flicked out his wrist hitting Balb in the face as he went.
"It's this way Captain" Ryu spoke nonchalantly redirecting the man's course. This was already decided for Ryu and we figured the only way for the man to be rid of him now would be to beat him in a fight to dismiss him, once he decided to make friends Ryu was pretty stubborn when it came to letting them go. As he walked toward the shipyard, he noticed several Marines were on guard, which made sense. While the vessel they were taking was not a marine ship there were a bunch within the shipyard.
Having worked here for quite some time some of them were even familiar to Ryu. He walked up to the group in their path and spoke to them briskly. "You may want to report to the Naval there is quite the riot going on, Yeah I know what's new there, only I heard a bunch of anti-world government talk there and I don't want this place becoming a hotbed for the revolution you know I have to make a living here." Ryu knew this would be enough to get the Marines moving as even if it weren't true they would have to check it out for themselves.
As they left Ryu walked his comrades to the unnamed Tuna Class ship. it was bare bones and needed a lot of work to be battle ready but it was brand new and made to be easily customized to their needs. "it's not much but with the right shipwright it could grow to be quite the ship, for us I am the right shipwright". With that, he ashed his pipe on the docks near the ship. The ash started to twist itself as if the wind were blowing all around it and suddenly 3 humanoid shapes made of ash were standing on the docks with them "Keep lookout any marines show up deal with them". Ryu gave the order knowing that all his ash warriors would be good for was buying time but that was all they needed to shove off. "You guys know how to get a ship sea ready also does either of you know how to navigate while I can make and upgrade ships I am pretty useless at sailing them".
Olcan'Osheen had been in town for less than 2 hours so when someone who worked here told him directions to a shared destination he would listen. His body started to exude heat as they made their way through the city behind what was more less a meat bulldozer . Tsai giving back street short cuts the trio made it to the docks quickly.
His body shimmered like asphalt in the hot summer sun, making Olcan'Osheen hard to look at. He was about to act when 3 new bodies appeared and changed the board a bit, giving him the one thing the 3 of them lacked, numbers.Big guy, why don't you and your friends address the ship. Send one to un moor us from the dock then get us to 3/4 sail, Tsai another to load as much of That cargoHe said gesturing to the provisions between them and a near-by naval vassal. Then one to the helm and have them start throwing it to the port side.
He spoke in a sort of matter of fact tone but never seemed to finish one his meaning was across. He knew the points of security on the ship and he knew exactly the kind of exit to make with all these Navy ships around.I don't think anyone one here but you can get that Anchor up in time for us to get away no matter how well we do the rest.... he said, not finishing the sentence.
You guys make sure you get the ship out, I gotta go grab something I had stowed away so I didn't draw too much attention to myself. Given what's currently happening... He didn't finish the sentence as it was obvious what he meant. The tall man really knew how to use his legs when moving and since he was now going THROUGH people as opposed to around them he made it to the end of the dock with quite a few people watching him angerly. Paying them no mind Olcan'Osheen reached down to a knot hidden under the dock and began pulling at the rope. Pulling until he pulled up a 6 foot canvas bag filled with something sturdy and Leather straps tying the bag and object closed.
See told you I wouldn't be long, Besides I know you love the water. He said as he grabbed a strap of leather and hoisted the massive bundle over his back, hissing and steaming as it made contact. Needless to say the people watching were concerned ,curious, interested or intrigued and more than a few marines were about to make their way off there ships to investigate. Not enough to leave the ships inoperable but enough to hinder their response times.
"Oh, he's speaking for himself. Although, I do agree with his sentiment," Tsai added, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "I mean, I'm not exactly dying to experience what molten earth feels like." He couldn't help but chuckle at the Ogre's warning, despite the seriousness of the situation. As they made their way out of the pub, Tsai couldn't help but notice how average he looked compared to the unique appearances of the Ogre and their captain. He couldn't help but feel like the odd one out, especially since he had yet to display any real power.
Self-doubt crept into his mind as he questioned his usefulness to the group. They clearly didn't need any extra muscle, and the Ogre seemed to know his way around a ship. Tsai couldn't help but feel like he should have shown his own devil fruit ability back at the pub, but the Ogre's rambling had made it difficult for him to concentrate. Tsai's thoughts were consumed with mischievous ideas. He knew he could have some fun with his abilities, but he also knew it wouldn't benefit him in any way. Still, the thought of pulling a prank on his new captain and the Ogre brought a mischievous smirk to his face. But before he could act on his thoughts, their captain took charge and gave Tsai a task.
With a newfound zeal, Tsai accepted the task and introduced himself as a former merchant with a knack for finding the best items. He may not have had epic powers like his companions, but he was sure he could be of great help. Hey kid! Don't you even think about it! The guards slowly walked over to Tsai with his hands on his Navy issued basic saber. Smiling yet not saying a word to the Marine, Tsai grabbed a large sack of food first; “Byyeeee” he said before suddenly taking off towards The Ogre. “Let's have a bit of fun” the boy said before using his Paw Paw Transmission technique.
Tsai, who had already started to run, would be propelled faster than normal people could see. Having created the technique himself, with years using it under his belt, Tsai was able to stay on feet, and continue running without losing control of his body’s direction or momentum. Hiya, Ogre-san. I have food!" Tsai called out from aboard the ship, grinning mischievously. And just as quickly as he had appeared, he disappeared again, heading back to the stash of supplies. Tsai made several trips back and forth, appearing, dropping supplies and then disappearing yet again. Each time he'd resurface in a different area, and each area would have normally required him to pass by Ogre. His ultimate goal was to tease the man-thing and see his reaction. To the untrained eye, it would seem as if Tsai had disappeared and reappeared in an instant.
The Marine from earlier was busy explaining to his superior what had happened to their months' supply of food when Tsai interrupted. "Oh, hey there buddy! Hmmm? You're his boss? Oh, Don't believe anything this guy is saying, Mr. Navy boss. I think he might be delusional," Tsai said, emphasizing the word "delusional." "No one can just disappear like that..." And with that, Tsai disappeared again, this time with a barrel of ale in tow. Tsai couldn't help but chuckle even if he had failed to confuse the large beasty. While he may not have epic powers, he did know how to have a little fun. And in that moment, Tsai felt like he belonged with his new crew, even if he was just a normal human with a few tricks up his sleeve.

Ryu was impressed usually when people saw his ash warriors for the first time they freaked out. These guys were acting as if it was just business as usual. As the captain walked off Ryu had a feeling that the area around the man was getting a lot hotter than normal a lot quicker than normal which was an incredible feat for a human, not to mention the way he stayed calm and came up with a plan on the spot Ryu had a feeling he would be a good captain back when they were in the bar. His shock ceiling would be met and surpassed, however, by the tiny human, Ryu had a feeling that the tiny human was much more incredible than he seemed and that he had a much tighter grip on his abilities than Ryu himself had.
He was an accurate judge of character on both accounts. As the captain walked away taking a literal heat storm with him he adapted the man's plans for the ash warriors' capabilities. Giving them the orders one of them would go with Tsai to collect valuables while one will go with him as he lifts the anchor and the warrior untied the knots with his supervision. The third would load and stow the cargo again under the supervision of Ryu. The ash warriors thrived in the almost arid climate that it seemed the captain was making. As Ryu easily lifted the anchor resting it on his shoulder the little dude would begin to wow him.
As Ryu stood there Tsai began to literally disappear and reappear in front of his very eyes. He had always assumed humans were just ordinary at best but no he saw that he was harshly judging them with preconceived notions just as he always said they did to him. He stood there anchor in hand mouth fully open and let out an audible "EPIC" as Tsai basically unleashed chaos flitting back and forth seemingly driving the marines crazy as they couldn't believe their eyes and leaving Ryu himself in awe. The ash warrior who went with Tsai decided he would do it's best to mimic these actions and turned into a tornado of ash and began to travel back and forth bringing with it whatever barrel happened to be next to the ones that Tsai had been taking so they ended up with double the amount they would have usually been able to get. While the Ash Warrior was nowhere near as fast it could carry more within its tornado.
Wanting to prove his usefulness to the two amazing humans Ryu placed the anchor down and surveyed the scene for something to do. It was then that he noticed the captain hoisting something out of the water. He decided to hurry and get the ship ready. Once it got to the point where all that was needed was for everyone to be aboard the ship he looked back over the scene. Tsai was doing his thing disappearing and reappearing seemingly at random, Ryu loved the chaos of it all. Olcan was staring down a group of marines who seemed to be making their way toward him from the look on his face Ryu could tell he could handle it, however, another marine seemed to be sneaking behind him his saber drawn.
"Watch the ship" he exclaimed to the warrior who had finished untying the knots before running off. Quickly gauging the distance Ryu found that he needed more of a speed boost if he was going to make it, he would have to partially transform, which he did not like to do as it was not his true form yet. This took precedence over vanity, however, and while running he was transformed into his half-snake form. He was now 15ft long and his bottom half was a large muscular serpent allowing him to slither across the ground much faster than he could run. He appeared at the captain's back just in time to catch the saber as it was swung down the marine attempting to slash at Oclan's back. "Not my captain"
Ryu had caught the blade using the three-fingered grip of Ryusoken which was one of his favored fighting styles. The blade dug into his palm but due to his natural resilience, the wound was not very deep. Blood still trickled down the blade and to the handle which was perfect. Using his devil fruit Ryu transformed his blood into 5 garter snakes that quickly wrapped around the man's arm leaving him with several bites. As this was happening using his grip strength on the blade Ryu used Dragon's Ire to completely break the blade causing the man to lose momentum and topple to the ground as the snakes continued to bite him all over his body. without looking back Ryu would nod and say "Preparations complete captain the ship is ready when you are".
Step by step. do the job without interruption or mistake. Even if someone is killed next to you or in front. even if you were shot or stabbed or whipped or worse you keep on working. The life Olcan'Osheen had lead as a slave of the dragons was horrific but it seemed it game him very important skills for the life that lie ahead of him. So even when he lost track of Tsai and he tried as he best he could to follow the actions. Always a second behind the pop but Olcan noticed the supplies were being loaded in, for lack of a better word, bursts. A steady trickle of barrels and boxes from the ash soldier. The other soldiers seemingly attending their tasks to the best of their capabilities but it seemed he expected too much of them at the moment. Olcan couldn't keep up with Tsai but he could hear him coming alive in the chaos he created
Olcan'Osheen kept his pace. Never hurrying or slowing. Just step by step. Even as the small hoard of Marines charged across the docks to meet him. The heat around him growing thicker on his skin, giving a soft shimmer like how stones in the sun. His eyes widened as his new crewmate shifted forms in front of his eyes. Olcan was no stranger to the idea of Devil fruits but this was very obviously something special. The scales became a blur as he moved to a position behind him just as a blade was about to connect with his back. the sound of metal shattering was a surprising to everyone but Olcan'Osheen just smiled. Oh ,Thanks big guy Olcan said as he continued his uninterrupted stride.
This is gonna be a rough exit He said to Ryu as he nodded over to the cannons that have started to aim towards the ship stealing all their supplies.looks like we'll be on defense once we get to the ship. The dock was now cramped with marines making their way towards the end of the docks. The intended to swarm them but Olcan imagined how many little snakes would come from ryu's new form. A few bullets started to fly by at this point as the ambiguity of their actions having lost its effect. I'll take care of this while you keep our ship safe. Luckily these weren't the best and brightest the marines had to offer. Maybe an officer or two would be worth a damn but they needed to stay with the ships just incase this was all a trick.
Ok girl, you can eat. Olcan said with a ominous click from the large wrapped package on his back. His stride lowered to a crouch, or close to a walking runners start as he twisted the top half of his body to a nearly impossible degree. Alligator Style: Death Roll With a single heavy push the newly ordained Captain launched himself forward with incredible strength, breaking the boards under his feet as he did. As he flew forward he spun like an alligator death rolling its prey. The thick heavy blade tore through the dock of enemies like a blender. Blood splattered everywhere in his wake as he barreled through the center of the docks and the majority of the charging marines.
Slashing and gashing as he made his way through crowded docks. His next foot step repeating the process of propelling his rotating body and weapon. Even as he hacked and slashed at the group Olcan's was worried about his next step as he found him self in front of his ship, turning to face the Marines what could still fight as loose fingers and toes littered the dock in the wave of the Captains vicious assault, incapacitating many even if they aren't likely to die.
