One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

"Oh, he's speaking for himself. Although, I do agree with his sentiment," Tsai added, his tone dripping with sarcasm. "I mean, I'm not exactly dying to experience what molten earth feels like." He couldn't help but chuckle at the Ogre's warning, despite the seriousness of the situation. As they made their way out of the pub, Tsai couldn't help but notice how average he looked compared to the unique appearances of the Ogre and their captain. He couldn't help but feel like the odd one out, especially since he had yet to display any real power.
Self-doubt crept into his mind as he questioned his usefulness to the group. They clearly didn't need any extra muscle, and the Ogre seemed to know his way around a ship. Tsai couldn't help but feel like he should have shown his own devil fruit ability back at the pub, but the Ogre's rambling had made it difficult for him to concentrate. Tsai's thoughts were consumed with mischievous ideas. He knew he could have some fun with his abilities, but he also knew it wouldn't benefit him in any way. Still, the thought of pulling a prank on his new captain and the Ogre brought a mischievous smirk to his face. But before he could act on his thoughts, their captain took charge and gave Tsai a task.
With a newfound zeal, Tsai accepted the task and introduced himself as a former merchant with a knack for finding the best items. He may not have had epic powers like his companions, but he was sure he could be of great help. Hey kid! Don't you even think about it! The guards slowly walked over to Tsai with his hands on his Navy issued basic saber. Smiling yet not saying a word to the Marine, Tsai grabbed a large sack of food first; “Byyeeee” he said before suddenly taking off towards The Ogre. “Let's have a bit of fun” the boy said before using his Paw Paw Transmission technique.
Tsai, who had already started to run, would be propelled faster than normal people could see. Having created the technique himself, with years using it under his belt, Tsai was able to stay on feet, and continue running without losing control of his body’s direction or momentum. Hiya, Ogre-san. I have food!" Tsai called out from aboard the ship, grinning mischievously. And just as quickly as he had appeared, he disappeared again, heading back to the stash of supplies. Tsai made several trips back and forth, appearing, dropping supplies and then disappearing yet again. Each time he'd resurface in a different area, and each area would have normally required him to pass by Ogre. His ultimate goal was to tease the man-thing and see his reaction. To the untrained eye, it would seem as if Tsai had disappeared and reappeared in an instant.
The Marine from earlier was busy explaining to his superior what had happened to their months' supply of food when Tsai interrupted. "Oh, hey there buddy! Hmmm? You're his boss? Oh, Don't believe anything this guy is saying, Mr. Navy boss. I think he might be delusional," Tsai said, emphasizing the word "delusional." "No one can just disappear like that..." And with that, Tsai disappeared again, this time with a barrel of ale in tow. Tsai couldn't help but chuckle even if he had failed to confuse the large beasty. While he may not have epic powers, he did know how to have a little fun. And in that moment, Tsai felt like he belonged with his new crew, even if he was just a normal human with a few tricks up his sleeve.

"What?! Small?! I'll have you know I'm average sized!!" Tsai's voice was filled with disbelief as his face turned a deep shade of red. He tried to act tough, puffing up his body to appear bigger than he actually was, but couldn't hold back the laughter that erupted from his failed attempt. "Hehehehe, hahahaha! I guess I am small compared to you two." Tsai chuckled, feeling dwarfed by the Ogre and Olcan. The fact that he was meeting an Ogre for the first time was not lost on him, and he couldn't help but picture a fat green goblin-like creature in his mind as the man explained his heritage. It was astonishing to learn that he was one of the smaller Ogres, and Tsai couldn't help but admire the man's humility.
But then, something strange happened. A feeling began to stir within Tsai, one that he couldn't quite put into words. As someone who was usually quite eccentric and chatty, this feeling was beyond his ability to explain. "Friend?" The word the Ogre used resonated with Tsai in a way he had never experienced before. He had known people who called him friend during his merchant days, but he always knew it was just flattery to get a better deal. But this was different. It was as if the Ogre was speaking directly to Tsai's heart, igniting his thirst for adventure. Everything the man said was exactly how Tsai had been feeling long before this chance meeting.
The entire pub fell silent, and only the Ogre's words could be heard. It was a feeling unlike any other, and Tsai's eyes sparkled with wanderlust. Even the other patrons and drunkards were roused from their stupor, caught up in the Ogre's words. "FOR THE NAVEL!" Tsai exclaimed, climbing on top of the bar, fueled by the giant's inspiring words. At first, the Ogre didn't seem very eloquent, but at that moment, he was the most captivating and inspiring person Tsai had ever met. Nothing, not even Balb or Akatosh or their soon-to-be Captain Olcan, could ruin this moment. His words resounded throughout the pub, spilling out into the streets and drowning out anything that would have gone against their claims.
It seemed, however, that even Olcan, who was usually quiet, couldn't help but join the infectious mood the Ogre had incited. He did mention that it was to pay back the drink he had ordered, but Tsai was convinced that it was actually the fact of him becoming a captain that moved him to action. Olcan moved to silence Balb once and for all, causing the normal rabble-rousers to quickly escape the man's path. If one were looking from the outside, they would notice an intense light, smoke, and then several people jumping from the windows to escape Olcan's power. Immediately after Olcan had silenced Balb, Tsai walked over to the man, whose body was still smoking and brimming with heat. "Hey captain, you said you don't care who we follow. So if we choose to follow you, you wouldn't stop us, right?" Tsai used his seedy haggling skills to twist and manipulate Olcan's words to be more favorable to the Ogre and himself.

”Woah…. Are you human? I mean wait no that's prejudice isn't it? I mean you could be a fish-dude or something. Want a blueberry tart? I got it for free” Tsai said to the obviously freakish looking man, who was insanely larger than himself and well everyone within the pub to be completely honest. Tsai looked over to the other guy and wondered how he was able to withstand a slap on the shoulder from such a large creature. Tsai could have asked the two more about their background, but he didn't think that they were the type to freely give out information to strangers. Tsai did offer a Blueberry tart, which he wouldn't have done if he didn't think they were already friends. The blonde’s eyes shifted from the two guys, his head formulating a backstory for the both of them. “Woah! I know what you guys are. You're pira….” Tsai was cut off by a familiar voice.
”You blonde brat!! I found you!’ Big Balb exclaimed from the entrance of the pub. His clothes ragged, dirtied and his famously luscious toupee had slid to the side of his face, now held there by thick drying sweat. Tsai turned to face the man and laughed “heheheh Hai Mr.Balb, long time no see huh” he said before turning back around to face the bar. “pleasesss I'm just a little down on my luck, your highness or should I say your pub-bines. Tsai paused and looked at olcan as if he would help him convince the barkeep. "Tell him Dude, tell him I'm good for this one time credit" Tsai said as if he knew Olcan before just meeting him today. Tsai's disregard of Big Balb caused the confectioner’s face to boil with rage. The sweat from his body began to quickly dry up causing him to look as if he were admitting steam. The barkeep ignored both Tsai and Big Balb, he didn't care what had happened at Balb’s place because the man thought his establishment to be better than the Mermaid’s Navel. Turning his back towards them, he'd quickly make several drinks one for each of his actual patrons, Tsai and the other two, before turning back towards them within seconds.
Tsai watched the man in awe, his eyes couldn't keep up with the man's hands let alone notice that he had made three drinks in quick succession. Once the drinks were placed in front of the three of them, Tsai wondered just how much skill we used to make the libations. He'd scan it with the Merchant's eye and for the first time in his life he couldn't gauge the Worth of an item, let alone the man that had created it. Tsai wasn't stupid enough to try his luck at using the Merchant’s eye on the barkeep. There were just too many possibilities that could happen if he did; and if the man was capable of creating such a drink who knew what he was really capable of. Tsai didn't want the man to view the Merchant's eye as Tsai sizing him up. “That'll be 40 beli each” the Barkeep said his gaze shifted from the three of them too big Balb.
“I had a feeling that Mermaid's Naval was behind such a brash and reckless attempt to sabotage me! Do you hear me! Akatosh! He said referring to the barkeep, while also dragging the Mermaid's Naval into the situation surrounding Tsai’s actions. Meanwhile, Tsai ignored Big Balb and the Barkeep’s request for payment.. Instead he had decided to get to know the creature and the other guy who withstood the brotherly smack of death to his shoulder. “ Pirates… you guys are pirates huh? That's so freaking epic. I would love to be a pirate, but everyone says I'm a liability. Whatever that means " Tsai whispered as if he were asking the two of them some long lost secret. To be honest the blonde was so excited that all he could muster, without losing control of himself as a simple whisper. Afterwards, he'd take a sip of the drink the barkeep had given them. Barely and to contain himself, though everyone could see it, his excitement was nearly palpable, feelings as if an intense wave of pure Joviality exuded from his small body.

Chaos Incarnate
Hey you brat?! Come back here and return the stuff you stole!” A man stood at the doorway of his small but bustling eatery, everyone in Dawn Island knew of the place and those who frequented the East blue’s waters spoke tales of the chef's skill… at least in the East Blue. “ohmehgard!” Tsai said, as he swallowed a blueberry tart, “Someone help the chef!!” He exclaimed trying to pull off his best concerned citizen act. People started walking towards the eatery, especially those who actually lived on the island. Big Balb’s Confections were a staple and had been on the island for generations. Using the growing crowd as cover for him to escape, Tsai shuffled through the tourists, angry inhabitants, and various people who just wanted to see what all the commotion was about.
“No you boobs, it's that blonde guy!! Wait no, don't crowd around here! You're letting him get away” said Big Balb, as the crowd congealed together forming what could become an angry mob if not calmed. “Hehehe… that took care of lunch. I'm kinda thirsty now… let's see. OH I KNOW! My favorite place in all of umm .. whatever this island is called. Mermaid’s button err navel” Tsai spoke to himself as he quickly made a B-line to the fairly sordid establishment. Because of the pub’s reputation it was situated on the opposite side of the small town, in an area that could be considered slums.
Tsai had only been on the island for about a week or so and had been trying to cozy up to the barkeep. So that he could get a job, and then if everything went to plan, slowly drain their stock of booze. Which of course he'd then sell right back to the pub. It was a win-win plan but so far he's been unsuccessful in winning the man over. As he walked through the doors of the establishment, Tsai couldn't help but feel as if something was different than any other day. He couldn't really say what it was or how the air within the drinkery was different. At first glance everything was as it usually is; the drunken old fart that usually sits on the far right side of the bar was passed out at his table, the only two good looking wenches that waited tables, among other things… were trying to get a few extra beli, like always. The crud and gunk from several nights before was still splattered along the left wall. So what was it?
“Yo! Bar-man. I'm back! How's about a drink on the house? Worked up quite the thirst from saving Balb’s place from a Blueberry tart bandit” he explained, pulling a suspicious blue berry tart from his pocket, before biting off a nice chunk of it. “is it me or is it weird in here? Can't tell”

One step closer to damnation ! ! ! - A virgin enters in a bar... -
Hearing his captain speak had lit a fire beneath Tsai's ass. Osheen always had a way with words that wasn't quite coherent, but spoke to his crew's heart. While the marines would probably take his words at face value, and consider it the ramblings of a drunken criminal. Tsai and any other Vagabond within the area knew that it was time to go wild. " Captain!!!" Tsai said as the magma fist began to fly. His the back of his forearms bled more and more as the moments passed by. Tsai could feel the pain and the warmth of his own blood, but it wouldn't stop him from fighting back. The Vagabond's navigator would turn to face Rat as she finally joined the fray, moving back into the broken bar as Captain Allen started his booze filled rampage.
The female marine moved fast, almost faster than Tsai could even see. While not being as fast as her normally, Tsai was used to high speed movements thanks to his fruit. It made it able for him to keep up with her more so than the others, however this was merely with sight. He wouldn't be able to match her speed without using his fruit and at the moment he was saving his energy. Then something happened that caused tsai to lose his shit, the Bar's roof had collapsed. It was the doing of the female marine, Tsai looked on in horror as the Bar he had fell madly in love with became nothing more than a broken shack. "Wah....The Vagabond's cradle...." Tsai said, his eyes feeling with tears of anger.
With the front of the bar destroyed Tsai and everyone else would be able to clearly see through the establishment and into the back of the Bar, where none other than Red, the Vagabond's first mate was gorging himself on the snacks and confections within the kitchen. Red noticed Tsai, he would be able to tell the young boy was about to go over the edge. " Red... Captain, they destroyed my Bar" his voice was shaky as he spoke. Tears still ran down his face, collecting with the small pool of blood on the ground. Tsai had all but lost his rationality, something that he didn't do often. He was a merchant by heart and had trained to keep his emotions intact. This isn't to say he never lost his cool, no... that wasn't the case. It was when he did, that all hell broke lose.
Tsai would be brought back to reality by Ryusuke, who would move in to attack Red. This was the last straw, which had sent Tsai over the edge. The boy's eyes would turn dull and almost lifeless. His body moved unconsciously, using the Paw Paw Cannon tech as the man moved in to punch Red. Fueled with anger from the destruction of the Bar, Tsai pushed his body to it's past his limits, causing his usual Paw Paw Cannon tech to release a larger and wider cannon of pressurized air which bears the appearance of an cylinder or beam of moving energy. Because Tsai attacked while Ryusuke was attacking it would be difficult for the man to evade, meaning the best option would be to try and block or withstand the force of the attack. If he chose to block, the attack would send him flying back into the Mook marines, Ryusuke was defending. However, if he tried to evade without a speed tech, the attack would more than likely hit him, causing painful internal busing with an added knock back.
Tsai frowned the Ryuske dodged his attack, he could have sworn with the angle of the technique and their close proximity, it would’ve been hard to evade. Anyone else would’ve just blocked the attack; however the man simply dodged a devil fruit ability, it was enough to make the vagabond pirate annoyed but nothing more.
Tsai’s plan to unarm the man of his Scythe had worked, so his lucky sidestep meant nothing. Tsai would then ready himself for a following attack, he wasn’t sure how the man fought but he had a feeling there was more to him than meets the eye. Before Ryuske could even get close to Tsai, Ratchet’s weird pet would intervene. The dog or something had only stopped their subordinates attack, with Rat following suit by using a whip to pull a bottle of booze from the hole Tsai had made earlier.
Believe it or not, Tsai hadn’t noticed it until now. The area they were in had been gradually heating up, by the time he had noticed, his captain had already made his way into the bar. In fact, the bottle Rat had taken from the bar was the one Captain Allen had in his hands. It seemed that the first battle would truly begin. After being stopped by Fetty, Ryuske who had been still in the bar, but in front of the hole created by Tsai turned to the new comer, the Captain of the Vagabond pirates. He did so, while telling the fodder marines to not let them escape.
Currently, Tsai and the other marines, Rachet and Fetty were right outside the bar also near the hole, but past the threshold of the bar itself. It seemed fate had decided the opponents for both the Marines and the Vagabonds. Without so much as a warning, other Marines would join in. Some would move in for close combat, while the others would stay back and form a firing range. Tsai could feel heat coming from the hole, there was no doubt in his mind that Captain Ollie had arrived, and he would probably scold Tsai for not realizing it earlier leaving Tsai to deny all allegations. “ You guys haven’t learned anything yet have you? There’s always a Vagabond right behind one another ” Tsai said as the mooks attacked.
The first was the close-combat types, Tsai waited for them to get closer before engaging them in battle. The boy was trained on karate island, and had come experience behind his belt when it came to fighting; however his devil fruit abilities were far beyond that of his martial arts at the moment. Instead, he would make use of his merchant’s eye abilities, to figure out what attack to evade and what attack to block. Those that would be stronger, he would try to evade, those that he could evade he would try to block. The first two marines to attack held bladed weapons, one a sword the other an axe. “I will have this place” Tsai said, his jolly voice betraying the seriousness of his words. As the two attacked, Tsai made sure to evade the Axe, side stepping then giving a palm thrust to the man’s face “ Paw Paw Palm CANNON” Tsai said as he released a burst of condensed air in the shape of a paw print, that increased the force behind his palm thrust. The technique forced the man into the Bar, creating yet another hole within its walls.
He would then block the man with the sword with his forearms, the blade cutting deep within his flesh, however not deep enough to cut muscle or hit the bone. He winced at the pain before kicking the man off with a large “Big Boot” type kick. “Shurorororo…. That HURT” Tsai said laughing before turning to Rat and her cronies “ I won’t be leaving here until I get my BAR!!” Tsai exclaimed, half hoping they’d just let him have the bar. He knew that he had to take one of the hits or use his speed enhancing technique; however he only had limited uses before he would become tired. Tsai decided to take the damage head on and use his speed boost as a backup for when the real fight began.
The commotion had caused a scene, something which Tsai had done often. It wasn’t if he looked for trouble, no… He wasn’t the type to go out looking for it. Tsai just had a knack for causing it, when things could’ve been avoided. Standing to his feet, Tsai would smile before trying to explain to the new marine, who looked stronger than the others. Tsai had the ability to tell the worth of certain objects and even people. He gained such ability due to his time learning to become the head of his family’s merchant business. There was no way of knowing when or how the boy used the ability; he could simply see the worth within people, which usually translates into their power level, albeit not their strengths or weaknesses. Tsai, however, wouldn’t get the chance to come up with a lie, the new marine would pull a scythe from his back and place the blade directly on Tsai’s throat. Tsai’s eyes would widen for a moment before his usual awkward expression returned. “Nikyu…” he said under his breath,“Nikyuuuuu: Cannon!”. Tsai said as he dropped down low to the ground and aimed his attack up and directly for the man’s gut, hoping it would wind him or at least uproot him.
Suddenly, the marine Tsai had first spoke to would try to figure out what in Poseidon’s great name was going on. Tsai didn’t take the chance to see if his attack had worked on the man, he only wanted to get the scythe from his neck. The blonde merchant, pondered other ways that he COULD’VE went about doing this, however all of them he deemed less fun then what he had actually done. “I’m going to make this place my first outpost. I’ll call it Vagabond’s Cradle.” Tsai said replied to ratchet as the weaker marines all circled around him. Filled with liquid courage and embarrassment, the few nobody’s of the marines would act as if they could actually bring Tsai into custody. This wasn’t to say they didn’t have a chance, there were two other marines who Tsai had saw their worth being at much as his. This meant that they alone would be able to give him a fight; since it was two of them Tsai was sort of outmatched. The stats and probabilities didn’t mean much to the young pirates, he hardly understood those things and because of his lack of understanding, he didn’t know when to fight or flight.
“I’m willing to give everyone half price if you put your guns down and don’t take me to jail” the blonde psychopath said, his finger waving in the air and as he spoke. Of course things wouldn’t die down that easily, although Tsai felt the need to try, I mean it couldn’t hurt to try right? Smiling and waiting for the marines to either drop their weapons or actually Attack, Tsai would look over to Ratchet and quickly speak. “Lady Marine friend, I’m going to try and kill the weaklings Ok? I mean, I did offer them a discount. If they don’t take it… then BOOM dedz” Tsai said, purposely mispronouncing the world dead, as his childish and immature side kicked in.

Tsai couldn’t believe his luck, just when he had figured nothing could possibly go wrong a marine shows up, with a group of buddies and a gnarly looking wolf. In reality, the woman and her allies had been in the tavern well before Tsai had entered. He just wasn’t paying attention. To Tsai however the group had mysteriously appeared. What’s worse was the lady marine was calling him a pirate out loud. Tsai wasn’t to worried about the few bums that littered tavern, he could clearly see they weren’t on his level. The woman and her wolf was the real problem.
Tsai looked back and forth before turning to the duo “ ohhhh? Of course I'm a pirate. My name is Cheung Po Tsai. Navigator of the Vagabond pirates, and soon to be king of the underworld” Tsai said almost as loud as the woman. He figured at this point there was no way out of the situation, besides he was a pirate. He was a Vagabond, and the Vagabond never thought before they acted or at least he didn’t. So he decided to take the Vagabond approach and proclaim his infamy to the world. He also dared any one to try and stop him. Besides death, there was nothing Tsai actually feared. He vowed that this island will become the property of the Vagabond Pirates, just because Tsai liked it.
“You know, I'm actually looking to get my own Island. This place looks like a nice enough start too” Tsai said as he removed both his gloves. The barkeep couldn’t believe his eyes, after having warned the man, he would still give out his identity knowing the dangers he faced. Turning back to the barkeep Tsai would spin his finger in the air, motioning for another round of shots. Still visibly shaken the bar tender would quickly fix Tsai's drink. Tossing one of the shots back to get his body ready for whatever lied ahead Tsai would turn back towards the group of marines and do the unpredictable
“NIKYU NIKYU: Transmission” Tsai said as blast of erupted from Tsai's body, sending him flying from the bat into the marines sitting at the tables. Because of the small area they were in the blast would send both Tsai and the marines crashing through the wall out onto the street. Tsai would quickly pick himself up, a sinister grin on his face. Tsai now wanted this island and nothing short of his friends dragging him away or his death would stop him.

The free drink Tsai had slid to the new comer was ignored in favor of the drink she would have to pay for from the bar keep. As the glass slid past the fish woman, the entire bar had stood up in awe, time seemed to slow down yet again as the entire bar watched the glass fall to the flour and shatter. The event though seemingly small, had more effect on the bar than the woman's small scuffle with the ruffians. It was one of those rare and slightly barbaric unspoken rule in taverns, that to ignore a free drink was one of the most disrespectful thing a person could do. The entire bar looked back and forth from the broken glass to Tsai and then to the fish woman, mouths wide open. "did she just ignore that guys drink?" one guy said within the group. Another would add, " to refuse a free drink... such disrespect".
Tsai's smile never left his face he looked up at the woman, and wondered why she hadn't take his drink. After all the watered down alcohol she had just taken was just scheme to make more money out of unsuspecting guest. Admittedly, Tsai had feel for the exact same scam earlier that day. However, he wouldn't comment on the actions of the woman, they were both apparently pirates on a island full of marines. He didn't want to start a commotion just yet, Tsai had made his mind up to take over the Island and he wouldn't be leaving or causing an uproar until the island was his. Tsai was smart, he didn't know for sure if the woman was a marine or bounty hunter both of which would be after his 2,000,000 beli reward.
"Oh I didn't know you only liked tap water. That drink you just had was nothing but a dirty scam" Tsai waved his hand as he spoke, dismissing the one's insult, she was a fish person and she probably didn't know most of the human traditions. Tsai didn't care about this, he actually was interested in getting to know her more, however he wouldn't allow himself to be beat by her. Drinking and eating was one of his favorite pass times, she would have her hands full. "Bartender scratch that.... we'll have that green bottle right there. The one I've been telling you to pour for the past hour" Tsai said ordering the man to bring him the bottle, the bar tender gave a glare which was met with a glare from Tsai that made the man instantly freeze. He slowly walked over the to the back of the bar and handed over three bottles of his strongest vodka. "it's on the house" the man said placing two cups on the bar's counter.
The other patrons of the bar were all deadly silent as the two stared each other off at the bar, the atmosphere had gotten tense with a sense of competition. Tsai was the first to pop the bottle and pour a two shots. Sliding on over to the woman, and taking his own in one go. The green liquid was harsh and hot, far stronger than a regular drink. Any normal person would have choked from the first bit, but Tsai held his own, awaiting for the woman to drink hers. "bottoms up?"

Tsai sat at the bar of a run down old tavern known as the "Drunken Maiden", fitting name in Tsai's opinion as even the women were indulging in what was usually a man's past time. It didn't bother Tsai either way, he rather enjoyed a woman who could hold her own. There wasn't any spectacular reason as to why Tsai had ended up in the west blue, on a Marine trading post Island to be exact. It wasn't unusual for the Vagabond pirate to wonder into awkward situations that usually ended up with him being separated from his crew, however this time would be different. Tsai couldn't remember why or how he had managed to seemingly disappear from the East Blue and wake up days later within a paw print shaped crater, on a random Island.
The Vagabond pirate had been at the bar the entire day, from morning to dusk he had sat at the wooden bar drinking his fill. He had gotten drunk and sobered up multiple times before anything eventful would happen in the tavern. Tsai figured with all the marine dogs hanging about everyone was walking on egg shells. It was sad really, Tsai could see the potential the island had, and knew why the government held fast to the territory. With the island being a hub for imports and exports between certain island and kingdoms within the west blue, it was a great asset in keeping control of the region. Tsai wondered what would happen if the island was taken, the thought made his heart rate increase, he could see so many uses for the island. That being said he was actually thinking about doing the idiotic, challenging the marine presence on the island despite not having Red or Captain Vallen. Tsai figured it could be a present for when the two rescued him again.
As the blonde had finally made up his mind to cause a god damn ruckus, a random woman would steal his moment. Tsai spun around in his seat to catch the action first hand, grabbing a cup of vodka from the counter he would down the drink as if it were a small shot glass. "Oh so the fun actually starts at night around here" Tsai said out loud as the woman and the group of men exchanged words that would eventually lead with the men emasculated and the woman thirsty for a stiff drink. Tsai wouldn't take his eyes off of her, as she walked back to the bar and fortunately sat next to Tsai. He could slightly make out the texture of her skin, the slits on her arms and of course the large gnawing set of razor sharp teeth.
Time seemed to slow down as the realization of what the woman's race was set in, Tsai's excitement and childlike curiosity would flare up the moment she finished asking for her drink. Smiling, he would slid a large cup of an thick and odd looking drink that would make those with weak stomachs cringe just by the look of it. " I always liked a lady with tough skin" Tsai said extending him open palm towards the drink so she would know that he was offering. The green drink was the strongest the tavern had to offer and judging by the looks of it's patrons no one but Tsai was able to drink it and keep going. " Drinking challenge?" Tsai said trying to find a common ground or ice breaker that would allow him to spew as many questions on her as possible. This was his first time ever seeing a Fish Person and he wouldn't allow it to go to waste.

Red wasn't a skilled as Tsai was when it came to actual combat or form, but he used his skills in a way that best suited him. Thinking on the fly and utilizing none combat items in actual combat. It didn't surprise Tsai when red made the comment on him using his fruit, in fact Tsai should've figured it out sooner. The navigator wouldn't allow red to get him so riled up as he did before, the ropes would wrap around Tsai hands and constrict his palms. Tsai was unaware that Red had paid so much attention to his fruit, it actually made the small man feel good inside. No matter how Red would personally take this fight, the fact that he would go on to learn Tsai's weaknesses made it obvious that Tsai was acknowledged by the man. It would go without saying that Tsai felt the same way about Red, he knew that the only way to beat Red was in his human form.
Red had been clever the entire fight, and though he had bounded Tsai's hands and limited his aim. The vagabond navigator would still use the power of the nikyu nikyu no mi. Red was right to tie up Tsai's hands, as most of his offensive attacks utilized the paw engraved on his palms. Tsai wasn't going to use the transmission tech again, as it would put further strain on his body. Instead the boy utilized the Paw Paw Cannon technique to launch himself into the air, the force of the blast was equal in strength to the transmission tech, however the cannon was an offensive ability. As such the destructive force behind the move also launched a sizable amount of dust and fragments of rock as it created a paw print shaped crater in the ground. As Tsai soared through the air, hands still bound. He would utilize his superior mobility to twist his body into a hard kick, aiming for Red's head.
As Tsai landed, he would take this time to utilize a great and power battle tactic, being a historian by nature and merchant by trade. Tsai had read of the events when the special tactic was used, it was one of the strongest techs known to humanity and didn't even take much energy. Tsai would jump back a few paces, putting about 12ft between him and red, "Ha RED... Now i have you... I'll use my trump card. The strongest battle tactic known to man" Tsai said jumping around like a lunatic with his hands bounded, he waited for red to take the bait before he would turn around and take over running. "Battle Tactic # 69: Run AWAAAYYYY" Tsai said as he took off running down the closest trail his could find. Unknowingly running closer and closer to the marine base that was near by.

Tsai had been laying around the ship all day, all of the other crew mates had gone off alone, while Tsai was busy checking the maps and weather patterns. It seems that a local storm would be rolling through the area for a few days so the crew would be stuck on Yotsuba Island, one of Tsai's least favorite to be on. That was because the island housed one of the mos active marine bases within the east blue and the vagabonds were unlucky enough to get stranded on the island because of the upcoming storm. Knowing the newly placed bounties on their heads, the crew agreed to not venture to far into the more populated areas of the island. However, Tsai had grown increasingly board while waiting on his comrades to return, to fix the problem he decided to go into town and restock for when they were to set off again. He figured nothing would go wrong, seeing how him and red had just finished a heated spar the day before.
Tsai had set off earlier in the day and soon ended up within a small village not to close to the Marine base but close enough for Tsai to try to stay keep to himself. The merchant and navigator of the vagabond pirates made his way through the market place, keeping an eye out for any stray marine lackeys that had happen to stroll through the village. Fortunately for Tsai he had managed to move about the village undetected while being able to shop for food and supplies. The man would come across a small pub and decided to take a break from his shopping and grab a brew or two. He entered the pub with the large bag of supplies thrown over his shoulder, the patrons all eyed him suspiciously as he walked to the bar. Tsai looked around to take in the surroundings of the bar, most of the people were ruggish civilians, he had even spotted a few marines, though they were well past wasted.
Soon the barkeep would walk over to Tsai and look the man up and down before speaking, "what can i get you stranger" the barkeep said, Tsai turned to the brute of a man, who looked like he could've been one hell of a pirate back in his younger years. "I'm no stranger pal, just get me a double shot of your strongest vodka, with a tall glass of lager to wash it down" Tsai said with his normal blunt tone of voice. The man would nod and turn back, first setting the double shot glass down and filling it to the brim, then the tall cup of beer was placed along side it. "That'll be 20 beli" the man said, Tsai sat his large bag of goodies down and reached into his pocket, handing the man 30 beli instead of 20 as a tip. He would then swallow the vodka shot whole, as the barkeep left a newspaper for the man to read.
Tsai nodded and picked up the paper, he would instantly notice why the man had handed Tsai the paper, news of his breakout had started to travel fast at least locally, It was uncommon for an unknown rookie pirate crew to challenge the marines for the sake of one nakama, even if it was in the blues. Tsai quickly balled up the paper and took a large swig of his beer, he intended on finishing the beverage before he would leave. If his crew's face were plastered on every newspaper on the island, they were in more trouble then they had anticipated.

Paw Paw no mi is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that bestows its user the ability to repel everything they touch, and is physically represented as paws on the user's palms, making the user a Paw human. The first and foremost strength of the fruit, is that the user is able to push virtually anything they touch into paw-shaped bubbles and send it flying at an extremely high speed. This includes both tangible materials such as people and objects, and intangible materials such as air and the sensation of physical pain. This power also offers the user an incredible defense in battle, allowing them to deflect any attack(according to skillevel). They are also able to harness their abilities to perform offensive techs, such as repelling the very air around them at very high speed. These attacks are so powerful that they can leave paw-shaped imprints in rock.
Weaknesses: Aside from the usual devil fruit user weaknesses, the Nikyu Nikyu no MI has another weakness unique to itself. While the user is able to deflect attacks, they can only do so by using their bare hands. If the user's hands are otherwise occupied, being caught off guard for instance, they will receive damage from an attack that could have been otherwise averted. It should be noted that the Nikyu Nikyu no Mi doesn't gives its user the ability to teleport at will. However, rather than teleport, the user can use the incredible speed/repelling force of his Devil Fruit power to propel themselves across certain distances.
Usage:
Cheung Po Tsai is the current eater of the Nikyu Nikyu no mi, as such it has transformed him into a paw paw human, with paw prints physically engraved on his palms, while also granting him the ability to repel almost anything. However, at Tsai's level he is capable of only meager feats, as opposed to he full power of the Fruit's abilities. At rookie level Tsai is able to repel normal attacks from npcs, however he'd need a technique to repel PC(player character) attacks. Additionally, his tech would have to be either above or equal to the strength of the PC's tech to repel it. At Tsai's level, the repel force he can emit is only strong enough for minor offensive and supplementary feats, such as techs that violently repel the air or his body to increase his speed. With Tsai's current account of repel force, his offensive attacks would only cause minor bodily harm and could break rookie level defenses over time. As for increasing his speed, the repel force as his current level would make him faster than normal npcs and rookies without a Speed SA or tech.
Paw Paw Cannon is one of the basic techniques of the Nikyu Nikyu no mi. Utilizing the abilities of the pawpaw fruit, the eater is able to violently repel the air around the user, causing an Air Cannon like effect. This particular technique can only be utilize with the paw shaped prints on the palm of his hands. This technique has the potential to be highly dangerous howler at Tsai's level the burst of air is only strong enough to knock opponents off their feet or cause bruising. Additionally, the attack leaves a paw print shape on the target that disappears shortly after. It should be noted that the damages received from this tech could be increased by debris or environmental objects

Description
Paw Paw Transmission is one of the advance techniques of the Nikyu Nikyu no mi. Utilizing the abilities of the pawpaw fruit, the eater is able to violently repel the air around their body, increasing the speed of the user's movements. This particular technique unlike the others, can be utilize without the paw shaped prints on the palm of his hands. This technique has the potential to be very useful, however at Tsai's level the burst of air isn't strong enough for super feats of speed just yet. Though, with his skills Tsai is able to move faster than most rookies ( basically a rookie without a speed Sa or other special ability) Additionally, the tech leaves a paw print shape crater in the ground. It should be noted that this technique puts a strain on Tsai's body, meaning he could only use it three times before he needs to rest.

Description
Paw Paw Cannon Palm is one the basic techniques of the Nikyu Nikyu no mi. Utilizing the abilities of the pawpaw fruit, the eater is able to violently repel the air around the users palm to increases the power behind their physical blows. This particular technique can only be utilize with the paw shaped prints on the palm of his hands, as such it's usage requires palm type attacks. This technique has the potential to be highly dangerous however at Tsai's level the burst of air is only strong enough to knock opponents off their feet or cause bruising or leave a person winded. Additionally, the attack leaves a paw print shape on the target that disappears shortly after. It should be noted that the damages received from this tech could be increased depending on point of contact. I.E: a minor concussion if palm makes contact with a person's head, it would only disorient the target.
