One Piece: Treasure Cruise is an Alternate Universe (AU) site where the straw hats and all the other famous pirates of the animanga do not exist.
The Time frame for the site is around the same time frame of the Animanga so the technology and such are on par with what is seen in the show though some advances can be made within reason of course.
There should be no mention of cannon characters as none of them exist and although there may be certain things that are similar to the animanga as this site is based off of it, the animanga is not considered cannon on this site.
Plot
Seventy years ago the three way war going on within the sky was still happening with high casualties on all sides. Because of this a truce was initiated. Each island would have its own independence away from rule of the other islands. The truce would hold so long as they stayed on their respective island and did not venture off into the territory of the other islands. Although there have been news about multiple Birkans, Shandians, or Skypieans dying while on one of the other islands the open, all-out fighting has stopped and a lot of the killing has been toned down. However, this has not stopped many sky islanders from leaving their home in search of a peaceful life down in the Blue Oceans not knowing that they were going from one multiple century long war to another.
Around sixty years ago the revolutionaries had a secret base within East Blue on Colors Island. The secret base there was becoming so successful due to the fact that none would suspect any trouble out of the weakest ocean in the world, so much so that they would be surprised to run into high ranking officials of the revolution there. This went on for about ten years until the World Government finally got wind of the location of the hideout. The fight was brought to the base and the leader of the revolution at the time stayed behind to fight off the attack giving his people time to escape. Due to the public execution of the leader of the revolution having hurt the recruiting process for a few years it was then that the revolution decided to work through a system of council so that there would never again be just one leader of the revolution but five one for each blue and one for the Grand Line as a whole. Forty years ago people began to move back to colors island and multiple towns and villages have sprang up there each named after a specific color.
In the present time the fighting has become less open warfare and more vying for islands and power. However fighting between the revolution and the World Government still persist because of this the World Government has increased taxes. This has caused unrest in many of the civilians and has bolstered the ranks of the revolution. However in a move that no one saw coming there have been several individuals who feel as if the revolution is just as bad as the World Government and have gone to sea on their own to live by their own code and to enjoy their freedom. These pirates have sparked the Golden Pirate Era which has also sparked an increase in bounty hunters which is a fine way to earn a living and pay those raised taxes without joining the marines revolutionaries or the pirates.

Frank is is a rather thin man, with a pronounced skeletal structure. It is easy to notice the man's clavicle and malar bones at a glance, and on closer inspection most of his bones seem to jut prominetly from his body. Most noticable of all are several years of scars spread across his body, most of which are surgical. Piercing from his skull, Frank has yellow eyes that are almost always fully open, attempting to observe everything. On his head sits what many describe as a feathery nest of pale green hair. His hair has a natural curl to it, and combined with its rough texture, results in a tangled mess of a hair style. [break][break]
Frank more often than not wears a simple white coat that he almost always keeps open for ease of accessing any tools he may have on them. With these wears smooth white pants that

Frank wears a black baggy robe, which is short sleeved, the sleeves reaching half way down his forearms, with a white sash tied around it. Over it he wears a white version of the previous one, with purple fur around the top. Both robes end at just above the ankles. He also wears tabi socks with basic sandals. He has three gold stud piercings in his lower left ear, and three thick gold ring piercings on the top of his right ear.
Frank is tall and scrawny, with golden yellow eyes and dark blue hair. His skin is a nice tan, though its unlikely you'll see this. He uses white and black make up to cover his skin as a scare tactic. (he pays deep attention so it looks real..even when pealing off.) He is constantly modifying the look of the make up
LBeing a man of science, Frank sees everything in the world, including himself, as an experiment. He is what is known as a 'mad scientist'. While he does have morals, these morals aren't as strict as most people's, and as such he is willing to put himself and his experiments in what would be considered insane circumstances to test/create them. He also exhibits a sadistic and intimidating personality, at least in combat. He'll attempt to scare his opponents by playing the mad scientist role to the extreme and acting sadistic. When he first meets someone he'll likely treat them as dismissive and cold to them.
Frank has a dislike to combat. This is not because he is weak (his experiments made sure of this), but merely because it requires much effort on his part for something that has nothing to do with his work. As such he will use scare tactics, minions, inventions and his medical knowledge to end a fight as soon as he can. He mostly seems disappointed, depressed, or just bored in combat, unless you show him something interesting.
When it comes to those he has gained a bond with, though his would require someone to be interested in him or the other way around, he acts differently. He is kind to them and will actually hold back some information if he thinks its better for them (though earlier on he will be blunt). He will do his best to give them advice and normally offer advise to those around him.
HISTORY
Born and raised on the island since birth, Frank has always had a fascination with the body, and any object around him. 1st would come how to damage it. Then would be how to help fight those ways to damage them. Then would be how to improve the item/person. He would grow up a pretty normal life for a mad scientist, dissecting animals, experimenting on animals, learning more and more about his interests. Frank would eventually move out of the village he was in and move to a large house. During this time a medium sized pirate crew, called the Blue Snow Pirates, would break into the island, attacking and slaughtering hundreds.
Frank himself did not react until they entered his yard. There, they were struck by years worth of defenses, poison gas, pit falls, and those who did make it past there had to deal with Frank himself. When the navy finally arrived, Frank had shot half dead, killed a handful with poison, a small amount in traps, and even smaller amount in melee combat, and had two who had died through experimentation. (though as far as navy reports it was 'unknown yet gruesome ways) Frank often leaves his home in search of medical knowledge/test subjects....or at least he used to.
One day on Terminal Island, Frank ran into some trouble. He was attempting to get more animals for his research, which as you can imagine for a chimera specialist is necessary. However, the marines stationed there, who were rumored to be self serving and corrupt, had taken all of the man's animals by force. Do to them getting in the way of his research, Frank plotted to attack them and take the animals back.
He learned that a crew member of a small time pirate crew named the Vagabond Pirates had been captured and thus arranged a meeting with them. If they helped him get the animals, he'd help get the captured crew member, and treat their wounds afterwards. Once they were ready, they attacked the small marine base. During the break out, they caused a prison riot, Frank persuading the prisoners that they outnumbered the marines do they couldn't loose. (thankfully, most of the pirates there weren't that bright) He managed to free the animals and send them to their owner.
He eventually got to Tsia and helped them free him with the help of his pet: Sky Lord, who pretty much ripped the cage he was in open. After fleeing with the rest of the crew, he paid for the animals, left and went on his way. After treating everyone's wounds, Vallen invited him on the crew. After careful consideration, Frank joined reasoning that helping the pirates stage a jail break would affiliate him with them anyways. He merely asked he return to his home one last time for a final experiment.

Chimera Creator R
Chimeras, no matter if it is adding animal parts to a human or combining multiple animals into a single more powerful animal, is what Frank specializes in. At the moment he can only combine a single animal with a human, but he can combine three animals together to make a new and more fascinating animal, the animals he uses he must be familiar with and although he can mix and match his creation he needs time as well as the animal on hand making battle alterations all but impossible.
Man of Science [SA Rank] Frank Newton Stein is a scientist and doctor. He can treat wounded patients, create drugs to boost teammates, poisons to weaken his opponents, knows weak points of the human body, and of course can preform surgery.
Today was the day, the day the fruits of the skeletal man's labor would finally bear. Entering with several titanic metal chests, the skeletal man was dressed notably different. Now he wore a scuba suit, and several and had a mask and water tanks on his back. The only hint that it was the same man was the paint on the face of the mask. It looked as if his face was actually shown through the mask, albeit unmoving and lifeless. He immediately dashed to a console in front of the container holding the sea king. Not wasting a second, he pressed several buttons on the bottom, as strange colored fluids spread lightly through the tank. The creature slowly pushed itself to the bottom, before seemingly falling unconscious. Moving quickly, the skeletal man put on his mask, had an automated crane move his boxes above the water, and dashed into a side hatch. Closing the door behind him, he would enter the water tank of the Sea King.
Swimming to the Sea King, the skeletal man would immediately pull a knife from his form, cutting into the beast's head. As if on cue, two boxes were opened, spilling their contents into the water. Gigantic mandibles fell into the water. If each were to be set next to each other in a line, the mandibles would be just a meter shorter than the Sea King they laid next to. Picking up the mandibles with seemingly little effort, the skeletal man would begin to attach them to the beast. Hours of cutting, stitching, and treating of wounds went into this one procedure. However this would nearly kill his oxygen supply, noted as when the man finished the surgery on the Sea King's new four mandibles he made a dash for the surface of the tank, which possessed a small platform overlooking the beast's home.
As soon as he hit the surface, a small thunk was audible from the platform, as the skeletal man dragged himself onto the surface. Looking at the newly dropped and unused air tanks, he would remove the two on his back and replace them with a hurry, jumping back into the water the second he finished. Going back down, he cut the beast open again, this time around the throat. The second he pulled the knife away, another box openned, dumping a series of gigantic vocal cords into the water. Swimming to grab them and pull them down, the man yet again began stitching these new body parts into the beast. This would only take him an hour to do, before he moved on to another part.
Automatically four huge clear tubes came down, while simultaneously the skeletal man cut the beast's gut. Inside the camera could pick up something strange, there were five stomachs. An alteration the skeletal man had made months ago. Creating openings just big enough to fit the tubs in, the skeletal man plugged these tubes in as they emptied their contents. While one was clearly for food, another was... Different. From the other three came pieces of furniture as well as supplies and various objects one would be expected to keep in the room of a house rather than a beast. Once the three other tubes finished, they were pulled out, and the holes restitched shut, leaving the last one to continually feed it. Sewing up the final gash around the tube feeder, the skeletal man left for the side chamber.
A few seconds after he closed the door, a flushing sound could be heard. If one thought for a few seconds it would be obvious he was draining the water that had flooded into the room when he entered and left the tank.
Leaving the building, the man would not return until hours later, wearing his normal outfit. Again he would walk up the console and input the same commands, ending the same results. For the next two weeks he would repeat this, keeping the beast in a permanent slumber through out. On the first day of the third week, he would remove the now empty tube and sew up the small wound left behind. For three days he would wait as the wound healed, removing the stitched after knocking it out of course and allowing it one more day to heal.
As he walked in the last day of the footage, he seemed ecstatic. "We're ready." He said to the beast who turned to face him as he pulled out a strange whistle. It looked similar to the first whistle, although it notably had a different design, being much more snake like. Blowing lightly, he watched as the beast began to wind up to the top of the tank, before slamming itself into the thin metal that kept it from leaving the tank. The metal bent, but did not break. "If you fail to break through, I shall leave you here with the rest of the failed experiments." Reeling back, it began to create a jet water behind it, slamming into the metal again. Yet again it was unable to break the metal. Again it would move to the top of the tank, creating a second jet. This time, it would reel back its mandibles before grabbing to the metal flooring and throwing it straight through the sides of the tank. Smiling subtly, the skeletal man turned to leave as the beast moved its way into an opening that seemed to lead down many gargantuan flooded tunnels. "The wait was more than worth it. Time to leave this place and move on." Later that night a series of explosion could be heard ringing around the various cameras. Over the night and even into the next day, fire engulfed everything in the camera's view, even the camera's themselves. Now there was no trace of the skeletal man or his creations, just rubble.

Emperor is a colossal creature. If fins and head protrusions are included, the creature is just a little longer than a battle cruiser.
Emperor possesses a long, slim, muscularly built body with four caudal fins and two pectoral fins. She also has two dorsal fins running along the length of its entire body, and two ventral fins taking a small portion of its belly. Most of her fins, along with her back, are red in color.
Her head features a large mouth, as well as two pairs of eyes with black sclera and black irises, no pupils are visible. She has two maroon mandibles on each side of its face which slowly get darker, tipped with black claws, four in total. Multiple scars can be seen on her body, particularly around the facial area, and the bluish-white skin appears similar in texture to human skin.

Special Abilities
Chimera Emperor is a chimera made from a Sea King, with pieces from a bat and ants. From the ants Frank was able to craft two sets of gigantic mandibles, which it can use to grapple targets and either move them into its mouth or throw them away. The Emperor also has extremely long sonar based vocal cords in its throat, allowing it to use sonar to sense anything within two hundred meters do to its sheer size. The only known flaw is that not all of the ant's plates were as tough as Frank had wanted, and as such in his rush, certain mandibles are weaker than the other. The bottom left is the stronger, while the bottom right is the second strongest. The bottom two are the two weakest, with the bottom right being the weakest of the two. Of course being a Sea King, Emperor is a water based fighter, made to move around at high speeds, and of course breathe water and withstand great pressures.
Multiple Stomachs Emperor's true purpose however is as a backup ship for the Vagabond Pirates. Should one of the crew's Devil Fruit users fall into the sea, or the the ship be destroyed, Emperor is trained to target the crew members and them alone, and consume them in a specific way, sending them to one of its alternate stomachs. While Emperor's normal stomach is about five times the size of the other stomachs, it will break any who enter it down to food, meaning that if they were to enter there they would surely die. The other stomachs however hold the purpose of housing the caught members, with each member having a specific stomach for them. These stomachs tend to have accommodations for each respective member to house them in comfort and let them continue their respective jobs on the crew. A number of intestines connect the stomachs, allowing crew members to travel between them. These stomachs are incapable of digestion, and only serve to house the members.

For the twelfth day in a row, the skeletal man entered the room with the wyvern. This time however there was no box, no bat to be fed to the ants. Breaking from the routine that had been repeated with almost no variation in the past days, the Scientist had the wyvern enter directly into the room filled with the gigantic ants. Just as the door closed, the skeletal man seemed to switch between two opposite modes. When he had entered, he took his time, never putting too much effort into his movement. Now however he was in an all out spring to get to his monitor room.
Nearly slamming himself into his desk, the skeletal man would turn towards the nearest screen, quickly flipping trough the cameras, going through at least thirty before he found the one he wanted. The Wyvern who had entered the room was slaughtering the ants, its tail repeatedly impaling the ants. His eyes watched the screen, and his senses seemed to only pay attention to what was shown on the screen.
For the next few minutes, the ants fell to the Wyvern, and every time one got close, the beast would fly away. Those few that did were not able to pierce its hide, and it was slowly becoming obvious that the Wyvern would win with no problems. That was until it reached the second to last ant. The scorpion like tail poised to strike, swinging down to impale the center of the ant's body. However, just as it hit the shell, the tail merely bounced off, like a blade hitting armor of the same quality.
The Skeletal man, until then, had lost interest in the second stage of the experiment. His stature had slouched, his eyes returning to their default disinterested look, and his overall way of carrying himself seemed to lack energy. The second the tail bounced off the ant's shell however, he straightened himself, leaning so close the screen that he was leaning off of his chair. This. THIS was what he was waiting for.
The beast stopped, letting the ant bite down on its tail, the pincers breaking through its hide. Immediately the beast shot a dragon shaped projectile of poison from its mouth, coating the beast in it as it began to squirm around, before eventually loosing the ability to do anything but vaguely twitch. By the time the Wyvern was at the door, the skeletal man was at the door, opening it and rushing in, quickly motioning towards the lone remaining ant: the Queen.
Picking up the body and rushing out of the room, the skeletal man would drag the ant to the same operating table he had used to operate on many gigantic bats. Once out the door, he slowed, taking his time, making sure not to damage the specimen. While this was happening, both the Wyvern and Queen Ant had flown into the air, trying to bite and claw at each other to no avail. Any time the Queen Ant landed a bite, the bite was unable to pierce the body of the beast. However, every attempt the Wyvern made on the queen was evaded, the two caught in a stand off.
The skeletal man cared not for that however. The Wyvern would win in the end, he knew this. He had left a poisonous gas in the room, one that he only had the supplies to make for this last experiment. From here on it wouldn't be until he increased his skill with less that he would every be able to make the gas again. The gas would fill the room, slowly causing any who breathed it in to exhaust at a deadly pace. The longer the fight went on, the more slow and sluggish the Queen Ant became. The Wyvern however was not effected by the poison. Infact if anything it seemed to give him more energy. The beast would quickly slam the Queen Bee into ground with its tail, before spewing tens of the poison dragon it had made before. The Queen would squirm as the poison slowly and steadily killed the beast, its body swelling so much that its shell couldn't contain it, with blood draining from the cracks as the flesh was forced to crush itself against the plates.
The Skeletal man at the end of this had finally gotten the ant onto the operating table. Here he would begin operating, removing the mandibles from the beast, much to the terror of the beast, a chocked wail being forced from its mouth. The Skeletal man could smell the change in the air. This ant was putting out thousands of gigantic pheromones to let its fellow ants know it was in pain. But unfortunately by now, all of its fellow ants were dead, leaving noone to save it.
The ant would begin to show signs of what had happened to the Queen Ant, albeit at a much slower ant. The plates would move and bulge as it began to swell. There were no more options left for the ant as it squirmed and writhed in pain, it would die no matter what. Taking out a scalpel, the Skeletal man quickly slashed its neck, ending its suffering there. Placing the mandibles in a large tank of preservation fluid, the Skeletal man would return to the room that once housed the gigantic ants, taking various mandibles, each placed with the first set. However, the first set was cut off from the other by a thin sheet a metal. For some reason, the Skeletal man placed this one above the others. Why not just leave them and use that one? Why would he need that many? These answers would not be answered on this day of the footage, only the man leaving with the Wyvern, commenting under his breathe: "Almost done."

The user punches at a fair distance from the intended target(s), transmitting the force of the blow through the water vapor in the air to release a shock wave that sends them flying. The shockwaves move in a cone shape outward from the punch, allowing a few punches to cover most of the area around them. This move has a delayed effect, as the shock wave takes a while to reach the opponent(s). This can knock out most people beneath Advanced rank, although those of Advanced rank can take several of these shockwaves.

He is especially frustrating for his superiors, as threats of death do not work to motivate him, usually having to quadruple his pay to get anything done, and even then there tends to be excess damage. However, do the the skill and power needed to have such a position, they cannot easily replace him, and Jugo himself is aware of this.
Jugo describes his way of doing things as "Free Justice". For him this means acting completely on how he feels. He may let a high bounty pirate leave under the pretenses of not wanting to bother fighting them, but then kill two weak pirates, grow bored, and begin chasing the pirate he let leave. Jugo enjoys pushing his limits and, while the job will get done if he is bribed enough, he will always go out of his way to do it as off the book as possible.
Jugo prefers to wear clothes that aren't restricting, and to never cover his webbed feet. As such he absolutely abhors the marine uniforms, describing them as stuff and usually having to be forced into one if there is a situation where he needs one. Jugo also has a heavy dislike for people who are afraid or unwilling to break rules, describing them as "chicken livered morons".
Trying to force Jugo into anything physically is usually met with violence, which has lead to many injuries on his crew members when this happens. Only a select few people have been able to force Jugo into his uniform or into certain positions without the bribe of money, and those who can have Jugo's highest respect. However he will still give them a fight over doing stuff, even if he will eventually give in.
Jugo is a very very passionate fishman, whom enjoys adrenaline, alcohol, and a good fire in one's heart and stomach. He likes seeing others put those fires to use, and dislike people controlling their passions for any reason. He will often be seen drinking when being forced to wait, picking fights with crew members, and overall causing small bits of trouble. Usually this only results in small complaints for those above him, but these small complaints tend to come in large piles. Jugo is also very impatient, disliking waiting on anything for any reason. When doing something he dislikes, Jugo will become noticeably annoyed, often grumbling and pouting in response to doing something. However, once given free reign of what to do again, his personality immediately reverts back to his normal one.

Special Abilities
Fishman Biology [Race Perk] Jugo is a born fishman, and as such benefits from being one. From being able to breathe both on land and in water to being physically superior to humans, he has it all. Of course in his home field, it is next to impossible to beat him unless one is also a Fishman. While he looses his buffs in water, on land he manages to keep his Durability, allowing Jugo to minimize damage taken, with only some of the strongest techs being able to deal full damage.
Fishman Karate Jugo is a master Fishman Karate user. With his punches he can create waves to topple ships, with his kicks he can run on water, and through controlling the water he can negate devil fruit abilities without using Haki. In particularly hard battles (against those of equal rank), he has noted to use the very water moisture in the air to decimate entire battlefields.
Haki Jugo, as is required of an admiral, is proficient in both Armament and Observation. He clearly much more skilled with Armament of the two, his body seemingly unbreakable to all but few attacks. When combined with his Fishman Durability, Jugo can negate the damage of almost all attacks. While many do not notice, those who can sense Haki can see that Jugo can even imbue water he manipulates with Haki, creating what those who cann't sense Haki refer to as "solid water". With Observation Jugo can predict most attacks coming his way, seeing entire barrages before they happen. He can also sense anyone in any city he's in, although he has a heavy dislike for it, only using the technique long enough to see where his target currently is, and then breaking everything between himself and them. His haki color is red.
Titanic Strength Jugo is extremely large, even for a fishman, lending him increased strength. Even without the use of Haki, Fishman Karate, or being in water, Jugo can break bones with ease and even punchi his way through buildings. At his strongest his attacks are so powerful they can defy logic and turn punches into medium and even long range attacks.
Unwavering Endurance Jugo's heavy focus on melee combat has increased his endurance ten fold. Jugo can keep moving after taking even the most deadly attacks, with even cannonballs and spears piercing his chest failing to slow him down. Combined with his durability, this makes it so even if one does heavy damage to Jugo, it will take several more of those kinds of hits to stop him.
Infishman Speed Despite his looks, Jugo is extremely fast, being one of the fastest members of the military. Many have a hard time keeping up with his movements, seeing him both run through a battlefield in an instant, and attacking multiple times in a second. Combined with his strength, this makes Jugo exceedingly deadly.

Again the skeleton-esque man walked into the surveillance room, flipping screens until he reached the room in which he kept the ants. What were once tons of small ants were now insects the size of a grown man's foot. He smirked, as if proud of what he was seeing. He watched as the ants grew accustomed to their new size. They were clumsy, and moved awkwardly, the sudden growth spurts giving them no time to adjust to their new forms. "They will certainly take a while to adjust." The man stated, speaking for the first time in his arrival in the last week. "This will take a while...unfortunate. Of course it doesn't matter which of them can move the quickest. All I care about are their mandibles."
The man stood up, fetching another beast from a box, a currently sedated giant bat. "As much as I would prefer you fight them without any inhibitors, we cann't risk an event like yesterday. So I'm afraid you'll be loosing those vocal cords of yours. On the bright side, this makes the second part of my job easier." He spoke to the unconscious beast. Taking out the familiar flute from the day before, he would blow into again, his hand in the same position as it was before. Yet again it would call the Wyvern like beast to its side. The beast's tail would wrap around the bat, placing it gently onto an operating table in the top right corner of the room. For an hour the man would slave over the sedated bat, removing its vocal chords and, just like the last time, placing them in a jar of preserving fluids.
Almost as if the video was on repeat from yesterday, the man would move the giant bat, once it was awoken, to the room that contained the ants. Again he would watch as the beast and the ants battled. While the bat was still killed in battle, this time there were no screams, and more importantly fewer of the ants had died. The man would smirk as he manually paused the video feed to count the ants, writing their death to survival ratio on a clipboard. "Certainly an improvement...but not good enough." The man commented as he stood up, walking towards the exit again, the wyvern following behind. "Two more weeks should be enough."
For several more days, the man would repeat the same steps over and over again. The ants increased exponentially in size, adjusted to their new forms, were fed gigantic vocalless bats, and the Queen made more and more ants, the newer generation always being bigger and stronger than their predecessors. With each generation the dead to survivor ratio was increased in favor of the survivors. After a week, no ants would die, and most of them were equal in size to the Wyvern. Now the second phase could begin.

The man stared at the creature with interest. A captive, and not to mention obedient beast. And thanks to his other...specimens, he could improve it even further. So began the....strange operation. Taking the multitude of specimens, the man took each box full and put each in its own gigantic room, each room being able to store three families of five. Each container held hundreds of animals that the man planned to use later in his last experiment.
The man locked the metal doors of each room, before walking off camera, entering a room. A different camera would show him entering a room with tens of monitors, each linked to a camera in his facilities. Here he switched to a camera revealing a large room with a dirt floor and much grass, almost like a smooth plain. However the ceiling and walls were made of the same cold hard metal that the rest of the facility was covered in. On the roof sat large creatures. One was a bat the size of three full grown men, with a particularly strong neck. The second beast was a rather big and demonic looking creature, being over ten feet tall and with scales forming horns. It's main body was that of a lizard, with a scorpion tail and bat-like wings on his arms. It's teeth were heavily sharpened, and the beast all around resembled a wyvern from mythology.
By the door opened what was one a closed four foot tall metal box, ants spilling all over the area like waves. As they fell, the bat swooped down, seeing this as his feast. However, the ants continued to move as though they were a sea, covering the beast and repeatedly biting it, each biting injecting a small amount of venom. The bat wriggled and writhed in pain, letting out screams so intensely loud and high pitched they broke the glass of the camera in the room. The man stood up, pulling out a flute as he rushed out of the room. The first camera showed him re entering the area quickly, blowing into the flute while covering all but two holes as he blew into it as hard as he could.
Yet, there was no sound. The echoes of his feet repeatedly hitting the ground reverberated off the walls, the screams of the bat were echoing, as fast as possible. But the flute itself made no sound. Just as he passed the door before the one next to the room with the ants, a large splashing sound was heard from the room. The man sighed, as if revealed by the sound that could have possibly been the room flooding.
He would wait for several hours before opening the door, seeing the ants laying motionless, and in a decreased amount, many having been consumed by the draconic beast. The dirt was soaked, as if it had absorbed a vast amount of liquid. He let out another sigh as he had the beast sweep what ants remained into their box, mumbling something under his breath. He walked over to the finally dead bat, taking out several medical instruments, dissecting the beast and taking out what seemed to be its vocal cords. Pulling out a tub of preservation liquid before submerging the vocal cords into the tub, placing it on the cart that carried his specimens.
From here, he moved the corpse and box into another identical room, leaving the beast's remains to be consumed by the ants when they finally restored their ability to move. For now however, the gathering of ingredients and placing of specimens to be used later was over. He walked back to the smaller tank of sea life, carrying it to the top of the aquarium, carelessly dumping the hundreds of fish and other sea life into the water. Before any of the would be pets had a chance to fix their orientation, the beast had swallowed them all whole. The man seemed excited for the next day of testing...For now however, he took the preserved organ, his focus for the next few days.

Darkness, that was all one could see on the security feed. Whatever room this camera was meant to be looking upon was covered in darkness, not a speck of light shown. For some reason the night vision was not activated on the camera, and as such there was now way to tell what was going on in the room.
However, the audio obviously still worked, as a loud metallic clunk could be heard from the some part of the room. Not long after the large metallic doors began to slowly open, revealing a strange man to have opened them.
The man wore a short sleeved black baggy robe, the sleeves reaching half way down his forearms, with a white sash tied around his waist area. Over it he wore a white version of the previous one, with purple fur around the top. Both robes ended just above the ankles, showing that he wore tabi socks with basic sandals. He had three gold stud piercings in his lower left ear, and three thick gold ring piercings on the top of his right ear.
He was tall and scrony, with golden yellow eyes and dark blue hair. His skin was hidden under make up that made him look like a walking skeleton. In fact one could easily mistake the makeup for being his actual skin, as if he had never seen the sun before.
Behind him was a large container full of various fish and sea life. His hand moved towards a switch, flipping it on, causing light to shoot through the entire room. The room was mostly metallic, and very clean, without a spec of dust to seen. In the center of the room was a large aquarium, which held a strange large animal.
The creature possessed a long, slim, muscularly built body with four caudal fins and two pectoral fins. It also had two dorsal fins running along the length of its entire body, and two ventral fins taking a small portion of its belly. Most of its fins, along with its back, were red in color. Its head featured a large mouth, as well as two pairs of green eyes. Most of the body was blue-shaded white in color, having seemingly smooth skin.
Once one looked closely at its features, its size, it was obvious what this was. This was a Sea King.

Using his barbed tail, Sky Lord jabs at the nearest target. One hit on anyone with no armor or abnormal durability will be deeply impaled (NPCs however tend to be impaled). It can also break through wood. However against any other kind of armor, especially metal and Haki, it merely knocks the opponent back several feet.

Description
Poison Poison technique - Hydra Bullet. Sky Lord uses it's Doku Doku no Mi to either create poison. This can either be poison that he has learned to make with the fruit, or his naturally created deathstalker scorpion poison (described in SA) and takes on these effects. Sky Lord that shoots a small hydra shaped projectile (about the size of a cannon) at the opponent, flying up to ten meters away. While both poisons can be slightly altered to work on skin contact, it adds an extra post, taking longer to take effect than just shooting it at an enemy with open wounds. The hydra will keep moving even after hitting an enemy, leaving a large amount of poison as a trail wherever it flies.
Sky Lord was the first successful chimera of Frank N Stein and the effort shows. The being is a rather big and demonic looking creature, being over ten feet tall and his scales being altered to form horns. His main body was originally a large lizard, but when he had a scorpion's tail barb and bat wings combined with his arms, his appearance became closer to a wyvern. His body is obviously strong and could fit four-six full grown men on them.
He is physically like the Wyverns of legend. He has sharp teeth and a barbed tail, two hind legs, wings attached to arms, and a serpentine appearance. His scales are modified to add to his demonic and dragonic look, though he is only half as long as an Eastern European dragon.

Overall
Despite being a basic animal, Sky Lord's personality is surprisingly human. He feels several human emotions, rage, fear, enjoyment, enthusiasm, ect. He has things he dislikes and things he likes, favored foods, positions to sleep, everything a normal person has.
On top of this he has somewhat of a grasp on emotions of humans, although not as much as a normal human would have. He can at least vaguely tell when another human is feeling an emotion, and whether to stay or leave.
Even more impressive is his intelligence. While no genius, or even human level intelligence, he does have a complex grasp on one thing: poisons. When it comes to poisons, Sky Lord's knowledge manages to surpass most men. This of course makes using his devil fruit ten times easier.

Overall
Sky Lord was the fourth owned giant lizard of Frank N Stein. After birth he was separated from his parents, just as all the children did. As a child lizard Sky Lord was taken care of by Frank, whom Sky began to see as a parent. Eventually he would find himself experimented on by Frank, whom was trying a different approach than he had with the past failures there were his parents, grand parents, and nearly any family he had blood relation too.
Frank N Stein seemed to inject multiple liquids into Sky Lord. While Sky Lord was aware at the time, each liquid served a purpose. One contained the DNA of a bat, giving him Sonar, and more noticeably leathery wings capable of flight, while keeping fingers. With another injection, he was given a liquid carrying scorpion DNA to give him a barbed poisons tail. Frank N Stein even injected some brain growth hormones into Sky Lord. However, none of these changes would appear until he hit his 'puberty'. Out of all his siblings, Sky Lord was the only one to not reject them, causing him to survive and grow up with Frank N Stein.
Through out their time together, Frank N Stein and Sky Lord would go close. Even through puberty when cosmetic experiments were preformed on him, the two remained close. Quickly Sky Lord's intelligence grew, being able to understand all commands given to him, as well as get some what of a grasp on human language, although not to the level the Human Human Fruit would give. When puberty finally finished, he underwent one final experiment, slowing the aging process of an animal. While it would take an entire year, Frank N Stein was successful in slowing Sky Lord's aging process, allowing him to live just as long as most humans.
A few weeks after this, Sky Lord had managed to sneak into Frank N Stein's food supplies, and eat a strange purple fruit. He recalls that it tasted horrible and since then refuses to eat fruits. Eventually Frank N Stein discovered this, and taught Sky Lord to use this devil fruit to the best of his current ability.
Of course he would remain on the island with Frank N Stein, until a specific recent event. During a trip to Terminal Island, Frank N Stein had told him they were breaking out a prisoner of a pirate crew so he could get more animals. He would have Sky Lord break down the wall of a prison and free the prisoners. After listening to his master give some speech, a riot began and the chimera mowed through the now spread out marine forces. Eventually they found the prisoner, a man known as Tsia, and Sky Lord was able to rip the cell door off to free him.
After fleeing with his master and the rest of the strange crew, he waited over head again for his master. However Vallen invited Frank N Stein on to the crew of the Vagabond Pirates. Since Frank joined, that meant Sky Lord was coming with them. Now him and his master return home for one last experiment.

Special Abilities
Chimera Skylord is a giant lizard that was transformed into a chimera. This gives him a few unique abilities. Skylord has sonar and flight from his bat DNA. He has also gained a spiked tail from his scorpion DNA. He also, even before eating the Doku Doku no Mi, could create poison on his tail that causes swelling and numbness in the stabbed area.
Enhanced Strength Sky Lord is much stronger than most animals of his size. With his claws he has torn off prison cell doors (albeit it was one of those iron bar doors not a solid steel one). With his strength attacks do damage equal to one rank higher than him.
