Overall

Ryuske's outfit starts with a standard navy uniform, without the hat. This is hidden under a dark black shadow like cloak, which obscures everything but the face. The face is usually covered by some mask. Most of his masks are skull masks, though he has an occasional mask for holidays.

Ryuske is a tall and muscular teenager. His skin is white and slightly paled. His bright blue-green eyes compliment this and his snow white hair. His hair reaches to about his shoulders and length, and is slightly messy. His height is a bit tall, but not towering, and his build shows he's a physical fighter.

Overall

Ryuske has a love and want for peace. This is the main reason he joined the Marines. Ryuske also comes off as a bit of a joker with a cheerful demeanor. He also prefers to be optimistic and treats every situation as such. He also has a great sense of humor. Ryuske also appears to be an understanding and lenient individual, contrary to the general opinion held by the people who think of him as strict and bound by rules, do to him reminding others of the rules, though this is just because he believes he is responsible for them. Many people are surprised at his reactions to serious matters as they anticipate him to be more severe.

In serious times, Ryuske's personality takes a dark shift. For example if he's fighting someone who is a high ranking criminal or simply won't stay down, he'll switch from "take them alive" to "This time you'll be good and dead." When someone close to him is in danger he will devote everything to saving them, though sometimes this can turn into a tunnel vision of that being his only goal.

Ryuske doesn't really have a sense of honor in combat. He'll bite, stab, punch and do anything it takes to win because 'combat is combat.' However, being young he loves to fight, and he may actually fight honorably if you are on the same side. His tactics for fighting are varied and spontaneous and while some of his ideas are god every now and then he has one that is not so good.

Overall

Born and raised on Lyneel Island, Ryuske had always wanted to be a marine, like many kids on the island. As such he trained in many ways, mostly in body. He was also a farmer, so he was use to using two things: farming tools, and his bare hands. During that time, he ate a strange fruit that he plucked off a tree. This fruit was the Revive Revive Fruit, and made Ryuske into a person who couldn't swim. (he doesn't know it was the Revive Revive fruit so he thinks all it did was make it so he can't swim) As he had always dreamed of joining the marine's as kid, he eventually signed up to join them after his dad got enough money to buy some help.

He spent another year on a naval ship as a chore boy, and at the great age of 14. On the ship he would help out in any way he could, cleaning dishes, sweeping floors, cooking, and many other menial labors. Luckily for him, his life on the farm, he was used to such tasks, even for hours. In this time he would earn seventy commendations for mere chores. It wouldn't be until a pirate ship attacked the ship he worked on that he would be considered for combat. He originally helped with firing cannons at the other ship, but when they boarded, Ryuske attacked head on. He, with some help, took down a total of twenty pirates in that one fight. Do to this, and the fact that he didn't kill any of them, allowing them to be publicly executed, he was promoted to Seaman Recruit at the age of sixteen.

During this very fight, it was shown that he could use Haki. In the fight, he seemed to, though clumsily, dodge attacks that he had no way of knowing were coming. Even stranger was that he managed to throw one of his knives at a marine that was escaping the ship, from the side behind him. But the part that made it obvious that it wasn't just luck. Eventually, in combat with a melee fighter, a blade was swung towards his neck, the blade just stopped at what seemed to be his skin. The surprise of the last pirate left enough of an opening for him to knock the man out with a hit from the blunt side of his scythe. A visiting Vice Admiral noticed this, and after Ryuske's promotion over saw his training personally, especially Haki.

Over the next three years he would be trained hard by Kiyoti (Key-oh-tee) the Vice Admiral who was visiting during the battle on his ship. During this time he would be put through grueling training, which, while it did build up his body, left alot of bruises and cuts at the time. These would include sword matches for hours, training with a blind fold on, and of course taking time to learn to use guns and basic weapons. During this time he also made a few of his own attacks and learned to control his Observation Haki, and use Armament Haki on a basic level.

During this time he was also taught to use fear in combat to his advantage. Though he was unable to learn a technique that carried fear with it, he did learn that one thing everyone feared was death. As such he had the idea of dressing up as a god of death. He would constantly be seen walking in his reaper outfit for the next three years, and gain the title: Shinigami. He would then join Kiyoti's crew, and after one more year of service reach the rank of Seaman Apprentice.

Will of D
For Years there has been many who possess the legendary Will of D. Noone knows what the D stands for, or why those blessed with it have so much willpower, but regardless whoever has it will be blessed with an iron will.

Ryuske's will manifests in defending the innocent and that which he sees as right. Be it stopping criminals, catching pirates, or defending his crew mates and friends, Rysuke's will at these moments is as strong as steel. He can get out of one illusion/hypnotism ability (of his rank) and get up after exhaustion or an injury once per thread.


Haki
While only slightly developed, Ryuske possesses two of the three forms of Haki. The ones he possesses are Armament and Observation. He is above average when it comes to Observation Haki, good at predicting his opponents movements, but not to the state of more experienced fighters, and he can see other people's aura, even if they are hidden from his normal eye, all the way up to ten meters. His Armament Haki however is average, though he progressed in Observation related abilities and techniques better than it.
Rysuke cannot use Conqueror's Haki. Period.

[The Problem]

Appearance:
What do you mean occasional mask for holidays also you do not mention this mask in your inventory. Also you do not need to have a picture of him without his cloak and mask since your FC is Lord Death (though you can keep it so long as it is not a FC from a animanga or videogame).

Personality:
Getting shot by people who know he has his fruit - I am thinking that is left over bits from when he had the Gomu Gomu no mi so please remove it and add something else. "do to him reminding people beneath them of them" I am not sure what you mean by this please fix this statement. Also please add in what are his reactions to the serious situations as we know they are surprising to The second paragraph has almost nothing to do with personality and the mention of the big four fingered hand I assume that is a reference to the Gomu Gomu no Mi as well, please change this paragraph to talk more about his personal habit of physical punishment in a comedic fashion as well as the fact that he warns after because as it stands the paragraph is mostly about the attack with little reference to his personality. Also if he likes to fight I do not see him having a love of peace, also you do not mention any clawed gauntlets in your inventory and if you have trench knives you do not really need to put his scythe across his hand to punch someone which is very dangerous as the top part of most scythes are not bladed so you would be cutting into your fist just to hit someone with the blunt edge of a weapon when you could get the same result with jabbing at a person minus cutting your fingers. All in all you can just say that his tactics for fighting are varied and spontaneous and while some of his ideas are god every now and then he has one that is not so good.

History:
You mention him eating the Gomu Gomu no Mi here (you should really go through the whole app there are several references to it). Also you are a chore boy before you get the chance to do training for more reference on the Marine system and how it works you can check here. Also due to your low rank if the situation on the ship transpired no matter how much work and effort you put in you would not be given 900 commendations as a chore boy as the captain or highest ranking member on the ship would be given most of the credit for stopping the band of pirates. Speaking of commendations the highest one can start with is 200 again check the Marine Info thread to better understand how the Marines work. Lastly you should go into more detail about his life and training and such as well as his decision to disguise himself as a Shinigami and the incident on the ship because as it stands your history is two paragraphs too short due to what is required.

Combat:
A Rookie level Willpower SA will not save you from a fatal attack. At the most it could help you with staying focused on your task making it easier to get out of Rookie level techniques like illusions or hypnotism. It could also help with getting back up when you feel exhausted or have suffered a slight injury once in a thread. There is more to Observation Haki then predicting attacks you would have to talk about each factor of the Haki if you are going to use it also talk about the range of the haki a good starting point would be around 10 meters. Also state how well you can use the Armament haki as using it instinctively is much too good for someone of Rookie level. Also in your history you would need to talk about how you unlocked said Haki for more information on Haki you can check here. For the scythe and trench knives you should understand that because you are not apping them they are less than Rookie rank, also for the Trench Knives you should have Trench Knife x2. A breath mask which I am assuming allows you to breathe underwater or filters poison or something would need to be applied for as a Rookie level item. What is a pull string tube.
