Description
The Ryu Ryu no Mi is a Mythical Zoan type fruit that allows the user to turn their body into that of a Dragon or a Human-Dragon Hybrid. There are several form the user can use and each one comes with their own ability. They all have scales that could protect them from blows though at his current level with the fruit the scales are Rookie class defense and barely defend against anything. All of his forms give him a considerable boost to all of his physical attributes though the boost at this level is slight (each one also giver a decent boost to one specific area). Each form also has a specific element with which to attack with in various ways. They also all share the ability to fly.
At the Rookie Level the user will not have gotten full control over their forms or the forms abilities and can sometimes end up in a form that they did not choose. Also as they are new to their dragon form they are still rather clumsy whenever they are in one of these forms and is not as graceful as they usually are when in their original form. Also because of the mass they gains when transformed into a dragon the user must eat a lot to keep their energy up having to eat a feast worth of food at every meal or they begin to feel sluggish and tired. Also at this level the user is incapable of partial transformations and if they wants to use one of their dragon features they would need to transform completely. Another drawback is their size if they user does not have enough room to move around freely transforming into one of their dragon forms would be useless.
Lastly if submerged to knee depth or the user comes in contact with seastone they, like all other Devil Fruit users, become weakened. What this means for is that the user loses the ability to transform and if they are in one of their dragon forms they will be changed back into their original form. Also depending on how thick the seastone is the user may start to feel even further weakened or it may just cause them to not be able to use their powers while keeping his normal level of strength.

In this form the user gains scales that are extremely durable and teeth and claws that could cut through Rookie level defenses if repeatedly attacked. Also the user gains the ability to breathe fire and smoke. Also the user gains wings and the ability of flight. This particular form of dragon is praised for its toughness and comes with a stamina bonus.High Dragon:

The user transform into a massive winged high dragon that is about twenty five feet tall on all fours as it is unable to become bipedal for more than a few seconds its height of fifty feet when on its hind quarters is almost not worth mentioning. In this form the user gains scales that are extremely durable and teeth and claws that could cut through Rookie level defenses in one blow and damage Intermediate if struck repeatedly (due to the added strength). Also the user gains the ability to breathe fire and smoke. Also the user gains wings and the ability of flight. This particular form of dragon is praised for its strength and comes with a strength bonus. Oddly enough the dragon is right handed no matter what the usual strong hand is for the user.Serpentine Dragon:

The user transform into a massive winged Serpentine dragon that is about twenty five feet tall on all fours as it is unable to become bipedal for more than a few seconds its height of fifty feet when on its hind quarters is almost not worth mentioning. In this form the user gains scales that are extremely durable and teeth and claws that could cut through Rookie level defenses if repeatedly attacked. Also the user gains the ability to breathe fire and smoke. Also the user gains wings and the ability of flight. This particular form of dragon is praised for its speed and comes with a speed bonus. Oddly enough this dragon is left handed no matter what the usual strong hand is for the user.Dragon King:

This is the ultimate transformation within the Ryu Ryu no Mi transformations it mixes a bit of all the other forms and takes the form of a hulking dragon king that stands an impressive 70ft tall on its hind quarters. In this form the user gains scales that are extremely durable (even more so than usual) and teeth and claws that could cut through Intermediate level defenses in one blow due to the strength increase while being able to eventually damage Advanced level defenses with multiple attacks. Also the user flame breathe is much more intense with the flames becoming a dark purple color. Also the user gains wings and the ability of flight. This particular form of dragon is praised for its dominance over all things and as such gives an increase to the users full capabilities. At this level the user cannot readily turn into this form and it only happens in times of dire need. Also the user loses all control and will attack friends and foes alike. After five posts in this form the user will pass out from exhaustion and be useless for the rest of the thread.Hybrid Form:

The user transform into a massive winged hybrid form between man and dragon that stands upright at about forty feet. In this form the user gains scales that are extremely durable and teeth and claws that could cut through Rookie level defenses in a few swipes. Also the user gains the ability to breathe fire and smoke. Also the user gains wings and the ability of flight.
